The BLS course is something that I have to do for work and I go to Surefire every 2years for it. They really make sure you know what to do in an emergency. The instructors have all performed cpr on a real person and it is helpful to know that a person will be a bit different than the dummy you work on. I highly recommend surefire for either work or just certification so you know what to do in an emergency. read more

I have took the virtual fire safety course yesterday. I have taken it several other times, but of course it was always face to face. I actually preferred the virtual format. They were very well organized, and planned the 4 hour course to run smoothly and with a good variety of activities and participant involvement. I took a CPR/BLS class at the Los Angeles location with the two MOST amazing, down to earth instructors; Julieta and Patrick. The class was so much fun even tho the purpose of it was to get educated. I took the pharm/EKG class with Joey. I took the class to prepare for my ACLS as well as further practice as I getting ready to graduate nursing school. Took my initial PALS with them as a last minute thing to immediately comply with the ER job requirements I applied for. Thank God they have multiple dates available that where sooner than most. I grateful I did because they make it easily understandable and provide you with everything you need to know; straight up! Unlike others that does PALS initial for two days they only do it for one day. The one day is enough and they cover everything like I said. They also provide you with a reviewer and outline of the class before hand which helps. I would review with them. Plus they have coffee and snacks so yay!! I took Hospital Fire safety and BLS class with SureFire. Hospital Fire Safety was held online due to Covid 19 and we had to have our cameras on. The class went so smoothly that I didn't really realize that it's been almost 4 hours since the class started. Our instructor made the class fun and I have learned a LOT OF helpful information. My BLS class was in person and also went great. We had two instructors, both nurses so they knew perfectly how to teach this class. Unfortunately, I don't remember my instructors' names but my Fire class was held on 12/15/2021 at 1 pm and my BLS class was on 12/23/2021 at 1 pm. Please, tell them they are doing a great job! I took a CPR course at their Orange location. The facility is clean and very professional! All of the instructors are Health Care Professionals and have real word experience in CPR-AED/FIRST AID. Matt was my instructor and he went through the curriculum at a very learnable pace and took the time to answer any questions. Attended an infant and child CPR class at the Monterey Park location. I really liked how flexible their class schedule was and how many classes they offered. I have two young children and am always terrified of something happening to them! After taking this course I feel much more at ease. We went through CPR for different aged kids and covered a variety of topics, including what to do if a child is choking, drowning, seizing or has an allergic reaction. Last night I took the CPR/AED class at the Laguna Hills location. Sure Fire offered a great variety of class times and dates which was really helpful. It was even possible to get into the class a couple days beforehand. The office was easy to find and perfect for the class. As a fitness professional I have been taking CPR classes for 30 years. This was one of the best classes I have taken. Patrick was a great instructor. He made the class both entertaining and educational with humor, real life stories and clear instruction. He kept the class moving at a comfortable pace. There was a good mix of instruction and practical application time throughout the class. I would not hesitate to recommend SureFire and will go back to them in 2 years when I need to recerify again. read more

This is my second time getting CPR and AED certified but this is the first time I actually felt prepared to preform CPR. For my class we all god a dummy to practice on and we practiced CPR, pediatric cpr, infant CPR, and infant choking multiple times during the course. They broke down the material into easy to learn chunks which made me feel prepared and confident in my certification. Along with this the small group sizes played a role in being able to ask questions and feeling like the course was more personable. Prior to this course I was in a class with 100+ people and I learned nothing. Parking was easy and it was an easy to find building. read more

I had a great experience here the staff was friendly and the instructors was a professional Firefighter who thought us the whole process in a very simple and understanding way. What I also like about SureFire is that they don't try to sell you other things you don't need, my wife took a CPR class and somewhere else and they still push a $20 dollar useless book on First aid not here.One thing take a small sweater or jacket their CPR training class gets really cold. read more
