Great communication, professional and advised on what we needed. Would definitely hire again. Thanks!

I can honestly say my experience was first class. The sales staff were honest and easy to talk to; they gave me an honest assessment of the most relevant units to purchase for a three-unit replacement. As you know replacing air conditioning units is expensive.  We had a couple of A/C Companies out to take a look at the project. We received a few budget-breaking quotes with little or no detail on why the replacement units they are recommending are best for our home.  Sure Temp was the only company that took the time to walk me through the features and benefits of the units they proposed. The installation team was excellent. They arrived promptly, worked quickly, with a minimum of disruption to the rest of the house. The units themselves are wonderful, easy to use and program, and in hot weather, the house is a delight to be in. I highly recommend Sure Temp! read more

Our A/C unit blower went out, right after a few other issues had been repaired and diagnosed. It was clear we'd have to determine whether it was best to get a new unit, or fix the blower in addition to other items that needed or should have been fixed. The unit had worked through its expected lifespan, even though we only got a few years out of it. Keith gave me an objective assessment that didn't try to push us in one direction or another. We got quotes for fixing the existing issues as well as installing a new unit. Some line items weren't clear to me, so Keith took the time to call and explain everything, including answering all my follow-up questions. He also explained payment options. The installation team worked diligently to put n the new unit despite the 100-degree heat, and explained the basics on the new thermostat as well. The team was professional through and through, and I especially appreciate their protective attention to detail given the current pandemic. read more

Referred by a friend. We definitely had the white glove treatment. We called on Thursday for 2 full commercial units and they had their crews out the next day installing. Not only there estimate great the service and communication was second to none.. Thank you for the excellent service. read more

This company was outstanding! Very professional. Dominic came to my house to give me a quote. I wanted to replace and upgrade all my combo units in my 2-story home. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. In fact he found all available rebates for me including SRP rebates and even took care of the paperwork. The workers were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived early and worked their butts off. They were all following Covid procedure and were discrete throughout the day. Sometimes didn't even remember they were there. They set everything up and tested everything and got the job done on time. Highly Recommend!!! A pleasure to do business with read more

Spoke to Keith and he sent me Justin. As a retired contractor I saw his equipment and his knowledge were exceptional. Knowing what things cost I thought their pricing were very reasonable. Nice people!! read more

Last year my unit was turning on and off constantly. They were able to advise me over phone how to handle the situation till they arrived. Upon inspection of the unit they determined a part had to be replaced. They took the time to research the part and were able to determine it was under warranty. Though they didn't originally install the unit they were able to get the advance replacement part and took care of warranty part on the back end. We only paid for labor. It has been working great since then. read more

Great customer service . The technician had a issue installing a new thermostat on an old second unit after replacing the primary AC. Keith, the owner , was great he took responsibility for all issues and despite a few hiccups he fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. In fact he gave me his cell number , which I have used several time regarding programming issues of the thermostats and he has alway very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use his company again for any AC needs in the future . If I could give a 10 start review I would . Thanks read more

Was having some issues with my AC called this company out $65 for him to look eyes only and tell me what I could attempt to fix and tell me the price $650 for a new drip pan! Would never call this company again! read more

It sucks when your AC goes out on Friday at the end of business hours. I searched YELP for nearby companies that were open and responded to wknd calls. Sure Temp was the 2nd company I called (1st company didn't answer the phone even though hours listed said they were open). Sure Temp has a 5 star review on YELP and they definitely earned it. They sent a text with a pic of the technician (so you know it's not the killer) letting you know they are on the way. Austin arrived within 1hr of the 4hr estimated wait window (which is fantastic). He was friendly, professional, and courteous. Austin explained everything to me every step of the way and showed me pics of the repair. The pricing was reasonable and after hours fees waived. AC fixed and cooling again. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends. read more

Pros: Came out the same day and fixed my AC. GREAT! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Cons: Not cheap. The guy was here for about an hour and replaced a $20 part (as seen on Amazon). My total bill was $185. Their bill read $29 for the visit and $155 for the part. I know the part cost them at most $20, so that comes out to about $136/hr labor + $29 for the drive out. read more

I've used Sure Temp a few times now and continue to be impressed with their level of customer service. Justin went above and beyond to come back out, after a service on my HVAC, to help install a new Nest thermostat. We are also getting some duct work done by them on the property and Keith has been really helpful and informative through the process. Would highly recommend these guys! read more

