Ben was very professional and understanding of what my needs were. He assisted in what I asked and followed through on replacing my computer battery as promised. I would recommend his small business to anyone out there over a large corporation, for any of your computer needs. read more

Best service around by far. Best prices I've seen. Super quick, like 20-30 min for phone screen replacement . Awesome dude.

Bought a laptop so I could continue my correspondence and business. while I was in SOCAL. At home ( SF Bay), I was having trouble signing in with my Yahoo email accounts after I Installed a VPN. Down here in SOCAL I was was completely locked out of my accounts no matter what I tried. I should mention that this was not a case of entering the wrong password. I tried Yahoo's self-help page - useless. I call the Yahoo Premium help line - useless and rude. Decided I need professional help for a work around. Called Ben at "The Supreme Tech" told him about my problem. Made an appointment with him at a mutually convenient time. He was patient and listened carefully to my observations and details about the problem. He got down to work and approached the problem from several different angles. I like his can-do approach and he was determined to get my problem fixed. He's a gentleman and consummate professional that fixed my problem at a reasonable price especially given the effort he put in. I would use his services again if I run into any further computer problems. read more

WARNING- Very unprofessional. Better have an appointment with an exact time. Good luck finding it too. Called and spoke with Benjamin and asked what time they closed today. He asks if I could be there before 6. I tell him yes. Benjamin asks if I knew the location. I ask if it was the address posted on Yelp. He says that's it. I arrive about 3:15 and after driving around the strip mall 3 times I call to ask where it is he tells me that he isn't there. No sign for his business anywhere. Benjamin then tells me to wait an hour. Ha ha. Just drove from Norco for nothing. He tells me I should've called. I said I did and you told me to be there before 6. 3:15 is before 6. Waste of my time and money. Supreme Tech more like SUPREME WASTE OF TIME read more

Solo me regreso $ 50. Ya que me descontó el pago del técnico y más mentiras para justificar su ineptitud..(Atte. Enoch Mtz). Cualquier aclaración tiene mi número read more

Mobil phone repair? Who would have thought? This fits the bill for seniors like me with transportation issues. Their headquarters is 5 miles away from my location. Ben came over to my place with a small toolkit and we set up operations on the dining room table. He refurbished my old iPhone 6s (there were some issues) and installed a new battery, all for a reasonable price. It took less than an hour. He seems to know what he is doing and I learned that he also works on PCs, laptops and other devices. Sounds good to me. read more

Update on a previous review, this guy Ben was texting me after I posted my last review in which I gave him a 1 star review asking for me to take it off.. after not taking it off he replied to my review by saying that he and his team spent all this time on it blah, blah, blah... all false, he also said he offered me a refund which is completely false.. I think he just wanted to make me sound like I was lying on my review and make himself look good. My review still stands and I definitely don't recommend this place. read more
