Food and service were both great. We got a bit of variety. The chicken Flautas appetizer was good. The Chilli Relleno was covered in melted cheese and had great flavor. The waiter's favorite was the Pork Belly Tacos Al Carbon and they lived up to the hype. Vegetable Enchiladas and Cheese Enchiladas were both highly preferred by my wife. Slushy jalapeño mango margaritas were awesome and highly recommended. read more

Have been here three times and the service is always subpar. I asked twice for extra sour cream, never received it. Didn't get asked if I wanted another drink until we were asking for the check. And if you get the carnitas fajitas, get ready for very little meat and mostly fat. read more

The ambiance is really fun if you get to sit outside or on the patio area. We both were extremely disappointed in our meals to the point we didn't eat much of anything other than the salad. For the price, I was expecting much more. Serving size is fine but the flavors were just way off for us. Not our new favorite place. :(. read more

This place has seriously gone downhill and I don't see it coming back. Rude staff. Terrible food. No common sense. I was sitting at an empty bar eating food, and the bartender thought it would be a good idea to whip out a knife and cut limes directly in front of my face. The staff decided to group around right next to us and hang out having a loud conversation about partying asking the bartender for shots of well tequila. We got up in disgust and cancelled our food. Someone came over to ask what was wrong and asked us to talk to a manager. I firmly said NO. 6 times I said no. However, they decided to send someone over anyways. They offered us free queso for our issues which I flat out refused. Then the bartender charged my card 3X more what it was supposed to be charged. I thought at the very least they'd offer to cover our drinks. But nope. This place is absolutely terrible and gets worse every time. Stay far away. read more

Food and drinks were great! Atmosphere was nice too. I thought a fajita was a fajita but somehow this was the best one I ever had. Margaritas were really good too. While our server was pretty good, I didn't give a 5 star review because some of the other servers (or server assistants) were a little rude. One of them interrupted when we were blessing the food ( I could see doing this accidentally maybe, but she was unapologetic ). Another one who was carrying water pitchers was a bit snotty when I asked if we could get some, our drinks were completely dry at the time. Slightly better manners for the wait staff and this place would be a 5 star experience. read more

Some of the best Tex-max in the area I've had. The food was stellar - I had the carne guisado which was incredibly tender and flavorful, served with fresh warm tortillas. While we waited for our food we were served with amazing salsa, hot sauce, and chips (which were oh so crisp). The service throughout was extremely friendly and helpful, navigating us through our questions with ease. The indoor seating area has a great ambiance with nice decor and a solid selection of music playing. Even the waiting area was nice and the chairs outside were quite comfortable. Have to emphasize again that the service was amazing, from the host to our waitress and everybody else we interacted with throughout the night (including them giving us some complimentary pralines on the way out and a birthday card signed by the staff for a member of our group). Given the ice skating area was right outside with the Christmas decorations, it was the perfect spot to go eat after some skating and I would highly recommend that anybody who can try this place and I will definitely be returning. read more

Went here last night with friends. They dont allow to make any reservation, but have a waitlist that you can join. We joined the waitlist at 5:30 that said 1.5 hr wait. When we went there around 6:30, they said there is a wait of another 60-90 minutes. Finally we were seated around 7:15. Food was very ordinary; little overpriced. Nothing that we ordered was worth the wait time or the price! Only good thing was the ambiance and the Fenton shopping area! read more

WOW! Fresh, fresh salsas that come in small cups. So good you can just drink it! lol Food is fresh and hot. We will definitely be back! Setting is friendly and a bit intimate. Great service too! read more

Great service. Like the call ahead to get on the waitlist feature on their website. Margaritas are great. Food was good.

