They do not have a bottle of champagne on the menu that you can order so the bartender just charged us 3 glasses of champagne so roughly $33, which is about what I would expect for a bottle of champagne. The champagne was okay. I think this space focuses more on liquor drinks. The inside of the bar is nice and moody, and we went downstairs to the outdoor seating area, which had a lot of space. Overall, a nice spot to spend a summer evening.

Tucked above downtown Cary, this cocktail club delivers specialty drinks that are both creative and dangerously easy to keep ordering. The vibe is relaxed without trying too hard, making it equally perfect for catching up with friends. The real standout for me though? The massive outdoor patio. Spacious, laid-back, and ideal for lingering over cocktails way longer than originally planned. Cary keeps getting cooler, and this place is a big reason why.

The only negative I will call out that they don't have a freezer so they only have machine made cubed ice which doesn't go well with an old fashioned or whiskey. They have a very extensive inventory of bourbons including all the high-end ones you would want. The bartenders making amazing recipes including my partners favorite, Tom Yum, taste just like the soup. I can often enjoy a whiskey sour with no issue and use the menu to try something different. They don't serve food, so it's a good place to come after dinner. The ambiance is simple, a wooden bar and now that they have expanded, they have some tables as well. This past trip was the most crowded I've ever seen it in there, but the service was still quick and attentive. This bar is a staple for me.

In fact, we had to sit at the bar because a few tables were reserved - I didn't know you could do this but good to know now for the future. I would recommend getting a reservation if you can for a Friday evening. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful time. The space is so gorgeous and leans into women's empowerment. We had a bottle of cava between us as well as the extra kneady board, which had bread plus 3 spreads. For our spreads we got goat cheese, garlic butter, and hummus. Um WOW, the goat cheese was SO GOOD. Like so good. You should visit simply to have warm bread and goat cheese for girl dinner. This is a great space to spend an afternoon or evening. We ended up leaving to explore other places in downtown Cary and wish we had just stayed at the bar. What a wonderful experience!

In the 30 minutes we were seated, we counted at least 6 cockroaches walking around our area, close enough that I had to put my feet up on my chair to avoid them. My father-in-law ended up killing one that got too close to our table. This isn't a one off a big got in situation. Seeing that many roaches in such a short window points to a real infestation, not bad luck. It's especially concerning for a place serving food and drinks. We didn't feel comfortable finishing our order and won't be back until we hear this has been addressed. Really disappointing, because the drinks themselves are excellent. But no cocktail is worth enjoying with roaches at your feet.

It's definitely popular, so I recommend making reservations when you can. I've gone once with a girlfriend before a movie and once with my husband when we were looking for an early dinner. We actually didn't have a reservation that second time, but the staff was incredibly kind and worked with us to accommodate the window we had. This place is truly an experience. It's a little on the pricier side, but I have never once felt unwelcome. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and happy to help guide you through the menu. Every dish I've tried has been delicious, but the duck egg rolls, dumplings, and sesame noodles especially live rent-free in my head. I usually stick with a glass of wine from their extensive list, but I recently tried the green tequila cocktail and it was amazing. My husband always finds a fresh, delicious mocktail option, which we appreciate. Accessibility is something I consider when choosing places to go, and Brewery Bhavana is accessible for wheelchair users, including the restrooms. Being able to enjoy the full dining experience comfortably makes a big difference. I wouldn't necessarily go here expecting traditional Chinese cuisine, but I would absolutely recommend it for a unique, thoughtful, and delicious dining experience. It has become a special treat for us when we're in Fenton, and I'm always excited to go back.

For starters, our waiter(if I'm not mistaken was also the bartender) was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations since it was our first visit. I ordered the rose water lemonade and my son ordered the strawberry lychee. Both were delicious so much so I asked could the two be combined without the carbonation that the lychee drink had. It was a hit!!!! For appetizers we ordered the Duck Egg rolls and asked the waiter to surprise us with the second appetizer. He chose the Pork Bao. The egg rolls were our favorite out of the two but both were great. For our entrees, my son ordered the General Tso Chicken. I couldn't decide between two dishes so I asked the waiter once again to surprise me. I ended up the whole fish(black bass) entree which was a phenomenal choice. The flavors were like a party in your mouth. It was seasoned to perfection and the sauce: OMG!!!!! Both entrees came with a bowl of fluffy rice. For dessert we got the mooncakes. They were ok. The ambience was nice and welcoming. I don't drink but was informed that it was a place people go to take part in their amazing drink selections.
