Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on Sunday evening and hottest day of the year on top of things. My husband called and left a message at 7:00 pm Sunday night and received a call back within 5 minutes. Tech was to our house at 6:00 Monday morning and had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. Tech was courteous, prompt and friendly. We will recommend SureTemp to everybody we know. Hands down best customer service we have ever received! read more

So far, I have met Tom/Bud/Kevin from Sure-Temp and they were all the most courteous and helpful service techs I have met for any service company in a long time. After contacting American Home Shield for a repair order on my AC unit, Kevin came out, worked on and thought he fixed an issue... Well, AC went out again right after.... No questions asked they sent out Tom and Bud. Not one word of static or pushback from them and with great attitudes, they fixed the issue. I am so pleased with their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Such a professional service. Tom was on time, honest and extremely reasonable! Less than 24 hours after we requested service they were there to assess the problem and fix it. It is great to know there are still honest companies out there! read more

Kieth seemed in a hurry when he showed up to view the project and provide a quote. His final quote was a picture of a hand written quote he took on his cellphone and sent to me. I believe kieth is the owner and was out taking care if issues that day and was probably very busy also. I was also busy that day and was in the middle of an on line conversation while Kieth was here. Regardless we decided to go with another company. read more

Two units on our 20 (30? who knows) year old system either died or were on their last legs and I knew we had to replace them before it got hot. We had three companies come out to bid the job. Of the three, Sure-Temp's salesman did the most thorough evaluation of our HVAC needs and was the only one who responded to follow up questions. He was super-proactive about keeping in touch and their pricing although not the cheapest was also not the most expensive and seemed very fair for what we got. The day of the installation, the teams sent out to install the new equipment were punctual, efficient and discreet--I barely even knew they were there which is saying something since they were installing air handlers in two different parts of the house. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up a system that we've been patching up for the last ten + years. The new units look great and work great. Completely satisfied with Sure-Temp and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Keith's team was very responsive and attentive to my needs. We got the AC fixed on a Sunday. Great experience will use their service again. read more

Just had my a/c go out yesterday afternoon, and was sent someone this morning to fix. Amazing job! Prompt and courteous! Will definitely be recommending Sure Temp Air Conditioning to others. With AZ summers it's hard to know who to call that you can trust and will be reliable. So thankful to have been myself recommended to this great business! Highly recommended! read more

Dominick was our tech, he was courteous, professional and efficient. He came out on an emergency call on Sunday, diagnosed the problem, Dominick made sure he scheduled some time to come back the next day. He went and order the part, on Monday he installed the parts so we had heat . So from beginning to end it was less then 24hrs till we had heat again Thank you Dominick, your a great tech, to the company you need to keep this tech happy! Geri read more

AC went out yesterday. Called Sure Temp this morning at 8:30 am and Kevin was out at the house by 1pm. Diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use in the future for any maintenance needs. read more

They are the best! I called like 15 minutes before they closed because my air broke. I'm 40 weeks pregnant and it was 92 out so I was in desperate need of someone to help. They took an extra call when they could have gone home to help me out. The tech was super nice, fast and very reasonably priced. I really owe you guys! You are the best, thank you so much!! read more

Keith has been a first class contractor. Very Professional, Reliable and Prompt. He's given me the Best Deal with a brand new Condenser Install ON TIME, ON BUDGET. Very Honest and Fair. Kevin was great--professional but friendly and courteous. He arrived on time, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and there was no pressure or up selling like many companies. Great experience and would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justin and Mario are amazing and great assets to this company! They are professional, punctual, and repaired our ac issues in a timely fashion. They even cleaned up after themselves. When Justin came out to inspect it, he explained things in a way I could understand and was patient with my questions. He offered several solutions at different price points, the pros and cons on each so we could make an informed decision. When they finished, you could immediately feel the difference in our home. The improvement was dramatic, and instant. They even made sure to be careful moving things on our new floor and took extra care to clean up. I just can't say enough about this company's service. You guys rock. Thank you so much. read more

