Excellent shop if you care about your wheels staying pristine. Their touchless tire mount machine and skilled techs give you peace of mind knowing your rims won't get scratched. The in-floor alignment lift is a huge plus for lowered cars, and you can have your setup dialed in to your specs if you know what you want. Wouldn't hesitate to bring any of the other cars in for the same. Look forward to meeting Kenji soon.

I was looking for wheel spacers it was a little unsure what size. I saw plenty of suggestions on Mercedes forums but I run a little wider tire so I was afraid of rubbing. I emailed Paul and he responded immediately. He quoted me a price, suggested the width for front and rear based on my set up, and included the mounting lug bolts. I ordered the spacers on Friday and had them at my door on Monday!! I emailed Paul before mounting to make sure I had all the necessary parts. Again, he replied within minutes and even gave me the torque specs. Got them all mounted up and they look fantastic. Love the new more aggressive stance. BTW, I went with his recommendation of 15mm up front and 12mm in back. I run 305's on the rear and the 12's were just enough to even it out. Thanks Paul and Supreme Power! They did my spring installation in under 45 minutes.. Need I say more! I made the drive hour plus drive out to supreme power after getting a heck of a deal on brand new springs w/ an install. I figured since I was there already to pick up some goodies in the process. Nick helped me throughout the process from start to finish. He was very helpful every step of the way. I made my appointment at 11pm. Very clean shop. Friendly staff. Excellent and efficient work. They had me out of there by 1pm (Due to lunch breaks and other work being done). Just an overall very good experience and a good atmosphere. Justin took some professional shots of my car after the work was done. I could tell everyone there enjoyed working there. I highly recommend this shop for any one looking to get quality after market parts for a great price. read more

As a veteran of the car modding world, I can unequivocally say that Supreme Power is the last of a dying breed: AN HONEST SHOP!! Eric, Tam, Nick, etc. are phenomenal at customer service and don't try to sell you something you don't really want or need just because it may make them more money. You ask them for their opinion comparing products, and they will give it to you. For example, I called Eric last week to ask him about an exhaust for my Mini Cooper. I asked "Hey, what do you think about X exhaust for my car?" Eric responded that in his opinion he preferred a different exhaust (about $600 cheaper then the one I asked about). So I looked up the company he mentioned, read up on them and asked around, and after seeing how spot on he was, went with his advice and haven't regretted it one bit! Nick and Damian were there at the shop early and got my install done even before my appointment time (which was set for when the shop opened). The price I paid was the price I was quoted and the whole experience was top notch. It's too bad that being honest in this industry is a becoming less common and so there is a need now to shout out those companies that still retain the basic principles you expect. Well, Supreme doesn't disappoint and is as good as it gets!! read more

I had a JCW suspension installed here. The price was very reasonable, this is one of the shops a NAM.com member recommended and I'm happy with it. The staff is friendly and helpful (tips on other mods, etc). It's nice to know there's a place like this within driving distance, I enjoyed the experience and the drive. read more

Supreme installed Eibach springs, Macht Schnell spacers, gloss black grill surrounds and a Status Gruppe FRP lip on my 2016 M3. The guys were friendly and super helpful. While I waited, Nick gave me some friendly tips to help me enjoy my new ride. Justin was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. They even checked to make sure I had something for lunch. I felt like I was hanging out with friends even though this was the first time I brought my car in. Their prices were hundreds less than another performance shop I've been to. I've already ordered a couple additional things for them to install for me. Seriously, these guys are great. I recommend Supreme Power. read more

Once again I have chosen Supreme for my car modding needs. This time it was a 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid where options to lower are far and few between. As soon as I got the car, Kim and Eric were on it, sourcing a local part builder who made specific links for my car. They were able to schedule me and complete the job in about 1 hour. Will the technician knows his stuff and was thorough and meticulous in the install!! Last update: spoke to Eric. We talked it out. I didn't ask for money back or anything- all I wanted was respect and Eric was like he was always. Chill and respectful. Have to update my review. Matt used to be the receptionist/ quoter and he was an absolute down to earth guy. The new employee Kim leaves a lot to be desired after today. I was quoted 1200 from Kim for spring and catback install (8 hours, $150/ hr). I spoke with Eric the owner and he said that's too much and got me in for 800. The job took 3.75 hours on the dot and 4 hours including breaks due to customer coming and speaking with the tech. ($600). I'm an easy going guy and didn't mind the extra because Will (the tech) is such a cool guy to hang out with. A few days later, I notice that my exhaust is making a weird rattle sound and my suspension sounds like it's broken (creaks, clicks, clicks, etc). I was fed up with the car (not Will's fault- honest mistakes/ oversights occur- I understand that) and decided to sell the car. So I went back to get my stock catback on and was quoted 400. I explained that will literally spent less than an hour on the exhaust and that's high. Kim said she would quote me hourly. I also told her I'm going in because there is weird noises going on with the suspension. It took will exactly 1 hour to do the exhaust so $150. Kim came out of the office, high strung and condescendingly told me that I owe $300 and that she just got in trouble because of me. I told her that the job was one hour, why is it $300. She said because of the suspension to factory height (5 min adjustment) and turned around angrily back to her office. Now mind you, I came in to get my suspension noises addressed. Knowing that it takes a while to remove springs and reinstall- I suggested to will that we adjust the springs to factory height and see if that fixes it (you know... in order to do HIM a solid). Turns out that his 5 min adjustment fixed the noises. I went back in the office to clear the air with Kim since I am a very positive person and don't any negativity amongst car people. I told her I apologize if she got in trouble and that all I did was suggest to will that we adjust the springs the factory (5min job!!) so that he saves TIME in fixing my springs that were noisy that HE installed. Not once was I angry with Will. I understand that sometimes there are mistakes! I even told him he's chill and it's all good. I even told Kim that I'm paying the $300... just wanted to clear the air. She condescendingly again remarked with an "ok" and turned around back to her desk before I left the office. Supreme power is a clean shop. The tech Will is awesome. The previous guy Matt was awesome (I have email correspondence with him... he treats me like a friend with a professional vibe as well). Eric is chill and is real. I lost a ton of money on the car due to issues and the suspension/ exhaust was the straw that broke the camels back. Yet I remained extremely positive and just the principal of the ordeal left a bitter taste. I don't care about the $300... just lack of professionalism and high strung behavior is not welcome. read more