Our AC stopped working late Monday night into Tuesday morning, with the weekly forecast predicting temps of 108 every day this week! Knowing that our existing and very old AC unit needed to be replaced, I started calling numerous places first thing on Tuesday morning, looking to see who would be able to install a new AC unit fast, and with the most reasonable price. I called Sure Temp, and they were able to send Chad over within an hour and a half to provide an estimate. My husband and I called several different places for estimates, some being $3-6K over Chad's estimate. Because of their professionalism, speedy response, and unbeatable prices, we chose to do business with Sure Temp. Their next available install date was not until Friday, so they lent us a portable AC to hold us over, free of charge. Antonio and his crew arrived around 5am Friday morning to begin the install. They worked hard to get the job done, and the new unit was up and running before lunch. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to everyone at Sure Temp. Their customer service is out of this world, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC service during these brutal summer months. I will definitely be calling them for any future AC needs. Thanks again to Chad, Antonio, and crew! It was an absolute pleasure and a wonderful experience doing business with you! read more

Had some issue with my unit not blowing cold as desired. It's an old unit and had issues in the past. Called Sure Temp AC for PM check. David was our technician. He came within the expected window, checked everything and gave detailed explanation of what was going on. He was very professional and honest. Even gave me a little trick to easily fix issue in one of our room. I was skeptical at first because the reviews were "too" good, thinking maybe they're fake. But, I'm glad I went with this company. I would recommend the company. read more

I called sure temp in a panic. We tried to install a smart thermostat and got stuck. Called on a Monday morning to have a same day appointment and was quickly repaired! I will use them again when I need future AC work read more

Booked a tuneup on my 2 a/c units via Yelp, my request in the evening was responded to within a few minutes and the appointment confirmed. On the day Tom arrived soon after the start of the 1 hour window, and completed the service within an hour. Price was exactly as quoted, no issues were found. I used Sure Temp due to the positive reviews on Yelp and am glad to add mine now. read more

Bob came by and was following up to another HVAC tech from another company, Aspen Air, and he was not thorough. Where the first tech said everything was "fine," Bob from Sure Temp found a bad capacitor in the compressor and also discovered it was low on Freon. This is the second time I have used Sure Temp and both times the techs have been competent, willing to explain why they were doing what they did, and let me know my options. For example, Bob showed me the readings on his gauges showing the old capacitor readings were far below what was on the capacitor body, so I knew he was not trying to "get one over" on me. I trust Sure Care and have already recommended them to coworkers! read more

Great experience and price was less than another company. I needed my invoices to be detailed for the home warranty company and they provided promptly. They even filled out a form I needed completed within 24 hours. I will use them again if needed. read more

Love this company, 3rd time I have used them, they don't just try to sell you a new unit, prices are totally reasonable. Matthew G, is who I always ask for. The nicest guy you will ever meet, polite clean and so professional. He was able to fix what Wolfgang wanted to sell me a new unit for. read more

The response was fast and on time, they were out the next day to check on the heat pump and found the issue was minor and did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. This is a very honest company, I highly reccomend them and will be using them again. read more

Had a complete system installed and it went fantastic. Dealing with Keith was amazing. Extremely great price and was able to get installed quickly. The installers were amazing. They left with no traces of any construction at all. I highly recommend Sure Temp!!! read more

Matt came out and gave me a fair estimate to replace 2 Trane units. Their bid was in the middle; however, Matt's advice and explanation of the different units was honest and unbiased. The team that came out to do the install was great. Antonio lead the team; he was up in the small attic area installing the upstairs unit. The other crew members installed the downstairs unit in the garage. They did a great job. They cleaned everything up; afterwards another truck came by to remove the old unit and debris. Since the installation, the company has come out to do maintenance check. So far, so good. read more

I contacted Sure Temp for a heater check up and to have a smart thermostat installed. Their quote was competitive and I was able to get an appointment the following day. Kevin was professional and personable and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. I'll definitely contact Sure Temp in the spring for our A/C check up. read more

When I received a call to set up an appointment my house was 88 degrees and they told me they couldn't have a technician out until the next day. I went ahead and set up the appointment for the next day and had to take time off work. 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment I received a voicemail that said they were overbooked and would have to reschedule. Haven't rescheduled yet read more

