Amazing people here! They made the experience very pleasant as I'm not very good with needles.

Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located behind the building. It's a small lot, but parking shouldn't be an issue because this place doesn't get full quickly. The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. There are multiple of rooms here for BLS, ACLS, and PALS classes. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always come here to get my BLS and ACLS renewed. Super easy and chill instructors.

Luckily from a yelp search I found this place, and so glad that I did. I was able to sign up for the Sunday class and the price was actual lower than the place I used to go to. The online sign up process was easy and I got my confirmation right away. The place was right on the corner where Huntington curves and easy to spot even when the gps tries to take you the wrong way. There is ample parking in the back. The class was already set up and they had bathrooms available as well. Andrew was an awesome instructor. He was to the point, funny, and made sure everyone understood and stopped after each segment to see if anyone needed him to go over anything again. The test was given at the end and graded right there. The ecard is then emailed. I highly recommend this course here and will take it again when needed. Price: $59 and easy online registration Parking: plenty in the back Instructor: Andrew was excellent Certifications: a variety offered and this one satisfied the AHA BLS for healthcare

Since when is it ever ok to be giving people EXPIRED food from 2 years ago! Frozen steaks from last year and even boxed goods that were old. Are they trying to get people sick? Seriously, I don't care if it's free, giving people overly expired food is like expecting them to eat out of the trash- we deserve better than that!

It's a shame to see some people bad mouth places trying to help when they don't really know what…read morethey are talking about when it comes to food and the dates. There are date guide lines that are followed by the book at most places. Most meat if frozen before the date are good up to 3 years past. Most canned goods are good for over a year past date. Dry goods stored properly are good for the most part 3 years past date. Just like camping and emergency food. Most now don't understand that those dates are now not best by dates but fresh by dates just so that theirs tastes better than the competitors for repeat purchase. That's why there's so much food waste here that they had to make a law to make places donate instead of trashing it. You can easily look online now days and see. Example: barbeque sauce if stored properly is good for a year or more past the date. I myself recently had such a thing in my cupboard that expires May 2024 I ate it last month August 2025 I'm still alive and it honestly tasted the same as if I just bought it. I also recently did the same with Easy Cheese that was 1 year and 8 months past date. I am not saying everything is ok I suggest smelling things first and taking a small taste prior, but we throw so much away because manufacturers are trying to make you buy theirs again in stead of another that we are all fooled into throwing away edible items. If a can is expanded it's not good but if not it's probably good far far past the date. We live in the information internet times now type it in and see what is suggested to be ok but always trust your own judgement by smell, taste, and tell. Please don't throw it away just because a company that wants you to buy from them again say that date makes it trash. Also please please stop complaining about places trying to help they really struggle to keep doing what they do most all are nonprofit which means they have to ask for money to be able to have a place to give, a way to get the things to give, and to have the people there to help. They are basically in the same boat as the ones who come for help as in the don't have money and are trying to get food. The difference is they give it away for free after the struggle. I worked at one for 14 years. I know the struggle when you have more in need them more that give. Most do it all with out thanks or appreciation! There are government guide lines to the dates of the food to be given out and they would be shut down if not followed and yes they are inspected very often most have many visits through out the year. Please think before you post because your ignorance can have a place shut down for no reason.
