I work for the Pasadena Unified school district. I had Jesus come and te certify about 6 of us. Class was great. He took our money at the end of the class and didn't have our cards ready. He said he would mail them and never did. This was back in March. Now he ignores phone calls and messages. read more

I was very fortunate to participate in CPR/ First Aid training given by Munoz CPR. The trainers were not only very professional but they managed to keep the entire class intrigued. Everyone was actually participating! Many of us have taken CPR/ First Aid training several times and as redundant as these classes may be, this was one of the best training's I have taken. I was looking around the internet for a CPR class for myself. I don't need it for work or anything like that, I just wanted to know how for my own personal preparedness. I found Munoz CPR & Jesus said he could come to me if I wanted. At that point I thought maybe doing it at work (CPA firm) & opening it up to other employees might be nice. I checked with my boss & he was cool with it. So we scheduled it the very next week (short notice) in the evening. Xavier & Ric came out to do the class. They were very knowledgeable & professional. They answered ALL our questions & made the learning process really fun. Before this class I was always nervous about being involved in a potential emergency situation...but now I feel very empowered and ready for anything.
