I had just got done spending over $200 in the store two days prior to that. It amazes me that I have to be talked to rudely while spending my money and good money at that. I have reached out to the corporate office, to Google review, and their privates complaint center and still have not got no response. I am an elderly lady and a Christian lady and I never expected this type of problem coming from an AutoZone management number by the name of Marquis it's definitely a liability and not an asset to this company. Okay I would like to rectify the fact that the district manager who was very professional and extremely nice called me back a few minutes ago and the center to everything that I had to say and was a wonderful experience speaking with him and he is going to take care of the issue whatever way that he sees fit and that's fine with me. Now I am extremely happy about the outcome because somebody heard what I had to say Amen thank you jesus. I give the rating of one star for the management team member Marquis and I give a five star to the district manager. I do believe he said his name is Mr Williams great people skills

Moriah and Ridgeway that I was paying $39.99 a month for two years, but the highest plan was billed at $32.99 a month. I attempted to call someone at the company's headquarters but was advised that I had to email customer service. I subsequently emailed customer service and was advised that yes I was billed at $39.99 a month and the highest rate was indeed $32.99. I was then advised that the current rate is now $39.99 a month so I was not eligible for a refund. I explained to the representative again (all via email) that I only wanted to pay what the highest paying customer was paying during the time I was overpaying. The representative doubled down and stated I was ineligible for a refund. This literally is thievery behavior. I literally use the carwash once to twice a month and this idiot representative costs the company a loyal paying customer. My name is Dani, and it would be my pleasure to help you today. I apologize for any confusion or misinformation you may have received. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have been billed at the Unlimited Plan rate that was in effect at the time of your enrollment. At this time, the monthly rate for the Pro5 Plus plan is $40. Based on our records, your account has been billed correctly according to the applicable membership pricing. Thank you, Dani Customer Care Supervisor ME: I understand what the rate is now. My issue is the fact that the highest plan you had prior to this change was 32.99 before taxes. I was being billed at 39.99 a month before the change took effect. It does not make since to me that I would have to pay more for simply being a customer when your company converted Carwash USA. I would like to have this rectified. Dani (Car Wash Customer Care) Jun 17, 2026, 11:31AM MDT Hi Christopher, As mentioned, you have been billed at the rate that was in effect at the time of your enrollment. Based on this, a refund is not due in this case. Thank you, Dani Customer Care Supervisor takecare@take5carwash.com Me: Ok. This makes no sense. I'm only asking to be charged at the highest rate that every other customer was charged during the same period. This company would rather over charge a loyal paying customer 8 bucks a month versus make it right. I literally use car wash once to twice a month over the last two years. I was basically giving the company free money. I promise to cancel this contract TODAY. I can't stand a thief.

These guys are real professionals, with a large depth of knowledge. They don't work on electric vehicles, or do oil changes on BMW-s, because those are simply a few things that are outside of their areas of expertise or required specialized tools to work on. Also, working on seemingly simple issues on an EV is like diving down a deep rabbit hole. I'm completely okay with that, since I don't ever plan on owning an EV, or any high-end vehicle for that matter. I know a guy who inherited a Mercedes Benz sedan. He was okay with the car until he had the get engine oil changed. The process to change the oil required a special tool that only the local Mercedes dealership's shop possessed. At the time, the charge for the oil change was $250.00, plus tax. After a few very high maintenance expenditures like that, he sold the car.

I have always gotten really good service from them until today. Kind and compassionate is generally the feel. I was completely comfortable with any advice they gave me. They have caught things that I didn't even know were wrong and was then blown away at the difference in the vehicle afterwards. Aside for the couple times they fixed the wrong thing and I had to bring back my vehicles and wait for another repair to be completed, the repairs are always top notch. I've been here a bunch recently and have spent at least $10-$12k on repairs, probably more. Most recently it was $1800 in July, $850 on Nov 8th, and $1700 just last week! I am quite agitated but I'm not going to screw with their star ranking just because we are breaking up. Plus, I should have written a positive review before now anyway. No one really reads these reviews anyway, so the stars are all they will see. Why am I pissed? I hit a pothole, blew the damn tire, and needed to tow my car to them for a new tire. I called, Tracy answered, and I gave him the make, model, and tire size. He says, "I can't get that tire and I don't work on Tesla's anyway". It's a fucking tire! Do your jacks not work on Tesla's? What a joke. Five lug nuts loosened, a jack, put the tire on the damn wheel. That's all I needed, bro. I guess you don't work on my three Fords and a Jeep now either. I'm sure my business doesn't matter and Tracy will be just fine, at least that's the vibe. Good luck boys

Made sure all dust/dirt was washed off and areas being worked on were cleaned. I keep this bike in excellent, clean condition. Picked up quad two weeks later to find mud, dirt and rocks built up all throughout the undercarriage, wheel wells and on top of the bike. Areas that I specifically made sure there was ZERO debris, are now filled with lose clotted dirt and rocks. The four wheeler has 16 new miles on the odometer, and the gas tank went from 3/4 filled to nearly empty when I picked it up. The shop owner swears that no one would take my quad off-roading and that the dirt, mud and rocks could've come from "over spray when washing other quads near by". I asked him how golf ball sized rocks and caked mud/dirt can get in the axle areas and underplate by over spray. The odometer reading on their paperwork reads 0 miles in and 0 miles out although I watched him document the mileage when dropping it off. This shop 100% took my quad off roading into deep mud and did a terrible job trying to clean it and hide the evidence. I was actually planning on buying a 2022 hayabusa from this shops showroom until this happened. Potential customers beware of this shop. Terrible attitude from the team the entire experience as well.

Apparently, he said the top slid off of the stove when he drove it around the parking lot. Since Survived a 14 1/2 hour drive from Michigan and then the 45 minute trip to their location, and they were checking the LP system which included lighting the stove, I can only assume that he didn't put it back on correctly before moving the RV Oh, and don't get me started on him bypassing the old LP solenoid that he "has never seen before" and then throwing away our LP quick connect. I also had to re-connect wires to get power to our internal LP detector which he had disconnected. Next, they were to fix the metal awning cover and to remove a dent that was in the cover. When we finally pulled it back out of storage, and extended the awning, it had no tension on the spring at all. Again, we can only assume that he either didn't tighten the spring or over tightened it and broke the spring when reattaching the awning. It's being serviced by another dealer now and we should know for sure. There are a few other things that we had them look at that came back in worse shape than how we left it. For example the stairwell cover. He checked and said the problem was definitely the motor so we told him that we would take care of it at another time. When we checked the electrical bay afterwards, wires had been cut and left hanging. So now we have to fix that as well, and by the way, the motor was tested and it does actually work. We also had them look at the slide where we thought it might need adjusting and was told that it was in great working shape, but with the previous experiences of everything else not been fixed, we're now paranoid to try to open that. With all that said we have now taken the RV to another service facility to have these things rechecked and/or fixed. I guess we can consider ourselves lucky that the bill was only $800. Let's chalk it up to a "valuable learning lesson". Next time we will inspect what was supposed to be fixed before leaving the service center and not putting it straight in covered winter storage. Again, nice enough to talk to. But the response to each call was "bring it by and let us look at it and we'll see what we can do". That doesn't convey confidence that something will be fixed, and it's not like I can just drop the coach by like a car.
