Came out same day, and had to work around my work schedule to do so. They also found out we had a warranty on parts so it saved us a couple hundred off what it would have cost to fix it. Will definitely save their number and recommend them to friends and family. read more

Matthew came out to service my AC unit! I have to say I'm very impressed with the customer service received altogether. He was prompt, communicated when he was in his way and took me step by step in the process. He answered all my questions was very professional and great to talk too. A great experience! read more

Tom serviced our 3 units. Our system is a little older and he explored options to keep our system optimal while ensuring repair costs were minimal. He walked me through options, not pushy, and his solutions helped to restore our system to full function. His annual tune-up costs were the best out of four quotes. Would highly recommend Tom and his team! Great customer service! read more

Keith and his team worked around our schedule for the installation of our new Trane unit. They were on-time, within our budget and the crew was fast and friendly. My 3-year-old was fascinated with the A/C installation and the crew went above and beyond answering his questions and working around our busy house. Thanks team, you guys rock! read more

We did not hire them. Prices were 20% higher than the competition and the sales rep was not very knowledgeable nor very interested in doing the job read more

The AC tech was very nice and showed up in a mask as well. I appreciated that he was quick and explained the issue with our air-conditioning system. He fixed the issue within a half hour and was on his way. He even gave us some tips to keep problems from happening in the future and how we can save some money. Definitely a great experience. read more

This company is terrific! They answer the phones right away and very polite. They had same day appointments (of course it's not summer) they gave me a window of arrival time and got here within that first hour of the time frame. Except on the phone nobody notified me of the service call fee. Dominick is a rare gem, he is honest, up front, good personality, and explains everything in terms that a non professional air tech person could understand. When I say honest he went over some things and easily could of said I need this or that, and like most people in trades jobs; we all know from there how that would go? Instead he was honest and found out the problem wasn't even air related and what needs to be done as well as a referral to the type of tradesman I need. He wrote out what was needed so I know the right direction. I only could wish more companies in all trades were more honest and up front, those companies would make alot more money because I know this day forward I'll call Sure Temp for ANY and ALL my heat or air related needs! read more

Recently moved to AZ and of course, our AC has an issue. Matthew from. Sure Temp Air was out on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and executed the repair. znixe to know we have a reliable AC vendor so close. I highly recommend them! read more

Josh showed up on time after texting me. He was called to see why my 20 y.o. heat pump was running constantly. After evaluating and performing routine maintenance, was told the unit was performing as well as it could considering the age of the unit and the severity of the heat we've been experiencing. $59. No extra add ons, no "worn out parts". Just what was quoted. Professional, capable, and NOT a salesman! What a relief. Will be needing to replace unit in all eventuality and Sure Temp Air is the first company I will call UPDATE: 11/2/20 Replaced the unit and this is the most comfortable my house has been in 35 years! Excellent work and efficiency. Entire job was done in 3 hours. Barely knew they were working on it. Kudos to Brian for having a great crew! read more

Dominic was great! Very personable and explained everything to use in layman's terms. He made sure we were happy with the service. We didn't feel like he attempted to up charge us for services at all. But provided us with great information about what to do in the near future when we have to replace our units. Straight shooter. Will definitely get returning customers for our a/c needs. read more

Very quick response and no pressure quote. Work completed timely and with friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Sure Temp was so quick to respond, so I scheduled right away. Justin was very professional and able to quickly identify the problems, while providing a reasonable and honest quote. We decided to proceed with the repairs and even though it was a rainy day, Justin still managed to climb on the 2nd story of out home and complete the repairs on time as scheduled. We are happy that our air and heating systems are up and running again and ready for a long Arizona summer. We will be calling Sure Temp Air for any of our HVAC needs and will be asking for Justin again. read more

I inherited my Moms house after she passed and I couldn't find any paperwork for the AC she had installed a few years ago, so I didn't know if it still had a warranty. Ricky went out of his way to look it up and he found that the AC was still under warranty! He had the required parts with him so he got the AC up and running like a dream in half an hour! Great company and service technician! Flexible speedy reliable and above all honest! Thank you so much! read more

They put in a new ac unit for me and that was a great experience. Today was a follow up they provide at no cost when you put in a new unit. The service was outstanding. Ricky went above and beyond in his service today. Highly recoomend this company. read more

