This is my 2nd year recertifying my ACLS and BLS with Andrew, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

Ya girl is CPR & First Aid/AED certified thanks to ARC. I took a two hour in-person class plus…read moreabout a two hour online course to learn how to provide CPR, use AED and give first aid if I ever find myself needing to do any. I really think it's important that people take this, cause you'll never know when someone is gonna be in need, and you can be that person that saves someone's life. The class cost about $100 and I felt accomplished after taking the course. CPR is harder than it looks, and I'm sure if the time ever came where I needed to perform it, it would be nerve wracking.

Took the CPR training for adults & Pediatrics today in Arcadia with the excellent 30 years of…read moreexperience instructor Mr. Derell. The online teaches a lot, but if your fortunate to have a class with Mr. Darrell, he is is extra informative. He's a stern because this is a serious subject but he's also fun and funny! He's Truely a great instructor ! He even worked on Father's Day.! I feel confident I learned a lot. If I was a person with the means I would've paid $500 for his class, but I just need to note However, to charge $117 for some thing that is life-saving to the community is exuberant. A person should not have to go pulling from rent or groceries to take the course because this is a Public Service yet everyone cannot afford that. The local government and community should subsidize so that their citizens can all take this class. It would save the city money in the long run if people knew how to keep others alive in an emergency till emergency services could get there! 2 years ago I took it for $37. The excellence of , especially THaiS instructor was worth it for me but I did have to sacrifice and that shouldn't be the case to learn to save lives.. Mr. Derrell was amazing and the course was very good.!

Josh performed First Aid training at my home for about 10 people in May 2015. He provided great…read moreinstruction and all of the participants were happy -- at the time. Josh requested that everyone write down their mailing information, so that he could mail individual certification cards from the American Heart Association. Weeks passed and the cards never arrived. I called him and he apologized for the delay and said he would mail them out. Weeks passed again and after numerous follow-up calls and emails, I had to begin explaining to the participants that though they had paid a fee for the service, it did not appear that Josh would be fulfilling his end of the agreement. Much to my disappointment and embarrassment, I still have yet to hear from Josh, who appeared to be a credible guy. I reported the occurrence to the Better Business Bureau and he ignored their inquires as well. It's shocking to me that another person posted on 1/6/16 with a rave review for Frontline CPR. Josh should have at least had the courtesy to respond and simply explain what the challenges of sending the cards may have been. DO NOT HIRE -- you may not get what you paid for.

I went to renew my BLS for Healthcare Providers. I found them on Yelp. I had a wonderful…read moreexperience! Josh the owner was very knowledgeable since he himself is a fireman and has first hand experience! I learned more than I did at my other class. He took us step by step through the course. Explaining the reasons for for each action. We did run throughs and drills which gave us the burst of adrenaline to see how we would do CPR in a real situation. And boy did it help!! I left the course feeling confident and prepared for any situation! The price is great ! You will have fun and enjoy it . And leave fully prepared! I would recommend Frontline CPR to all my friends and family! I can't stress how important this skill is to have !! I will defiantly be coming back to renew again!!
