Sales person Bob was very helpful.. But when it came to financing, won't mention name, this guy appears to have no integrity or knowledge of his job. He just kept talking trying to convince or confuse me.. But he states he has NEVER heard of anything lower than 5% or lower on financing not even on 700+, on HD bikes (PowerSports).. I just got something in the mail from HD offering 3.99% and looked on other HD sites and customers praised on getting 3.99 or LOWER through HD (Eagle Mark Financing)!! Drove out to Superstition HD from Cave Creek to take advantage of this offer - "Stop in for our 115th Anniversary Open House to take one (or all of them) for a test ride." Was told by the Sales guy we don't do "Demo" rides, they're a "Free-For-All". We let you "Test Drive" a bike if you are buying - as an "Independent Dealer" we can't afford to let people just ride our inventory; we'd have bikes with mileage we can't sell! Wow! I guess there is a semantic discrepancy between "Test Ride" and "Demo Ride"! I did get a free hot-dog and a Root Beer though! Ha, ha! read more

Updated review. Followed chain of command. Received no call back 3 times from manager (Roscoe) as was promised. Bike had scratches all over after it was in the shop. They couldn't figure an electrical problem out for 3 months. Covers taken off with a screwdriver and damaged. Parts missing and not ordered as promised several times. I am finished with this service department. Ended up taking bike to another shop, they had it 5 hrs. YES 5hrs!!!! Had electrical problem fixed. Ended up being damaged wires that superstition damaged when they removed fairing the first time. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service department. Highly suggest not taking bike here unless you want more problems than you bring it in for. A damaged bike when you get it back, and no respect to return a customer's phone calls. Bad customer service at the parts department from their duchbag parts manager. They ordered me the wrong part so I called and was told they would reorder no problem. I show up take back wrong part as it also turned out to be defective, and they wanted to charge me again. WTF!!! So the duchbag parts manager said he would meet me halfway on the cost and "I could take it or leave it" as he put it. What an ass hole no clue on customer service. I received a recall notice on my 2019 TriGlide Ultra and called service to make an appointment, Matt took the call and said I could drop it off and pick it up at the end of the day. Since the recall noticed indicated a 60 minute fix, I asked if I could just make an appointment and wait. (I live 25 minutes away and to have someone follow me to the dealership and then take me back seemed ridiculous). He said he couldn't make an appointment, as someone might be using the "apparent one piece of equipment" needed and then I would have to wait for them to be finished and then they could start on mine. I asked if I could be the first appointment of the day....any day he wished. I was told that wouldn't work because again someone might get in there before me? I don't quite understand how someone could get in before me if I made the first appointment of the day...but that was Matt's response. Long or short....it appears SHD does not take service appointments....no matter when you would like to schedule it. I called Chandler Harley and they were happy to make an appointment as the first person of the day 3 days into the future. I was not a new customer to SHD, as I had the Boom II audio installed and also passenger arm rests and slip-on Screaming Eagle pipes added to a new (not cheap) bike. So I had a friend get his bike worked on here awhile back. The way that the staff treated him and the attitude they displayed the whole day we were there waiting on the bike to get done, told me that I would never be interested in purchasing a Harley from this store. I have been riding for about 35 years and have been in a ton of bike shops who's staff have gone out of their way to work with people, but not here. Not a place I will ever use. My husband purchased a windshield from Superstition Harley Davidson a week ago. First time he took it back, they had given him the wrong windshield which they exchanged for the correct one. This time my husband took the second one back because it was not like the display. This time they refused to take it back because they had a NO RETURN POLICY! I've never experience buying a new bike from them but often shop for parts, accessories and just kicking tires. the parts and sales people have always been very friendly, knowledgable and seem to really believe in their product. I'm kinda spoiled from my local HD dealers on the east coast who had many more customer events and would like to see more from these folks. Talk about a typical bait and switch... I call on a Sunday 10/11/2020, talk to Forster. I ask if they can change a couple tires I have, and change the brake pads since the tires will be off, he tells me if I can get it to him quickly he can squeeze it in and have back to me in a couple days, I'm thinking great should be back by Wednesdayish, and that would work, when I get there about 2 hours later and as he goes over the bike he talks me into a brake flush, thinking.. gonna have great brakes now. End of the good stuff.. I get there and go to get my tires and he tells me, "Oh must've been a misunderstanding, we don't put customers tires on, only ones we sell."... Not happy with that but alright, I just want my bike back fast. When I haven't heard a word and was in the area on Thursday I stop in to see how its going... only to find out they haven't touched it yet. Then he calls me Friday and says hey we got it on the lift and the rear rotor is bad, worn out .. so I tell him to change it, now I really feel good about my brakes. BUT remember, no more good... He calls me again on Saturday to tell me I have a very bad oil leak and its gonna be over $600 to fix.. and the drive belt is worn from the grease getting on the belt. SORRY that's Bullshit.. belts been worn for about 5 years, and the oil and dirt is from the motor having an issue two years earlier and having the top end replaced and the crank done at the same time. THIS PLACE WILL ROB, LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU... MOST DISHONEST PLACE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! Then when they do call the following Wednesday .. 11 days later, they tell me they couldn't do the brake flush and I only owe a balance of $80 above the almost $1000 I paid up front for service we agreed upon.. so almost $1100 for two tires, three sets of brake pads and a new rear rotor and bolts... THIEVES!!... HOW FRIGGIN DISHONEST AND CRIMINAL,,, TAKE YOUR BIKE ELSEWHERE AND IF THEY'LL LIE TO GET SERVICE HOW CAN TRUST THEIR SALESMAN??? read more

