I can't tell you enough! Do not hire these people to sweep your front porch! I was trying to level a corner up on my old trailer. I had one corner sagging bad. I I got the thing in the mail Superior Home Pros. Great I'd hire the pros. They came out. They spewed out their stuff told me all the stuff that they had to do to fix the corner that was sagging. I'm concerned about the sagging corner in the front and they're insisting on jacking up the back to fix the front. OK they're the pros. They level it all out. I pay for and and air ducts underneath and the whole spew stuff they do. A weak rear corner is sagging a whole bunch. I come out to fix it. They jack up the corner and they leave. I go out and I look around when they jacked up the trailer it ripped up one corner of the outbuilding that's underneath the patio. Great. A few days later, the back door pops open and will not remain shut all the side access to the water washer and dryer are all popping open and won't close. They come fix it! two weeks later, you can see the trailer is sagging in the middle. When I crawled there were jackstands that were loose and not contacting the frame. The sliding door is open 1 inch at the top when you close it at the bottom. I call They come out fix it again... Two weeks later, the window in the front of the trailer cracks from top to bottom. The frame of the window looks out of square. I measure the window square. The window is now 5/8 out of square. I noticed the door is starting to go out of level again. I called Superior Home Pros to report the broken window. They say replaced the plastic window and they'll pay for it but that's it. The trailer is still twisting. After the last time they were here to fix the sliding door is continuing to go farther out of square. The interior are jammed two of them are not moving. The back screen door has to be yanked open hard. All the doors that were popping open before are starting to move in that same direction. They won't even answer the phone anymore when I call. The last thing I heard from them was go through the review board. All the make them come out here and try and fix it. I've had several contractors here to look at it. The repairs start by taking the shed roof off. Level the trailer. Correct the twisting of the framing in the trailer. Either lower the back of the trailer or reframe the side building to match the new patio cover that they're going to have to build. coming out it is not repairable for less than the cost of a replacement. What they are good at is taking your money and screwing you over! I'd sooner hire a bunch of kids from down the street! The offer to pay for a broken piece of plastic for literally destroying my home is unconscionable!!! read more

We used this company to Inspect and level our recently purchased mobile home that was ground-set in 2022, and never serviced by the original owner. We had one corner that had settled about an inch and we wanted an opinion about what to do. Their $99 inspection fee sounded like a good deal. Superior showed up on time with two trucks and six guys -- quite a crew. The head guy was obviously the salesman and the rest were just some muscle to do the dirty work. They went under the home and came back with photos and a report. The photos showed gaping holes in the belly cover, missing insulation, and the salesguy claimed there were eight missing supports. Fixing it all would cost about $4K. This seemed like a lot of money, so we told them we wanted to think about it. He was polite and said no problem, their quotes are valid for a year. The next day I went under the house myself and don't worry, there are no critters (I didn't even see an ant) under there, just dirt and rocks. It was immediately obvious that the photos Superior showed me were exaggerated by some fancy camera tricks, the "gaping" hole in the belly cover was a tear only about one foot long by six inches wide. The "missing" supports? I could see no place to put them. I repaired the belly cover tear myself for less than $30. My take is that this company dances on the line between legit and scammer. The salesman will definitely take advantage of people if given the opportunity. I might use them in the future for a specific repair at a set price, but I would never trust their recommendations or accept one of their quotes at face value. Do not hire these people. The inspectors don't do thorough inspections. Management lies to you...tells you for weeks something can be done and when you call to schedule it, they all of a sudden don't do that work - per the owner? Untrained employees stating completely different policies. They used to be good - too bad they don't know what service means anymore. read more

I had them come out to relevel our mobile, which hadn't been leveled in over a decade. They advertized $99 crawl space inspection, which could be put toward any work they did. They came out with a crew of 5. They did the inspection, I guess. There was a skunk smell and they did not locate the problem. They did locate a plumbing leak, which I fixed after they left. They took pictures of my supports, and said some were deteriorating concrete and that I needed to add 5 more supports to the tune of several hundred dollars. They said my AC/Heating ducts needed sealing and did that for another couple hundred dollars. They did not recommend leveling because they said it would probably cause interior structural damage. They said a major problem was the axle was left on the frame causing too much weight on it. Subsequently, everyone I talked with says the axle was left on the frame of their mobile. They quoted me over 2 thousand dollars to fix the underbelly, not even replacing it. This is for a 70' single wide mobile. I spent over 1 thousand dollars, and don't feel any of it was worthwhile. They also don't deal with attached porches, and we needed that leveled also. The crew lead man was pleasant, but seemed most interested in what he could sell me that the crew could quickly do with little work while there. I will not use them again. read more

