I can't say enough good things about my experience at Palladium. Their Finantial aid department was so helpful and knowledgeable. I qualified for a $5000.00 grant that doesn't have to be paid back, and the rest went on a low interest government loan! My instructor in the Medical Assistant class was very organized and made the class fun and interesting. There was always a positive vibe in her room (as well as anywhere on campus), and was always available to me if I needed extra help. They helped me a lot with job placement, but I found a job on my own. I enjoyed the search for a job. It was a good learning experience. Lisa S. read more

I moved here from Florida and I found this amazing school online named Palladium Technical School the staff was overly welcoming! So I decided this is my school. My Phlebotomy instructor Willie was amazing, and Ms. Nellie. Wow I have to paused there for a second. Ms. Nellie helped me all the way through the 9th inning, she make sure that I get everything right..... I got my Phlebotomy License with her help. She even emailed the health department so I can get my license amazing. I apologize for using the word "AMAZING". Because the School is amazing!!! To whom it my concern, if you are looking for Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy program please check Palladium Technical school... Good Luck!!! read more

There are so many good things about Palladium Techinical Academy!! 1) Palladium has one of the lowest tuition costs for local trade schools. No one wants to rack up huge debt just to have a career change! 2) They offer financial aid to most students. 3) They have a high placement ratio, so you can work right after you get your degree. 4) Most students finish the program in about 8 months. Classroom time is from 8:30am-1:30pm so you can still take care of your family or maintain a job while you learn your new skills. 5) They care about your success. The admissions director, Maria, is such a sweetheart! You can trust what she says and know you are in the right place. I highly recommend Palladium Techinical Academy! read more

As i was randomly searching medical assisting schools, i came across this school which happened to be not that far from where i live. I asked for more information and i received a phone call right away. It was Ms. Edythe Lindsey calling me with more information regarding the class i was interested in. I got enrolled and started coming to school in less than a months time. I am so excited and happy to come to school every morning. The school has a wonderful vibe and the instructors are awesome. If there's a medical school to choose i would definitely come to this school again. read more

This schools a joke. Don't fall for there bullshit. I attended the phlebotomy class. I was so excited because it was short and affordable. The class was ok but the teacher Knew absolutely nothing that was going to be on the state test.He says to just read the whole book and you should pass. Which made me feel very uncomfortable because he was so unsure of himself to. But that's the least worry. I've been out of school for a couple of months and I still have not done my internship. Manish gets you all excited like there's so many places you can go in the beginning of the class but when your done with the class the guy that's suppose to assign you says they are a month behind finding a place to assign us people. Still don't have a place to go for internship. Passed test but it doesn't mean anything if I don't have a place to do my hours! This school is just very unprofessional save your money and go to a real school. Because this school absolutely doesn't care one bit. I passed the test but never got my certificate. Manish told everyone in class that the price would only be 1,000 dollars. Then a few days later the lady that you make payments too, says manish can't do that. And then manish goes and lies to her and says he never said that. So still no certification manish lied about how much it is to are while class. He let two girls that he was flirting with only pay 1,000 dollars. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! we inquire into phlebotomy class last year and they offered me and my brother cheaper tuition compared to other school, but its still not worth of every dime. We waited several months just to get the class going. They only help medical asst with experience. Other than that they dont know what they are doing. We passed our test and did the required sticks for phlebotomy but still cant get our licese because they keep sending the wrong form. I Texted and tried calling them. No reply. I went to school so i could talk to them. It just happened that they're not there. Its been about a year, So much time and money are wasted to supposedly one week class. Dont go to this school if your looking to improve yourself because you will just waste your time and hard earn money. Just invested to other school, even though its a little more money for sure they know what they are doing. Ps: im not just writing a review i will file a complaint so they cant do this to others. read more

