I dropped the truck off with Chad Johnson to have the issue looked at and the best way to have the harness replaced or repaired if it was fixable. Chad went above and beyond to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I can tell Chad treats every customer like just that a customer ensures their issues are addressed, and the customer is satisfied at the end of their visit. It's hard to find someone like Chad in the automotive service industry this day and time. It's about getting them in and getting them out as fast as possible. Not with Chad and Collierville CDJR. They took the issue that i thought would be thousands to repair, and it only cost hundreds. Today, I took the Wagoneer S for a 12pm appointment after experiencing electrical system failure late last week...there was no available technician and no estimate on when I could expect to get my car back. The dealership had no loaners available even though they sold the Jeep Wave program as a perk. I took my car to Wolfchase Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The receptionist was pleasant and even had sympathy/empathy for the situation...nobody wants to drive a car gone rogue. She immediately plugged into the car's port for diagnostics and took down notes about what I'd experienced. My husband and I have purchase 4 vehicles from Collierville CDJR in the past 8 years and managed all our vehicle service there. We will NOT go back. If I were you, I'd spend your money elsewhere. Customer Service is not difficult and should be emphasized when working with people and their large vehicular investments.

    ****Service Dept Review**** RAY TOWNES…read more Dropped my 2017 c7 corvette off w/ 25,000 miles on 21 APR 25 for rattling noise underneath car. Got a call today saying the Service managers declined to Diagnose my car's problem. When I asked why, the rep couldn't tell me and asked me to talk to the service manager on why. I get to the shop today, and met with the service manager (RAY TOWNES) and he stated, he will not diagnose the rattling noise because I have aftermarket wheels on my Vette. I repeated back what he said to me, "so you're not going to diagnose the rattling under my car because I have aftermarket wheels?" The wheels are the same size as the factory size btw. Not bigger or smaller. What sense does that make (is what I'm thinking in my head)? Keep in mind the new wheels I have on there are FORGED and way safer than the stock corvette wheels because they have an open lawsuit with Chevy for those stock wheels cracking since they are CAST and very porous. So if he knew about c7 corvettes he should know about the bad wheels from factory. He proceeds to say it could also be that the mating surface from the wheel to the hub/rotor could be dirty and making that sound, or the wheels aren't torqued down to spec and could have some wiggle room and that's creating the sound. (At this point he's trying to make any and all assumptions as to what he think it could be but didn't diagnose it) I had to stop him right there and let him know that that's not the case at all, the rattling started while I had the stock wheels on and that I attended NASCAR University so you're not gonna tell me anything to get me to believe that my new wheels are the cause of the rattling. Try that on someone else without mechanic experience sir. I asked to get what he's telling me in writing, he declined to type anything up. (I wonder why). I do understand that shop has the right to refuse service, but for a valid reason. The validity of that, was what he could come up with in his mind at the time. Not professional. I will be contacting the GM and district manager if GM doesn't help. If they fix the mistake/disagreement, I will update this review to reflect that, otherwise this will stand as is. V/r, P.     I bought a truck from Collierville Auto Center three months ago, and the experience has been…read moreincredibly frustrating. It took a full three months to receive my tags, and during that time I even had to go back and renew my temporary tag. The entire time, I was dealing directly with Terry, the manager at the dealership. Despite multiple calls and in-person visits, I kept getting the runaround with no real help or updates. When I finally pressed the issue, Terry gave me the number to their tag office and said, "I haven't been able to get ahold of them for 3 weeks," basically wishing me luck instead of helping. However, when I called the tag office the very first time, they answered right away and told me they speak with him daily--making it clear that what I was told was untrue. After calling them multiple times, I was eventually told they had simply forgotten about me. Only then was I finally able to get my tags. Overall, the dealership was no help at all throughout this process. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication

    Good morning. This review is in reference to yesterday about 12:30p. I didn't have in my plans to…read morestop here btw. I was out this way (lunch date) n and had a flat about a mile away. I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . I'm always preaching, "if you can't be anything else, BE KIND".

    They've been maintaining my 20-year-old truck beautifully since maybe 2012. Sometime in 2021-22…read morethey did a complete brake overhaul--a flush, new rotors, pads, etc. I've NEVER had a complaint about their work, they're very competent and competitively priced. Here's the problem--they do a routine inspection checking all the fluids, brake pads, tires, alignment, etc., but the last time I was there, less than 18 months and 7,000 miles after my complete brake job, their "inspector" reported that my brake fluid was SHOT, and needed to be flushed. He even furnished a picture of the test strip he supposedly used. Remembering that they had just done all of that work on my previous visit, I declined the unnecessary service, and just had them change the oil, rotate the tires, and replace a belt. When I asked the manager, WTF? He stood by the technician's report and even "postured" a little like he was daring me to question it. I just rolled my eyes and walked away. He knew he was busted. I've attached the pictures they sent me. One end of the test strip is for coolant, the other is for brake fluid. The "technician" swapped in a bad brake fluid test strip from some other car for his photograph. I took the vehicle home, bought a GOOD brake fluid testing unit online. It arrived the next day, and showed that my brake fluid was like new. I checked it again last week (July 2025), it's still in great shape. I drive It less than 5,000 miles a year and it stays in a very well insulated garage. I could tell you about the time they stripped the threads on my oil drain plug, and how it leaked all over my spotless garage floor on Christmas Eve. Or how they sent me pictures of oil leaking out of the pan (I delayed having this repair done and it magically cured itself!) Or the time they replaced my spark plugs twice within a 20,000 mile period (because I wasn't paying attention and said to go ahead and do it) --but all of that is water under the bridge. So basically, in May of 2024, a tech and his manager both tried to trick me into paying for an unnecessary brake flush. Not the first time they had tried something like this, but it was the first time I noticed. I see the reviews since then seem to have declined, as well. Maybe I'm not alone? Not a very Christian thing to do, IMO. I read a Book once that said it's against the rules to violate or misrepresent the "name, image, and likeness" of the Almighty. Somebody will have to answer for that someday. Not my place, not my problem. I'm selling the old truck soon anyway, won't be going back to CBA. It's a shame, because like I said, they did very good work for me, they did it fast, and were very polite.