Absolutely 5 star worthy. My timeline: Experienced an AC issue around 4:00 AM this past Saturday. I was referred to Sure Temp by American Home Shield at 6:15 and got a call from the owner at 6:30. Keep in mind that their office was not schedule to open until 7:00 AM. Bud, my technician, was at my door by 8:30. He diagnosed and solved the issue by 8:55. Additionally, Bud was kind enough to answer some HVAC-related questions I had for him. The owner and Bud were as kind and as responsive. The service was quick and painless. What more can you ask for? I will be a return customer should I need further AC help. read more

I run a property management company and SureTemp has been our go to HVAC company since we started for both business and personal HVAC needs. We found them by luck when the owner was a single-man crew. Since then, SureTemp has grown a lot, but their dedication to service and getting things right has not changed. Some of our contractors we have to poke-and-push every step of the way, but every time we have a heating or cooling issue we send a work order to SureTemp Scheduling and it just gets taken care. Occasionally something goes wrong, even for the best company, and that is when you find what a company is truly made of. Any time we do have an issue Suretemp will immediately get someone out and get it resolved. For example, they installed a new system at one of our rentals this summer. On Christmas Eve the heat did not come on. The owner himself came out and got the heat back because he gave his crews the day off and the tenants had a 1 YO child and he didn't want them to be cold through Christmas. I could not recommend SureTemp more! read more

Delivered as promised on short notice. Everyone was efficient snd professional and cleaned up their mess. No complaints and so far the unit is working great. These guys were a bit more expensive than one other quote but won on professionalism hands down. read more

Much higher prices than my previous A/C provider. But they did a great job getting the system ready for summer. Had no problems since they did the maintenance. read more

From the sweet lady on the phone making the appointment this morning, to the end of the job, this was a superb experience. Great customer service and great workmanship with this company. Bud was so professional and honest and did a fantastic job! He showed up exactly within the time frame provided. Do not hesitate to use this company!!! This type of exceptional service is not the norm unfortunately anymore in the business world. Honesty and integrity!! Well done!!! read more

I scheduled an AC tune up with my home warranty company and Sure Temp AC was the provider selected. I was glad to see that they sent a company that had so many positive reviews and not someone less experienced. Kevin was the technician who came out for service. Kevin was friendly and prompt. He concluded his tune up and gave me the diagnostic report and told me there was a part that needed to be exchanged. He called my warranty company, got a work-order for it and completed it within a half hour. I probed him on questions regarding the part, why it was needed to be changed, what it did. He answered all of them, providing the back knowledge on not just why it needed to be replaced but why it was important overall. When completed, he made sure to recap, fill out paperwork and conclude service. I appreciate his professionalism and attitude toward the job. Kevin makes Sure Temp stand out for me! read more

We took 3 estimates and Sure Temp had the best bid. The guys showed up on time and were ready to go. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess inside and out (even the attic area). We thought they were going to have to remove shelves and trim in the closet to get the equipment in and out, but they were careful and worked around it. In the past I did this kind of work and therefore really appreciated the small details they incorporated into the install. Many installers will skip these important details. If you are in need of any HVAC services, we highly recommend Keith and his team at Sure Temp. We could not be happier with the install process and love our new Trane unit. read more

I was sent to this company by my home warranty. I called after a storm at 630am and they were here by noon. My air was back up and running in an hour I will recommend this company to everyone I know! read more

This company is the best! They are wonderful. The pricing is good!! They installed a new Trane on our home.

I contacted Sure Temp about installing a mini-split air conditioner in my bedroom. Keith was able to come out the next day to quote the job. He was punctual, friendly, and patient. He went through the different mini-split options, configurations, and installation details with me. He also shared information with me about a current SRP rebate, and 0% financing. The installation techs, Tony and Josue, installed the mini-split a week later. It only took them a few hours to complete a clean, professional looking installation. Tony went over the completed job, and the operating instruction with me before leaving. The installed Trane mini-split is incredibly quite, and cools my bedroom to 65°F in less than 30 minutes. The following day Keith contacted me to answer any questions or concerns that I might have about the new unit. The team at Sure Temp did an incredible job, and I would recommend them highly. read more

I asked Sure Temp to visit my house and give a second opinion and estimate on a repair that I was quoted by another AC repair shop. Not only did they come out and verify the diagnosis for free (vs. a few hundred dollars charged by the other company for diagnosis and leak testing), their estimate for repair was also a few hundred dollars less than the other quotes I received. The leak is now fixed and AC is running great! Sure Temp was prompt, easy to work with, candid, and affordable. Next time Sure Temp will be my first call. read more