I had initially written a pretty poor review for these guys after, what initially was a lackluster experience with them around the 4th of July, when my a/c went out. Keith the owner, caught wind of my displeasure and took it very personally. He then immediately rectified the issue by sending an outstanding professional out to the house, Bud, who correctly diagnosed the issue immediate and then had it fixed the next day. This group clearly cares about doing a good job and it became evident to me during multiple conversations with them that they are a group that is looking to be "trustworthy", which in my book is a quality at the top of the list!! read more

This is one of the best companies. They were very competitive with pricing when they replaced our coils and with their service contracts. Always prompt and courteous. Had a winter tune up yesterday done by Ryan H. He explained everything and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend this company. read more

I was pushing my 18 y/o Trane to try to make it through the summer. After a service call to another company and quote of just over $1K I knew it would be easier cheaper to replace it. I got quotes from three companies and was most impressed with Chad. He took the time to ask me questions about the unit, what issues I was having, what I was looking for in a new unit. He brought back a detailed estimate including all the work that would be done. I signed up and in less than a week I have the new system installed. Freddie and Derek were prompt, professional and friendly. They arrived early, worked the whole day and cleaned up. I'll definitely be recommending Sure Temp to my friends and family. read more

This place ROCKS!!!! American Home Shield had them come out and replace blower motor in our American Standard ac unit. Called Wednesday night. Motor ordered and installed Friday by 9:30am. Totally recommend Sure Temp. They completely live up and then some to their rating. Ck out BBB also. They have an A+. read more

So, we had an American Standard heat pump that came with the house which was 14 years old. Last spring, I got a quote from a company that came to our home to do one of those inexpensive tune-ups. He was a nice guy, said our unit was on its last legs and gave me a reasonable quote to replace it. When I told him we were trying to hold off before making that kind of an investment, he said we could probably make it another year without too many problems. Well, just as we got through 2019, the unit stopped heating in the mornings so I called the same company for service but my buddy had moved on. They sent another guy over who charged us $300 and the unit still didn't put out any heat.  So, then the dilemma, request another service call for, potentially more money or consider a new purchase? Long story short, I requested some quotations from a number of reputable dealers but one company stood out.  I contacted Sure Temp on a Saturday and the owner (Keith) texted me that he would have a tech out on Monday. I texted him Sunday morning to confirm and asked about a financing concern Minutes later, he asked me to call him. On the phone he said he would be over Monday morning.  On Monday, he looked at my heat pump, told me it would just be a matter of setting the new unit in place and wiring it in so he could give me a great price. He did and I accepted his offer on the spot. Twenty minutes later, Mary called to get my credit information and a half hour later she called to let me know we had been approved. Our Trane was ordered from the warehouse on Monday, received on Tuesday and installed on Wednesday. Kyle and Damion did a quick and excellent job on installation and by 11:00, we had heat again! I very much appreciate what Keith did for us and would recommend Sure Temp Air to everyone. It's an excellent company with the best product and I expect to have them take good care of us for many years to come.  Thanks much to everyone at Sure Temp Air! - David Lucas read more

My compressor went out and the first company that I had come out and check it told me that I needed to replace the entire unit. I called sure temp for a second opinion and they came out next day to double check that it really was the compressor at no cost to me then replaced it for a fair price. I appreciated their straight forward honesty and that they always came on time. Will use them again! read more

Sure Temp just replaced an AC for us and they did a great job at a very fair price. I referred them to my mom and she used them as well. Sure Temp gave us both a referral discount. Highly recommend! read more

Dominick & Bud are good dudes, had them come out to refill my old unit about a year and half ago. But that unit is old and I won't be able to refill it anymore with the new laws so I got them coming out to put in a new unit, will update in a couple days after the install. So far highly recommend, Kieth came out spent a good deal of time scoping things out (something that other companies didn't do when I was pricing around) he gave me a fair price and timely install date. *UPDATE Wow my install service was top notch, Tony and Josue came over and worked straight through the day in high heat to get my AC up and running in a timely manner, yet they did not take any short-cuts. Not only were they exceptional workers, they are great company also, they went above and beyond to answers all my questions no matter what they were doing. Keith has some winners on his team, from my experience I highly recommend this company. Good fair prices also. read more

Matthew arrived on time and was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making the service as smooth as possible. read more

