So let me just say at first I was a little iffy and what I mean by iffy before starting this program I wasn't sure that this was a real legit program that I definitely wanted to just spend money. And communicating with the teacher by text was kind of odd for me and zelling as well. I just graduated from Ms. Hellen's CNA and HHA program and have nothing but good things to say about her classes. She is caring and an well experienced RN who wants to share her skills with her students. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for her to reply to my msg or email! Ms. Hellen is a good teacher and really cares about her students learning. She makes sure we all practice the skills in spite of COVID meaning we couldn't go to a facility. She cares about whether you pass the board and cares about you getting a job. She makes sure you at least have some ideas about where to go once you have the certificate. Her pass rate is very good for the CNA (98 or so last I checked). I would definitely recommend you learn with her. She tells you not just about how to pass, but also skills and tips for when you are actually working in the facility. She has great insight as she is talking from experience, not from just some degree as professors might be doing in college sometimes. I learned well here and also took the HHA program which I found very interesting. She makes sure you know to keep track of your continuing education so you don't lose your license. This school helped me get my CNA certification within 4-5 weeks! There were a few bumps in the road, but for the most part I felt like those bumps were caused by other students being in their feelings and not taking the teachers seriously! Even with those few disagreements Ms. Helen and the teacher aide handled the situation very well and kept the class rolling. I felt that if you payed full attention and also were studying at home (which I did), it would have been a breeze. I enjoyed the company/teaching of Marta Fischer (the teacher aide) and I enjoyed Ms. Hellen (the main teacher) they both have very different teaching styles. Maybe a little unprofessional at times but I definitely will say I was able to learn even past all of the petty drama caused by some other students. I believe that Ms. Helen and the teacher aide both where very lenient and polite when it came to being tardy, uncomprehending a subject, or anything along the lines of that. On numerous occasions they both stayed after class. Especially the teacher's aide on clinical's, she helped a lot. Ms. Helen stayed at the school everyday and was willing to teach you the skills the PROPER WAY!
