This was highly inappropriate and done without my permission. The folllowing Tuesday I went back to the restaurant manager and showed him the receipt. His response was that the added funds was inappropriate and would be returned. He kept part of the receipt and told me that the inappropriate $10.00 charge would be added back into my card and I would be notified. $10.00 is not a lot of money but it shows some employee is dishonest. and I have not had the money returned or any kind of notification. They are in the process of painting murals on the wall. Adding additional pub tables inside and outside (after the Fire Marshall visits to measure the sidewalk ). The sell frozen alcoholic beverages and beer/wine. The owner also stated she would love to collaborate with a variety of Food Trucks as well. We can't wait to patronize this business again!! His attitude turned a food-quality problem into a very bad customer-service experience. The one bright spot was our waitress, who was professional, sympathetic, and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. She did her best to help in a difficult situation. We ultimately left without eating. The food was removed from our bill, but the manager's response left us feeling completely disregarded. Also noticed several beer taps were unavailable and the restaurant was unusually empty at dinner time. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
