He was always very busy but took a few minutes to treat me like a person and not just a customer. He's a totally real and genuinely good person. I needed some help with an old windows computer and decided to take it here because I pass by when going to the Barber next door. I saw all the 5 star ratings on Yelp and am happy to give an additional 5 stars to this business. My computer froze up after attempting to upgrade to Windows 10 (mistake). I run multiple internet web sites, most notably RiverSongs.com and am located in Las Vegas. I had an issue where I simply needed 1 laptop DVD retaining screw for a used laptop that I had purchased on the web. After calling 4 other computer repair services in the area, where I found no assistance, I contacted Supertech. The guy on the phone told me to come on down, that they would give me a retaining screw, so I did. I met with the owner, (pictured above), and he proceeded to dig thru his spare screws tray until he found one that worked. He did not charge me and was quite helpful. It is this kind of customer service that would lead me to return for any future needs I might have. Businesses need to take heed, how you treat potential customers matters! My friend's computer crashed and we didn't know anywhere to take it. I looked at Yelp and found Supertech and Lem. The shop is close to my friend's house, so we took it right over. Supertech Computer repair on Sahara is the best place to take your laptops, desktops and playstations. I thought my desktop was done for, these awesome guys resuscitated it and my old desktop is as good as new! Our daughter stuck 4 dvds inside our PS3, i was prepared for the worst, but Supertech fixed that too! When I accidently downloaded some weird virus onto our family laptop, Supertech added an antivirus and revived all of my school papers and our daughter's baby pictures. I was on my Vacation,visiting from Canada for the week. I needed to do some work but my computer was not connecting to the internet. I first called Best Buy who quoted me $ 300.00 for a rush job that would take a day. I then called Lem at Supertech. He told me to bring it in right away. It was a $15.00 cab ride from the Mirage. He had my computer up and running the next day. More importantly he was able to lend me a lap top so I could get the work done I needed. He is a very reliable man. Showed concern for my needs and was very accommodating. I noticed the way he treated all of his customers when they came in his shop. He treated them like family. I was unfamilar with the different providers for this service .