I contacted Sure Temp concerned with a couple of my rooms that got far hotter than others. Obviously being the southwest corner of the house, they would be worse off, but as it turns out, the builder's attempt at installing the ducting was not sufficient. They ran one whole new run to the worst room with the ability to adjust the flow in the attic. Two of their vehicles showed up and two guys attacked this job swiftly and we're on time. Both were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The result was splendid and I felt like it was money very well spent! read more

I had a clogging issue in the AC unit with water dripping from my ceiling this morning. Sure Temp Air was able to come the same day which was a huge relief! Austin was incredibly professional as he completed the work. It wasn't as easy as we thought at first, but he did a great job of checking each location to find the issue (including the attic) . Austin was also great at educating me about the AC set up and it's special issues the builder left behind. The communication was great with a text message and email to let me know who was coming and Austin also gave me a phone call for an eta. Pricing was incredibly reasonable especially everything he had to go through! I will definitely keep them on my call list for issues and will be having them back for annual service. I highly recommend Sure Temp AC. read more

It costed $10,000 for a new HVAC system to be installed in our home. 2 1/2 months later I had to call them back because the system was not working. Ricky With Suretemp Air Came out early this morning and fixed the issue! THANK GOD FOR RICKY!! He exemplified Great Customer service and is a true Professional. HE MADE IT RIGHT!! read more

I'm a business owner and landlord also and I've now used Sure Temp Air for a total of 5 replacement units and a bunch of repairs. They're simply as good as it gets. They'll take of you quickly, without unneeded add-ons or emergency surcharges, and always at a good price. Keith, the owner, is super responsive and trustworthy. Call him, and you'll agree! read more

Well they just completed the install of my new Trane. Other companies didn't have or didn't offer Trane products. Keith even helped me get into an interest free option because who the heck has this kinda money around. John & his crew installed a beautiful new unit and I now have a fancy Dancy thermostat that I can adjust by phone. The customer service I've experienced was top notch from the office to the installation crew. I will update you if anything changes but if what they've showed me so far I don't think it'll be bad. read more

I have had Sure Temp to my home several times. Keith and Dominic have took care of me every time. They are punctual and professional. They have gave me recommendations on helping keeping both of my units running well. They are very honest and knowledgeable. I overpaid the first time I had a problem with me AC with another company and Sure Temp has taken care of me since. They're pricing is fair and they don't try to bullshit you into buying things you don't need or up-sale you on everything. I will only use Sure Temp for my AC and Heating needs. I work with contractors everyday and I know a good one when I come across one. Great job, great company! Much Success! Thank you Sure Temp! read more

Great Service by Keith !! He came out today to take a look at my AC. When he was done he gave me a through estimate of what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and the cost of each repair and a very fair estimate to replace the unit. The cost of his estimate was in line with the other estimates I received but because Keith was so great and giving me the information I needed, I will most likely go with Sure Temp when I replace it. I highly recommend this company. read more

Austin Sherman from Sure Temp Air conditioning installed a new thermostat for us today. I can't say enough good words about Austin and Sure Temp. He is very friendly and personable, friendly and took extra time explaining to us what he was doing. We have not had a thermostat like this before so Austin made sure we were comfortable with the programming, etc. We have nothing but high praise for this company and highly recommend them. read more

The whole team was amazing. Keith was very knowledgeable and quoted me the cheapest price out of the three I had bid. He was also able to schedule the soonest. I was amazed at the organization: Kyle and Chino showed up on time then an hour later a crane showed up to remove the old a/c and swap. Then raised up the new system. Within a half hour a hvac recycle truck showed up to pick up the old equipment while the team was Installing the system. They were in and out in 3 hours and the roof looked better then before they came. Great job all around! read more

UPDATE: Keith the owner contacted me and answered my remaining questions. He was very courteous and you can tell he takes pride in making sure you are a 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and we will use again if needed. We have used this company in the past and have always gotten a good deal and great service. We had to call on the company again this year to come look at our a/c unit, after the inspection we decided to replace the unit since ours was extremely old. The day of install was great, techs were fast and friendly, answered all questions. I would give 5 stars if I could get a response to my email I sent the company, had some more questions on the unit installed and bill, still have not heard back. I will give them a few more days (been a week) and then I will call. Was trying not to call since it was simple questions. If I get an answer I will update my review and rating. Feel it is a good company and would use again if necessary. read more
