No one else listened to me and Ford.com chat was the absolute worst by not following up with me about my repair request. One phone call with Mr. Chiles and I could hear the compassion in his voice and he did everything he said he would do plus repaired my battery issue. There is still the issue of why a subpar battery was placed in my vehicle by the factory but for now, I can't say thank you enough to the best service manager that I know. Kudos to you!!!!

I took my car for the…read morefirst oil change at the dealership on March 26th 2026 (it only has 4000 miles on it) After my oil change I get home and my car will not shift out of park(the dealership says the two are unrelated). No one wanted to get on the phone with me about a loaner so I drove up there and I was put in a loaner. The tow truck comes and drags my car onto the truck the next day and takes it to the dealership. I was told one week after that that they had received all of the parts to fix my car. I called once a week to check on my vehicle and I'm told cars have been there for 2 months that are ahead of me. They called me on 4/21 telling me that my car should be finished by the end of that week. I still hadn't heard anything on Saturday so I called them and the front desk lady for the service department tells me they are waiting on parts? I was told they had all the parts multiple times. She says she will have someone call me on Monday 4/27. Tuesday 4/28 my financee calls and talks to the service department and is told "no one ever called and told me it would be done by the end of last week" by the same man that told me it would be done. He then says that the issue is every time the tow truck comes to put my car on the rack the rack is filled again (not our problem) but it would definitely be gotten to this week. My fiancée calls the general manager Taylor later that day and we are told that they are aware of the issue and agree it's been to long. He assures my fiancée that my car will be done by Friday 5/1. It is now 6:45 on 5/1 and we have heard nothing. We tried to call several times at 6:30 and have not gotten an answer. I understand that things happen but as a business you should be keeping your word. I do not appreciate being repeatedly lied to. On top of all this when I bought the vehicle I requested that they send the tags to the dealership because I was moving shortly after purchasing the vehicle and the dealership was much closer to my new home. I find out they have been calling my old phone number ( when they have my new one) to tell me my tags were sent over an hour away and that I had missed the deadline to pick them up? This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional encounter that I have ever had. They have now had my brand new car for 36 days and presumably have not even touched it. I am pregnant and this has caused me so much unne stress.

I dropped the truck off with Chad Johnson to have the issue looked at and the best way to have the harness replaced or repaired if it was fixable. Chad went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I can tell Chad treats every customer like just that a customer ensures their issues are addressed, and the customer is satisfied at the end of their visit. It's hard to find someone like Chad in the automotive service industry this day and time. It's about getting them in and getting them out as fast as possible. Not with Chad and Collierville CDJR. They took the issue that i thought would be thousands to repair, and it only cost hundreds. Today, I took the Wagoneer S for a 12pm appointment after experiencing electrical system failure late last week...there was no available technician and no estimate on when I could expect to get my car back. The dealership had no loaners available even though they sold the Jeep Wave program as a perk. I took my car to Wolfchase Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The receptionist was pleasant and even had sympathy/empathy for the situation...nobody wants to drive a car gone rogue. She immediately plugged into the car's port for diagnostics and took down notes about what I'd experienced. My husband and I have purchase 4 vehicles from Collierville CDJR in the past 8 years and managed all our vehicle service there. We will NOT go back. If I were you, I'd spend your money elsewhere. Customer Service is not difficult and should be emphasized when working with people and their large vehicular investments.

I had to put one star to post…read more My car needed an oil change and tires rotated. This time I took pictures because 4 lugs were missing the last time and I had to buy a new set. The King Cotton mechanic said my lugs were missing when I brought car my came for service. He was lying. He said, "I did work myself there were 4 missing lugs." Lying! I walked away. I went to office to show pictures of ALL LUGS ON MY 4 TIRES before work. The pictures were time stamped. They replaced a new set of lugs. He lied to my face and smiled. It was like stand at the beach want to buy sand. If I didn't have pictures then no help. His face was like a deer in front of headlights. I know they lost them the first time. I was ready this time. It was the same guy. My point is after that lying incident I never trusted them. I know they have a lot of mechanic turnover at that business. I don't think people know to post reviews to help the consumer.

Everything else checked out. I wanted to be sure so who else to check a Jeep than a Jeep Dealer. So I took it to Kink Cotton. They kept it for two days. When I stopped by to check progress, the shop had all kinds of reasons why they couldn't even replace the O2 sensors. And afraid to even check the A/C (even after I said I'd pay for a new compressor). After my questioning their not even trying, I was told that the owner didn't like working on older Jeeps. I will Never set foot in King Cotton for ANYTHING! Note: A/C is still sealed and holding pressure. I have come to find the A/C just has a weak (magnetic) clutch.
