Provided with 1-hour slot and doable to complete earlier than that. Was super nervous but after the first test, I felt like I could do it. Once you buy your course you have to book your session which are currently done on the weekend. The location has street parking & lot parking. However, I was confused in finding the actual entrance since it has a water label on the front door , but that's the place lol. The instructor was a 1:4 ration when I did my session. Mannequins were provided to practice CPR & other rescue treatment. Once you're done you receive your AHA card via email in 1-2 days.

I was repeatedly assured that they had plenty of lifeguards available in my area and that there would be no issue providing coverage for my event. The day of my daughter's 8th birthday party, the lifeguard was a complete NO-SHOW. Many of our guests attended specifically because they were told a lifeguard would be on duty around the pool. Not only was this a major safety concern, but it was also incredibly embarrassing. I felt like I had misled my guests, despite doing everything possible to confirm the service beforehand.
