What I particularly like about this specific location is its calm atmosphere. That is, they don't seem to have the same crush of customers that result in long lines at some of the other AZ-s in the metro area. So, my daily drive car is a Tesla. My normal repair shop pissed me off when I had a flat, as he laughed at me and told me he doesn't work on Tesla's. I won't call anyone out, but the name of the shop rhymes with Your Towne Automotive. So I am shop homeless at the moment still, you see. I don't dig franchise repair shops, but this one is brilliantly executed. I woke up and got ready for work last week, went outside got in my car and got an alert of low tire pressure, 2 PSI. Called up the shop and confirmed the do work on Tesla vehicles. I told them what was going on and I would be there soon. They said "cool".... I filled the tire with air and it held, so I drove to the shop. Arrived, was greeted in the parking lot and got set up in the system. My total wait was like 37 minutes, roughly, LOL. Dude brought me my car and was like "here you go".... I said "I need to pay you, bruh". He says "we don't charge to repair the tire if we can just fix it". What?!?!?!? You just earned a customer for life. I love this place and all of its locations so far! '24 - 79/102

I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.