I purchased a used Harley from Superstition about six weeks ago. I went in the night before I bought it to check it out. I liked it and went in the next day to purchase it. When I showed up that next morning I let the salesman know that it was missing the right saddlebag latch reflector. Long and short was this ass hat acted like Id have to pay to replace the reflector. I told him how cheesy that was and even though it was only a few dollars they should replace it. Keep in mind I'm paying $9,000.00 for a bike they got for a fraction of that price. The salesman said they'd mail me the reflector. He was lying,so hes a liar. That is fine, I got new reflectors online for $6.00. I could care less about a few dollars. The fact that Superstition would lie and chisel me for a few bucks is disgusting. They made good money off of my purchase and burn me for little of nothing. That is why I tell everyone that Superstition HD in Apache Junction SUCKS! Also, I financed and there is no doubt I could have done much better elsewhere. I looked into it when I really dissected my loan paper work. Superstition burns you for $599.00 right off the top. I live and learn and I wanted to share what I learned about Superstition HD. Our salesman, Matt, asked us to write a review. After contemplating for several days here it is...if you decide to purchase a bike here, pay close attention to anything "thrown in" and check the numbers on your purchase agreement. The forks on the bike we purchased were cosmetically damaged but we didn't make a big deal about it. So when Matt came back from the finance office and said "you're going to be very happy, I got them to replace the forks AND we're throwing in a year warranty ", we were very happy, UNTIL we got to the finance office. I think his name was Eric, I tossed their business cards in disgust, so I could be wrong, anyway, he handed us the purchase agreement to sign and as I looked at it, I was appalled! The forks that Matt had "gotten them to replace", were on there, $754.33 for 'Accessories' and $193.50 for 'Labor'. And the year warranty they "threw in", well that was on there, too, for $1399.00! Oh, they did lower the price of the bike by $500.00, I guess to make it okay?? I was ready to get up and leave but my husband desperately needed a bike for transportation to and from work. I questioned Eric for quite a while, looked at my husband and said, "you really want this bike???", and finally reluctantly signed. This is our first bike, so when we're ready to upgrade, we'll be going elsewhere. read more

I took my 2011 Road Glide to have a tire repair. When I spoke to Matt a service adviser I told him I had life time tire and wheel. He took my bike Friday afternoon at 2 pm. They never called on Friday. I called them at noon on Saturday and was told they were slammed and would get back to me. After not hearing anything by 330 I called back. I was told by Matt that the tech had my bike and he would call when they knew something. Now they close at 5 pm. At 415 still not hearing from them I called back. Remember they have had my bike for over 24 hours for a leaking tire. I was told that they hadn't started it yet. I informed the person I was talking to that Matt had said a tech had it 45 min earlier. I was put in hold or 5 min when Matt came on the line. I asked Matt if my bike would be ready befor the closed in a half hour. He said he didn't know. I told him that I would come and pick up my bike and take it someplace different. I also told him that I thought it was crazy that they had it so long for a flat. When I got there they had put a new tire on my bike.Matt informed me that my tire and wheel had expired and I owed them 269 bucks. I asked why he didn't asked me before he obligated me to pay 269. The tire only costs 135. I could have went somplace different. He had no answer. They ripped me off. Don't go to Superstuotuon HD for service. read more
