I recently purchased a 2026 Aprilia RS 660 from this dealership. While I'm very happy with the…read moremotorcycle and the price I received, the customer service throughout the buying process was disappointing. During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Walt's Body & Paint - Fully repainted hood/Bumper perfectly match drivers side fender. Car got a but dusty before I took these. Ignore that.

I cannot say enough good things about Walt's Body & Paint. I brought a car. I've loved for…read more21-years, that had so much road rash chips and dents on the hood from Arizona's rocky desert roads; and the bumper was just a disaster. Peppered way beyond regular paint correction. Walt gave me a fair estimate upfront, quoted me the time, and stuck to it; during the process came back and offered a few optional treatments/fixes as they discovered them, with reasonable costs as well, which I took him up on, such as a full PPF coding of the hood and the bumper, as well as replacing some of the parts such as the emblem and the Grill, all of his updates were reasonable, his costs on target. With the final product I don't think I could be happier. I love how it looks. It is flawless. Luckily the fenders and the rest of the body only had a few minor dents his team easily repaired, but they didn't need the repainting and resurfacing that the hood and the bumper needed. I will bring all my future paint and auto bodywork here.

Most places won't even work on a 1999 car due to parts and they were busy too, but the owner whose name escapes me clearly stopped what he was doing and made time to give me a kind recommendation. To get rid of the car that there were no parts and even if I could find them, they would be so expensive. I was looking at five or $6000 so if I never needed bodywork, I definitely would go see them. They've been around for a long time and I'm sure they do it right