Our AC unit was more than 18 years old and started having issues every now and then. We were looking for new HVAC units for our home. After doing some research, we came across Sure Temp Air Conditioning. These guys are really good at what they do and at the same time are genuine and good people. Our unit broke down in the middle of summer and due to supply chain problems, the HVAC units were back ordered everywhere. Keith and Ricky understood our problem and repaired our old unit for free and replaced the fan motor on the outside unit while we were waiting for the new unit to arrive. Then their team (Antonio, Damien, Zack, Josue and others) did a great job installing the new unit quickly and keeping us informed at every stage of installation. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in the market for a new HVAC unit or looking to repair one. These guys offer excellent service at a great price. read more

The owner, Keith, was the one to come give me an estimate on my failing AC and furnace. He was honest and transparent about how his pricing works and what was included. I felt very comfortable hiring them for the job. And then Kyle and mmm was the lead tech to come install the unit. He was great, explained everything and what to expect, they were very respectful of being in our home and thorough. They even replaced some trim work because it was so old. After they left I had a question and Kyle was immediately responsive, even though it was kind of a silly question and it was after-hours. I recommend SureTemp highly! You are in good hands if you hire this company. read more

Bryan was extremely professional and courteous. He checked my air conditioning to make sure I was good to go for summer and was very efficient and explained to me what he found. Would recommend this company! read more

I had been having trouble with my A/C for about 2 years now and as you may know, this is not the type of issue you want to have in AZ summers. This time, I knew I had to bite the bullet and have a new unit installed. I contacted several companies and even "friends" of family members who are in the trade and not one of them made me feel the way Sure Temp did. I requested an estimate through Yelp over the weekend and within about 30 minutes, I had a response and an appointment within the next couple of days by the owner, Keith. The service manager, Bud came out and was very thorough and explained in detail what the issue was. Once I decided to go with Sure Temp, Bud made arrangements to have paper work dropped off and picked up to get started. At this point my A/C was no longer blowing any cool air, so Bud made arrangements to have a portable air conditioner dropped off to use until my new unit was replaced. Talk about going the extra mile for thier customers! This was such a relief in this 100+° heat! By Saturday morning, Kyle and another gentleman came to install the new unit. They worked diligently to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Sure Temp. Not only was thier customer service exceptional but their prices could not be beat! Thank you Sure Temp for making this experience a little less stressful! One last note: For those that may be concerned with the pandemic, every Sure Temp employee came in with a mask. read more

Sure Temp is a great company. This is the second service they provided. They came within 1 hour of a service request! Dominick M. was an absolute pleasure. He fixed our A/C issue in a very timely manner and also educated me on identifying future faults. Literally, fast and efficient service that remedied our issues immediately. His professionalism and expertise was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company! read more

We shopped around for a new split unit install for the last couple of years and the prices ranged from ridiculous to seriously ridiculous. It got to the point where we finally had to get a new unit due to our old units fan producing that great smell of some kind of burning electrical component so I contacted Keith after seeing all the great reviews. Keith was quick to respond and scheduled a prompt consult and an even more prompt time frame for the install. His guys were on time if not early; installing the unit in no time. The wife gave me the big happy face emoji text while letting me know we now have heat in the house. Great customer service, a great brand name product; at more than a fair price, all with a locally owned company. What more can you ask for? read more

We used Sure Temp this past week! Our AC went out and we had a sick baby at home. Sure Temp came out as soon as they could and had our AC fixed and running within an hour of arriving. Dominic was the technician that came and he was great! He arrived with a smile and despite this being their busiest time of year and the sweltering heat he was upbeat and very kind. Mary in the office was great too! Thank you guys for getting our AC fixed so quickly especially with a sick baby in the house. You guys rock read more

Justin came out to give us a second opinion about our duct system having a leak. Yesterday, a Patrick Riley tech came out to do scheduled maintenance and although our 3 units checked out fine - he wanted $1500 to replace a tear in my duct system. We called Sure Temp for a second opinion - Justin came out and could not find any tear in any part of my duct system. He saw there was a small leak which he was able to fix with some kind of gummy tape which took him 5 minutes. He only charged us the $65 service fee. It was refreshing to have an honest tech give us an accurate assessment. Justin is the best. We highly recommend him and this company. We ended up buying a service contract for future scheduled maintenance which was half the price of Patrick Riley's. read more