Sure Temp serviced our unit for a couple of years through American Home Shield. This year we needed a new unit. The owner Keith came to our home to give us a quote. He answered our questions and provided us with valuable information to help was make an educated decision. He has an A+ team from the field technicians to office staff. Antonio and Josue installed the unit and were professional, honest, engaging, and helpful. They did a GREAT job on the install. We are very pleased with the service we have received from Sure Temp. read more

Thank you sure temp! They responded quickly and sent a tech out the next day. Bud the tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed the problem with in a short time. Scheduled with them with out shopping anywhere else. They took care of us and I was happy with their repairs and quote. Will be looking to have a new unit installed by them within the next year, only because ours is out of date and makes since. Thanks again sure temp! Good work! read more

I felt it was time to replace the AC-Heater unit and get a new system installed before summer. After receiving a couple of quotes from other companies which were ridiculously high, I came across Sure Temp and read the reviews and thought I would get a quote from this company. Called Sure Temp and Keith was quick to contact me and schedule a time to come out. His quote was the lowest out of the other quotes i had received. Keith was knowledgeable and professional, also he didn't give a big sales pitch or try to push a more higher price system. Keith is up front and to the point along with being honest. The installers showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They made sure that everything was cleaned up before they finished for the day. They took the time to explain what they were doing during the installation and went over how to use the thermostat and answer any question i had. Keith and his team at Sure Temp are fantastic. I am really glad that i had found Sure Temp.. I highly recommend Sure Temp read more

I couldn't recommend Keith and Sure Temp AC any more. I reached out to several companies, specifically ones that said they respond within 10 to 20 minutes and the only one that responded as such was Keith at Sure Temp. I had some challenges with another company which forced me to look for a second opinion. Keith came out himself to look at my AC unit, quickly assessed the issue and I was glad I looked for a second opinion! I found Keith to be trustworthy, responsive, fair and he did an outstanding job! Going forward I now know there's only 1 call I need to make! read more

I called Sure Temp based on Yelp reviews in my area, due to furnace not working. The technician, Bud, came within 2 hours. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem with heat pump quickly - all was corrected within an hour or two. Warm again! I would call them again for any problem with HVAC. They are licensed, bonded, and insured. read more

They had a tech come the same day that I called. Diagnosed the issue and had the repair done within an hour. While not cheap the price was fair and within the price range I expected from my own online research. I would not hesitate to reccomend. read more

Quality work, good prices, and went out of the way to help us when our AC unit died in the summer! I would highly recomend this place!!

They were very busy but somehow managed to fit me into the schedule on the same day. Kevin showed up exactly on time and I told him what was happening and he went right to the condenser and showed me that it was fried (as in black). Wired burned right off it. He explained everything in detail to me and checked the Freon and all that stuff also. He had the part replaced within 15 minutes and my A/C finally worked again!. The price was excellent and the service was too. I will use them again. read more

These guys are great came out same day and diagnosed my issue and saved me a boat load of money with their recommendations

Dom is a great Tech and was very knowledgeable. He made sure we weren't screwed by any other companies that over quoted us $500! Awesome local company with awesome employees read more

Tom was excellent and super patient with me. I called them out to find and change a filter in my salon and it ended up being 3 filters that would need changing and they were all on the roof Oi! Tom was patient while I contacted the landlord and got key codes etc. Not once did I feel like he was annoyed with me. Turns out that the landlord had changed the filters a week before (so stupid) so we Tom was very fair with his charge and I am glad to have an AC company I can trust. read more

Just got my SRP rebate check, which made me rethink my whole 4.5 stars thing. To be fair, I was just reacting to the Trane unit that failed. That's on Trane, not Sure Temp. They took care of everything from start to finish, and shouldn't be dinged for a faulty manufacturer. It's been a month, and everything is working to plan. I appreciate their willingness to work it through until it was right, and doing what they could to express their apologies for something largely beyond their control. Thanks to all of the service guys that came out. 5 stars - unreserved! read more
