There's plenty you don't know or even think about as a first-time parent and caregiver and Allen educated us and also put our minds at ease by teaching us what to do in an emergency and how to even spot an emergency. His info packets which we all got afterwards are clutch too - easy to read and understand with helpful photos that reinforce his instruction. We also had him do a walk around safety evaluation our home and he has written us a thorough report on what we need to do for baby proofing!