We went to Superica on Cinco De Mayo for dinner. We joined the virtual waitlist, so when we arrived we were seated quickly. We were seated on the patio which was beautiful, and our server was very knowledgeable, nice, and attentive. The drinks were delicious, and the food was as well. I got the vegetable enchiladas with a fried egg, and it was very good and flavorful. The chips and salsas that came out before our food were also good and fresh! read more

Stopped here for an early Sunday brunch. Food was solid (tamales and eggs for me, tropical fruit salad for my wife, lots of free chips for our oldest daughter), service was prompt and attentive, atmosphere was casual and family friendlyEven on a steamy summer morning, the shaded patio felt fine (and was a better pick for us with two little kids). Heck, even the complimentary tortillas were really tasty! Loved the area (our first time to Fenton) for the walkability and fun public art installations (murals, light displays, etc) that the kiddos enjoyed. Would definitely come out this way again for another meal. read more

The restaurant is so hot that the server had sweat running off his nose. No fans and no AC. I can't imagine how the cooks even work in that heat! Has to be unsanitary. read more

Chewed GUM in the food. DO NOT EAT HERE. Disgusting food. there was a whole chewed up gum in my rice. disgusting.

Horrible service. 70 degrees out. Fenton is sadly very dead. A ghost town. We wanted to sit on the patio and relax over lunch. Restaurant wasn't too busy at all. They refused to seat us on the patio. The person was rude about it. One would think that the with plan changes across the way that maybe the restaurant would want to expand its customer base with good service and a welcoming attitude. Sadly, they didn't. Won't ever go back. read more

Excellent customer service. Very well trained employees. Short staff but they are great treating people well. Food is great.

My favorite restaurant at the Fenton! I just love the ambiance and decor. Really delicious food, especially the salsa and guacamole options. Margaritas are also very good! Music isn't too loud and always playing great hits. read more

Quality fresh Mex-style food. One of those few places where everything on the menu is good. Top knotch service. Make us feel like royalty every visit. Located in an upscale apartment and shopping complex with lots to see and do. Good for little kids. Pricey but was worth it. read more

The service was okay except for one thing. The server spilt my drink on the table and left me to clean it up. Food I would rate a solid 4.5/5 good for the first time. Ambience was okay for a mex-Tex scenario. read more

Came here at the recommendation of a pilot friend while on a day trip to the area. Started out with some chips and their house-made salsas. Their fire roasted salsa was definitely my favorite and had a perfect amount of heat. While the fire roasted was incredible, their tomatillo salsa made a beautiful contrast for a light and fresh salsa. For lunch I chose the pork belly Tacos Al Carbon. I've had a lot of good tacos all over the world and I have yet to find anything that can beat perfectly cooked pork belly tacos. They were served with a delicious jalapeño crema that I've tried recreating at home several times and cannot come close. I'll definitely be returning next time I fly to Raleigh. read more

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I sat at the bar and was just ignored. Sarah was beyond terrible and the place seems all over the place. For anyone that works at Superica and actually care at all, the receipt number was check #7971. Just do better please. read more

Great food, drinks, and ambience. Loved that I didn't feel overwhelmed by the portions. They were just enough, not overkill and not too small either. Our server was great and super patient for our group that arrived in waves. Will definitely go back! read more

The food was delicious. Many options for food and drinks. Salsa and guacamole were very good. Great service.

I hate writing bad reviews, I really do. But this was just unacceptable. #1, the food was just gross. Neither me nor my guests made a dent in the plates. #2, when we expressed we were not satisfied with the food to the server in a kind manner, she was just like "oh I'm sorry." #3, then we asked about the bill because there was a confusion about why something was so pricy, the server was just snarky about it. It felt like it was being implied we were not bright enough to read the menu. #4, we simply asked for napkins from a different server because ours also rarely checked on us. And that server was very snappy and rude. #5, Lastly, we got home and my friend got violently sick and we know it was from the food because she said she thought it didn't taste right at the restaurant but she wasn't sure because she's never eaten there before. However, on a brighter note. When the establishment was called the manager was very nice, very apologetic and was very understanding. read more