I'm going to be completely honest. I came in 2016-2017 for Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. Ms. Nellie, the instructor for medical assistant is the best. She is very organized and the best at teaching. She had so much patience for me and saw the good in me, academic wise. She helped me understand the material and the best part of all, teaching me how to take out blood and do vaccines! That was fun LOL. Anyways, she was there for you in every aspect you can think of she was there to guide me. I got my license for phlebotomy and she escorted me and answered any doubts I had and not in any moment neglected me as a student. She takes her time one on one to discuss anything and everything that needs to be done in order to graduate on time or anything pending. I can't really remember my phlebotomist instructor but he was also great, Ms. Nellie also was there for all her students. They will help you obtain a job, just ask and they'll help you seek. They have connections with clinic's so it makes it much easier. I did work as a Medical assistant but I needed a different scenery. Now fast forward to 2019/2020 i took Medical billing class and i went on a leave of absence because of my pregnancy and I'm not gonna lie i slacked off a little but there was Ms. Nellie pushing me to do better and finish for i can start working. Which is where I'm now, I am working for medical billing. The instructor Ms. Mary is a great teacher. Her experience in the medical field helped me understand more and relate to it. I Love this school. If they had more classes i'd go back. I have nothing but good things to say, all the staff is wonderful and make you feel right at home! If anyone had a negative experience maybe it's because it didn't catch their interest or they weren't invested in it. In 3-4 years of knowing this school, they're all great workers and will recommend. read more

What can I say I attended the school for the Electronic Medical Records Specialist. My first month was hard it was medical terminology..Fine done Aced it.. Then after that all we did was browse on the internet.. change around some charts, and input some John Does in the Electronic chart.. and that was pretty much it for the remainder of the course. I was promised a laptop with my course. I finished school in April 2014. No externship .. no laptop.. I regret coming to this school.. now I have a student loan to pay off and no job.. I think the program should have been more organized.. like for example teaching us all kinds of EMR programs not just one. And having the students HIT (Health Information Technician) certified.. I say to people that want to attend vocational schools do your homework and look very well into the school you want to attend. They promise you everything and at the end nothing! More like thanks for your money! Bye! Point blank.. I do not recommended this school at all.. read more

If you want me to be honest. School is def money hungry. I'm not going to lie, looking back they did get me a job placement as promise which is the only reason I didn't give them 1 star but the curriculum, the program, it's not taken seriously. Instructors are in an out, at the time that I attended (2013) it was very "do what you please". Where do they find these instructors and are they even accredited for the position to teach the field. All they knew how to do was keep us satisfied and fat with donuts every Friday. I was asked to do the previous review for a chance to win movie tickets. Let's be real, You don't ask for a good review. You get one if you deserve it. From the few people I did the medical asst program with, I am the only one who has had a great job placement. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones. Everyone else is working at a fast food joint or warehouse, who's fault? Idk. All im saying is.... If your interested in doing a medical asst program, browse around. Look into some adult schools or even community colleges, you won't be stuck with a 5,000 dollar loan your given the chance to pay off in 10 years. May not sound like a lot but debt is debt. *** disclaimer: I went there in 2013, i don't know how different it is now since we are in 2016. LIKE, y u only have 2 1/2 stars? Think about it. One more thing! Admin super unresponsive to my emails. I never got the chance to pick up my certificate and every time I email them they never email me back. I just want my damn certificate. read more

I checked-out a few schools before deciding on Palladium's Medical Billing AND Coding course. I almost went to Everest, but, it was $8,000 more. And, Palladium's billing teacher Ms. Meri, also teaches coding. (Where the big bucks are made.) Everest and other schools don't. Staff is very friendly, and Ms. Meri is one of the best teachers i've ever had. She really cares about her students. If you're looking for quality training and education and good teachers, come to Palladium. read more

Palladium is a Great school it is affordable and the staff and teachers are awesome I learned so much from my instructor Ms Mary she really helps you right after I finished I started my extern ship and after I got hired. This school was great! I attended an LVN program here and I couldn't have had a better experience. Admissions was great. I didn't feel pressured to sign up at all and the gave me the confidence I needed to start my future. The financial aid lady made sure I got as much financial help possible (even though it was already WAY cheaper than the other schools I looked into). The lecture professors were great and answered all questions clearly. They made sure we knew what we needed in order to pass the licensing exam. The clinical instructions were amazing! I learned so much hands on that I felt so confident treating patients. And before the licensing exam they offered free study programs just to ensure we were ready. Now I have a career and a great job and I owe it all to palladium technical academy! I highly recommend this school if your interested in getting into the health care industry! ! read more