Gregory Spence came to my home. He only checked the outdoor unit. He did not want to check my coils inside the garage because it was more work that I guess he didn't want to do. He was nice and polite but said I needed to think about replacing my heat and AC. My AC is 2011 so it doesn't need replacement. Guess he just thought a female wouldn't know. I will clean coils in garage myself. Really didn't want to, thats why I hired them. I will do it myself every spring myself. I will ask for a partial refund and update their response. read more

Our newer central air stopped cooling our house to the point where I was getting sick from the heat. We had our unit serviced by A local company and was told we had major under floor ducting issues that they were unable to repair due to the summer heat. I called Superior Home Pros AZ, LLC and they sent out a crew supervised by Bryce. Talk about professional and courteous, these guys were absolutely the best and replaced the damaged duct and performed other work based on what they found as needing attention during their initial thorough inspection. Contacted this company to appraise the condition of the insulation and vapor barrier under our park model manufactured home. The company called us the day before our appointment confirm the time at date of the appointment. The employee arrived at the scheduled appointment time and completed the inspection. Upon completion the employee contacted me via phone and followed up with an email with photos of the underside of the home. Very professional and great follow up after inspection. If I could give them a lower rating I would. They came out to level our triple wide manufactured home and the end result was, roof truss separation, walls bowed, floors running down hill, cracks in the joints, ceiling water leaks, skirting not put back in place properly, promised new piers and used ones put in and charged for new. Came out to relevel and made it worse. Went to the ROC and because the invoice says we may damage your home it is ok with the ROC. I would strongly advise not to use this company. read more

Best of the Best! We have used them before and they ALWAYS provide excellent quality work and go above and good beyond our expectations.

Initially I thought they did a good job because the people were friendly and responsive. After thinking about it, observing the results and how careless they were, talking to the neighbor who referred them and living with the results, I'm not so impressed. In fact, I feel taken advantage of and could've been ripped off for even more if I were that gullible. First of all, they bid a reasonable $295 to level my single wide home, but in the back of my mind I wondered how they could make money coming from Phoenix (metropolitan area) to the east side of Tucson and make a profit. Their crew was four guys in a respectable truck, impressive t-shirts and decent tech - 2 way radios for the boss to communicate with the guys under the house and photos of work they recommended. My neighbor said they sealed his duct work and cleaned the ducts, so I checked Google about those jobs. The main thing I found was that duct cleaning wasn't necessary except under extenuating circumstances, and Superior's rate seemed expensive for a single wide home. So, in my opinion, it was an up sale to help pay for the trip. I wasn't impressed with the bill for duct sealing either after I watched them do it. I could've done it myself for ~$50 worth of materials and 30 min worth of work, so I figured it was another up sale. They recommended another repair for $350; i don't remember what it is, and on the plus side they found a leaking drain that they couldn't repair - I need a plumber for that. But for $1000 they're happy to come back and replace the saturated fiberglass and seal the membrane! As far as careless goes: I showed the boss the doors that I believed swung open due to the house being out-of-level. He said, no problem and that they would be fixed when they were done. It's been three weeks and the doors are as they were before Superior came. They were also careless in replacing the skirting and skirt retaining strip at the top edge. I can live with the skirting because it wasn't perfect to begin with,but the edging was bent and torn because they didn't remove the retaining screws that held them in place. There were also a bunch of dents like someone had used a hammer to put things in place. So, in the future I'm going to look for bids from local contractors because I don't feel comfortable with Superior. It feels like they offer services at bait and switch scam prices. read more

Well, it was time to have the leveling checked, and the peering tightened. After calling 2 places (not many out there that does this type if work; 1 last Monday; 1 on Thursday), SMHS was the only one who answered my call (other guy never called back). They were able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday late morning/early afternoon. Because the weather was pretty nasty from the remnants of that Hurricane that came up in the Pacific across Mexico and the SW United States, I figured that they would have to reschedule. But, when they called me, it was to see if I could change from 11 to 1, to 8 to 11. The crew showed up about 8:20 and was here about 3 hours. The crew, Reggie and Kyle were very courteous and professional. A 3rd member showed up later. But, I didn't catch his name. And, the same with the CSR when I called them to schedule. And, when they called me to move it up. The only difficulty I had was that their software wouldn't process my credit card. Nor, did it work with another card. So, I ended up writing a check for the services. Now, like most home improvement costs, this was a bit pricey. But, considering the work done, I think the price was reasonable. Luckily, this isn't something that has to be done often. But, if you live in a Mfg Home, this service is something that is a must do every 3 to 5 years. read more

