I had to ask if she could ask, she then walked SLOWLY over to the class and asked, & she stated they would no longer take me. Why then say they have a 15minute grace period, when in reality they don't. Makes no sense! I understand I was late, however I was still within the "grace period " Whatever !.. will definitely NOT be recommending nor will I ever return to this place!

He temporarily went to another preschool for a month while CBS was closed and it was NOT a good experience at all (way too many kids to one teacher; no structure or planned activities for the kids). Even though CBS doesn't offer live cameras or dailly photos of your kids, I trust my preschooler in the care of the staff. They are courteous and truly care about the children and their well being. I also appreciate that the school follows COVID protocols and is a nut free facility as my preschooler has a peanut allergy. Our youngest son is 19 months and we will be sending him to the infant/daycare center next month in October.

Unprofessional, rude and only interested in money. Spoke with Judy (owner) one day ahead of time to do skills portion of BLS provider recert. Judy said to come in at any time between 9-12:30 the following day. I got there at 10:35 am. There was only one instructor and one student. I was asked to wait 25 min., so I told instructor I would go to the store and come back. Came back around 11:03. Same instructor asked to sit down and wait another 5-10 minutes. I told her that Judy had told me that there would be plenty of instructors and that I would have to wait, yet as a courtesy I had already waited 1/2 hour and now she was asking me to wait again. She got flustered and asked me what I was there for and told told her that I was there for my skills test since I had already completed the AHA written part online. She said that if I waited, she would have me show her "...what you got..." and that after passing that I would have to take a 25 question written test. I told that I have already done that I was only there for a skill evaluation. I asked her for Judy's number and called Judy who told me that she would call me back in 5 minutes, which she never did, so I called her back. She apologized and told me that she had planned to be there, but got held-up, but that the other instructor would take me now and would still charge me the $50 even though I had to wait 45 minutes. She told me that the way they did this was to have me show them my technique, then critique me and have me redo the whole thing, which now would be considered the real test. I told her that I thought that they would go over everything and then test me because I was interested in learning, but she restated that that was the way they did it there. I was shocked and left in disbelief even though I had scheduled and taken the online course based on what Judy had told me regarding her availability the following day. She didn't even offer to give me a discount for having me wait to give her business, so I took my business elsewhere even though at this point I could scheduled anyone else to test me out today. Unprofessional, rude and more concerned about making her 50 bucks than teaching well to potentially save a life. Sad! read more

We were able to ask Ebony lots of questions.We were able to learn a lot about how blood is drawn, the location of the veins and the names of the veins. We also learned why blood may be drawn from specific locations of the body. I was amazed at the wealth of knowledge that our sister was able to learn and exhibit in such a short time. Her instructor, Mrs. Acosta showed exemplary support in the task Ebony was performing. Mrs. Acosta has amazing energy. She was very approachable as well as very knowledgeable. If you know, someone that's considering becoming a phlebotomist, I recommend this School for your training and certification. And if you are in the area drop in to volunteer in helping a student.

She was so welcoming and supportive, and she gave me options with details on private 1:1 class or a group class. I decided to do the basic CPR class with a group, and it was a great experience.