If you attend everyday you learn something new. Its a good experience, we have a lot of lab time. Very easy to fall behind but its up to you to attend class everyday. The staff here are not mean they are just preparing you for your future. For example, staying off the phone dress code, no fowl language and coming on time. Other than that Manish, Edith, Barry, and other instructors are very helpful. read more

Palladium is the best school Ive gone to. Coming out of high school, I felt like I didnt have many options until I heard about this small school. The staff here is straightforward, thoughtful, and extremely helpful :) All the teachers and admin help you step by step through the courses, financial aide, and a lot more. This really is the best school to go to. read more

I am currently attending this school for training as a Medical Assistant. My friend came here and she is working at Healthcare Partners. Another friend who attended got hired at her externship site! If these people could get professional jobs and be financially stable and have nice things, I KNOW I can too! The instructor Nellie is the best! She makes things easy to understand amd learn. All the other schools I visited were soooooooo expensive! NOT THIS SCHOOL ! They post pone payments while I'm in school! Who does that?! Every school requires a hefty down payment and payment while you attend! WHAT THE.....?!?! We are trying to get started in a career, not accrue debt! They help with anything you need to be successful. Very genuine group of people! They want you to succeed. I recommend this school! !! MOST DEFINITELY! AFFORDABLE AND AWESOME INSTRUCTORS! read more

I took the Computer Networking class and it was great. I was able to gather skills needed for the work field. Not only did we hit the books, but there was a lot of hands on experience. Hands on is what actually counts in the real world and I was offered that, which I thank them. We always have to remember something here, if you really want to succeed, is up to us to push through, not the instructors. There will be students that will go to school to socialize and have fun, but if you really want a career then its up to you. Palladium Technical Academy offers this. Great place to go and learn, job placement, and have fun. After the years pass by, they are still there to help you. read more

This school is great. Mrs Marry was a great teacher everything that I learned has helped me for my future. I used to be in a dead end job before. I got hired after my externship. I'm currently working in medical billing loving what I do. I highly recommend this school. If had to do it all over again I would. read more

Electronic Medical Records I have to agree with the other person who commented. There is no structure to this class. The teacher takes phone calls during class and responds to texts while he is teaching, He gets distracted very easily, and gets aggressive if you ask too many questions. If you are an adult who is looking for a skill to get employment immediately after you graduate, I would go elsewhere or look into their Medical Billing and Coding class. if you are a 20 something whose parents are paying for the course work and you just want to waste some time to appease your parents and say you are going to school, then this is for you. read more

I am currently enrolled at Palladium, and I am very happy with my teacher, and the staff. before I came here I was attending Everest in City f Indusrty, and I was not very happy there. The tuition and more affordable than Everest, my teacher is a very good teacher, she goes further than what is n the curriculum, and really wants us to successful. read more

I must say I was very skeptical when I entered their doors, but they quickly changed my mind! To begin with, Maria was not pushy or annoying like other schools in the area! They can drive you nuts!! I have been at this school since April and absolutely love it! The Medical Billing Specialist class is not only interesting, but informative and the teacher is awesome! Ms. Meri is wonderful, caring, and gives it her all, every single day.. She is as invested in your future as you are.. It's well worth your time and money to invest in your career.. You won't regret it!!! You will love the staff, especially the receptionist Dena... she welcoming from the moment you walk in.. Makes you feel like you belong! Kudos Palladium Technology!! I would recommend this school to anyone!!! read more

Great school, friendly staff, excellent and experienced teachers. Come down and visit the campus and become a part of a great team.

I attended this school's medical Assistant program back in 2013-2014 I honestly do not regret it! All of the staff was very helpful. And probably the least expensive MA program you'll find in the area. I learned not just FRONT & BACK OFFICE but also how to work with EMR systems and some billing. I got a well rounded education out of this school. The more you stay focused and dedicated the more you'll get out of it aswell. After i graduated and finished my hours i got hired right away. The pay at first wasn't so well $9/hr working at a family practice office. But with that being said fast forward to 3 years later I'm now making much more than that working at LAC+USC medical center aswell as doing volunteer work at a mental health center too. So the opportunities are out there you just gotta start somewhere to get to those opportunities. And starting at palladium technical academy was a really good choice and investment. read more