Eric and team are fantastic. Eric is super responsive and Kim gets things done. The shop is the cleanest! Very well kept, you can tell they take pride in every aspect of their business. The tech in the back I believe will was a super cool guy to talk to. Managed to get my wheels from them in 2 weeks with the specs of my choice and they were able to have a suspension that is back ordered months in 3 days to my front door. I had ordered kw suspension 4 months and cancelled it because I never had a eta. Eric and team were able to get it to my house on a Sunday when I placed the order on Friday. Can't say enough great things about Kim and the team at Supreme Power. Went in to get new exhaust installed on my F10 M5, they did a great job with that as well as addressing a vibration issue from a poor mounting and balancing done by another tuner shop in Southern California. Ended up buying new spacers for my wheels after we noticed that the previous shop had sold me 5mm spacers instead of the 10/12mm that I had ordered. Highly reccomended. Chris read more

The guys at the shop are the real deal. The new location is pretty bad ass as well. Bought a set of Indy 500 Ultra Summer Tires on tirerack on Thursday. They arrived on Friday(crazy fast). I had made an apt for the coming Tuesday however, I'm a kid when it comes to mk6 and I couldn't wait. Sent an email to Supremepower asking if I could come in on Friday around midday to have them installed. No Problem. Arrived and was greeted by a fellow vdub owner named Cameron. He took my car around back and came back to chat with me about coming Wuste and was amazed on all the reviews on this new summer tire by firestone. Overall: Great service & price for mounting and Road Force Balencing. Cameron even went out of his way to fix my loose BFI gs2 shifter that was installed by another shop. Guess it wasn't supposed to be that loose and he fixed it up. I noticed when I got back into the car and was like "oh **** this is how it's supposed to feel".:lol: All around good group of guys there. Will be coming back for future additions to my car! I had my ESS Supercharger installed at MRF Engineering in Lake Forest, CA and it was a big disappointment. The left front wheel rubs every time the wheel turned inward due to their installation. MRF told me the rubbing was due to my 20in wheel. But it was rubbed even with 19in stock wheel. Thank God for excellent work at Supreme Power / Damien, my headache problem is gone. Thumb up for excellent work guys! U guys are awesome! If known they install Supercharger at SP, I would not go to MRF in the first place. MRF was recommended by ESS so naturally I made a mistake going to MRF. I need to call ESS and have this suggestion corrected. SP is the place to go for all your auto enhancement needs. Brought my brand new Work wheels and Falken tires here to get them mounted for my Porsche 997. Main reason I brought it is for their touchless Corgi Artiglio mounter. I couldn't afford to have some other mounting machine scratch the brand new anodized finish on the lip. Eric is a cool dude and had them mounted up right away, no wait, fair price, and most importantly, without the machine having to touch my wheels. read more

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

It's conveniently super closer to where I live and the rating made me choose this place. I inquired on pricing on installing an exhaust piece and an oil change through Yelp and the business replied very quickly. Not long after I received my quote for the service and was pleased with the pricing. I made the appointment and I happened to drop it off a day prior since I ended up having free time. Later in the evening I received a text notification that the car was ready! I was surprised at how fast everything was completed. An awesome thing about the shop is they even have after hours pickup. There's a lock box outside where your keys will be kept in and you'll receive a combination for the specified box. The inside of the building is super clean and the waiting area is spacious, with couches and a bar style sitting area. Service was excellent. Josh was my point of contact in the beginning and Nick was the person who collected payment and provided me with the keys. I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!

This place is amazing!!! I've never seen a more experienced business in car parts anywhere else! This place is definitely the place to go for any parts for your car. I ordered my Work VSXX wheels and even though it took a while to arrive, (custom fitment from Japan) it was well worth it when they came. Other shops that I had asked said that the fitment that Eric researched up for my car was "too aggressive" and "wasn't going to work" were definitely proven wrong when Eric installed the wheels on my car. (BMW E39 M5) The wheels look PERFECT! Whenever I look at my car now, I can't help, but smile every single time. All in all, I would definitely give this place 10 stars if there was an option.