Ordered the chicken nachos to-go, no problem there. Wasn't until I got my food, opened it up and saw what I got. The portions for it being $18 does not seem to match the food that I got. There were no beans on it, just cheese and came with pickles and carrots even though those were not on the description on the chicken nachos. Honestly pretty disappointed. read more

The food that I ate was not good. However, they had the nicest server of all time, Carrolina. I am not sure if I spelled it correctly, but give her a promotion! The chips that they give in the begining was the absolute #1 chip of all time. So even though the food was bad, everything else made this experience good overall. 3 stars. read more

I would hold off until the restaurant is staffed up and get over its growing pains - we were there as a party of 6 (3 adults and 3 toddlers). Told to expect a wait of 45-60 mins for a table. After 60 mins, they said it would be another 20-30 mins. We even asked for a smaller table (with the toddlers in strollers), and still the same wait. They weren't apologetic about the ordeal either. Can't comment on the food as we had to leave, but the ambience is nice, both indoors and in the outdoor patio area overlooking the lawn in Fenton read more

This place it is extremely expensive and it's not five stars restaurant. if you have extra money to throw just because you want to I'll recommend this place. customer service very bad. I don't know why, but the couple times I've been there with my son I always had the same waitress she's very rude. I don't know her name she never asked me if I want more drink. If I want something else I have to keep calling her to get her attention, and if you ever order the Carnitas please make sure to check the price before you order the last time I was there I pay $40 just for my son Food ridiculous! if you want to eat authentic Mexican food please go to My Cancun is one and Cary, and one in Morrisville. excellent Food excellent customer services excellent price and amazing environment. Every time I go there I spend close to $50 for me and my son. my son always get the Carnitas and I always get the Carne Asada with two drinks close to 45$ or $ 50. In Superica I spend almost $100 for the same Food Give me a break. The only different is that in my Cancun it's way better the food. if you have money like I say to throw because you just want to give you money away be my guess and go to Superica and have fun. read more

Food was amazing- best queso in the area! Jessica was amazing and we will definitely be going back!!

Huge fan of this joint. Discovered them a few years back when I lived in Houston. So excited to see they've expanded and are now in my new home base. The food is consistently great, management is always friendly and on the floor making sure everything is going smoothly for patrons. Like most of our restaurants in the area they also seem to have fallen victim to the pandemic staffing pains and are staffed up with a bunch of late teens early 20somethings lacking experience. But this is the new norm everywhere, so it will not influence my repeat business. read more

Have been here 3 times. I've had different food each time. Had crispy tacos first time, the beef street tacos next, and the steak fajitas recently. Chips and salsa are amazing. Green and red salsa and they don't charge for them. My mom likes the margaritas and I like the agua frescas. The fajitas were my favorite. We shared them and they were amazingly good. Flour tortillas were great and reminded me of the ones in Old Town San Diego. Beans were also really good. Dessert are good too. Expensive place but really great quality food and service. Beautiful location and seating. Will be back for more fajitas. read more

This place is just ok at best! Their food portion, taste, and appearance, don't match the pricing! We ordered queso (delicious), a chicken quesadilla - each first bite included all of the contents inside the quesadilla with just a shell of tortilla left (disappointment) , and enchiladas (they had no flavor aside from the sauce that was doused all over them). I feel like they tried to load your plate with a TON of refried beans and minimal rice to compensate for the pricing they give (refried beans are probably everyone's least favorite type of bean). Our neighboring table got the "nachos" and let me tell you, I felt horrible for what is considered to be "nachos". I could tell they were shocked (in a bad way) but not willing to complain and just dealt with it. Overall this whole restaurant is a just "dealt" with it vibe. Dealt with the lousy excuse for an expensive meal but learned my lesson that this is strictly just a drinks kind of place. Save yourself the trouble and try Tex mex somewhere else, unless you want a good laugh then order the nachos so you can see for yourself lol! read more