I moved to my Mobil home just over a year ago and was considering adding a new wood floor. I was hearing creaking and was concerned about my homes stability on its stands. These are the people who send out the red and yellow flyers for underhouse inspections. If you live in a mobile home, they will inspect for re-leveling, plumbing problems, termite damage, insulation and vapor barrier problems, and A/C duct problems. Since most of us are unable or unwilling to crawl under our homes, this is a nifty service and a bargain at a $99 fee which is credited toward any repairs. They provide before and after photos, and you can only trust that the photos are really of your home. My impression of the workers was that they were honest and reliable. If you get your home re-leveled, they will have to come inside and assess each room. I had my inspection done in June, and I have not noticed anything missing or disturbed. They recommended four repairs, and I contracted for three. I will consider the fourth repair at a later date when I have more money. They did not pressure me. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get an appointment. They come to the Foothills only when they have enough customers to make it worth the trip. Your name will be put on their waiting list. By the way, do not confuse Superior Mobile Home Service with Superior Awnings - these are two different companies. read more

House now feels lumpy in many spots but the overall level feels better. They did fix the doors lining up but the front door doesn't latch properly unless deadbolted but maybe an issue with previous owners repairs. I can still feel unlevel areas through the house even though they stated they would "tighten up" all the jacks. I was under the impression that everything would be level but the tech didn't have answers why areas were uneven. He did state that one of my jacks was sinking because of soft sand which I can agree. I have done a lot of repairs underneath the house and agreed with that explanation. However the lumps I feel were not near soft sand and were not there before. After they made repairs I had many concerns but felt that the tech wanted to leave and was rushed. He did fix my swinging master bedroom door which I was grateful for. Overall I am satisfied with the results but they are not what I expected or their flyer stated. They did walk through and take level measurements and stated they would do it again. However because he was in such a rush to leave he didn't remeasure. He also said he would use a laser level and show me results but never did. Overall I am kinda satisfied with the results but will likely use someone else in the future. read more

Easy to book appointment called day before to confirm. After that GOOD LUCK! NO COMMUNICATION with clients. Day of appointment waited thru the whole time window of service to releveling, NO call from office or team when the window had been achieved. Call office was told that they were running about 8 minutes behind. And they would call them and call me back ...NEVER DID! Was contacted by one of the workers to try to move the time window back and hour? We agreed that he would show up in the next 15 minutes and did not so I called the office to cancel my requested service. The woman at the office was rude to me after I requested to cancel and said," OK!" and SLAMMED the phone down to hang up!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service of this self said 30yr company. read more

I called them to relevel my manufactured home as it has been 5 years since I had my home tied down and leveled by Home Tec home services. Home Tek did a great job, I just was unable to contact them due to the Covid crap. But when these guys got here, all my doors worked at least pretty good. The only door they were concerned with was my front door. They never checked my other doors after leveling. When I noticed that 4 of my other doors were so far twisted and there was nothing more they could do. And got very argumentative about how it was just the way mobiles are. And left. I called the office back and told them I was not happy with the service. They sent the same crew back, got the same arguments. I said my doors worked fine before leveling. They actually told me that instead of leveling up the entire trailer, they would have to take a corner out of level to straighten my door frames. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They do shoddy work and I can't prove it, but there was so much of my vapor barrier torn apart and insulation everywhere, I I almost feel like they purposely sabotaged my trailer to get extra work. Also a condensation line from my newly installed air conditioning system was detached and they wanted to charge another $200 to reattach it. I am not sure if they did this or Home Depot just didn't install it correctly. Stay Away!!! read more

My parents hired them, so I can't say about their prices etc... But they left a bunch of stuff here, including an open bucket of caulking stuff, on the floor, where my 4 year old nephew could get into! On top of that, they left our vents open, knowing we have indoor cats, allowing my frightful cat crawl in the vent ducts to get away from the noise, where she then got locked in, and barely made it out HOURS later, right before I called for help. And she's covered in cement like caulking, so I have to deal with shaving the mess out of her hair. We spent the next hour making sure the rest of our cats were accounted for. They traumatized my cat, endangered my nephew, and there's still squeaks in the floors. They left dirt and other mess all throughout the house, that we had to pick up after them! I don't know who they sent, but he needs to be retrained, at least! I hope they don't want their equipment back, as I tossed it immediately! read more
