I needed a part for the door of my very old Lexus LS430. Shipping the whole door would have been too expensive (from the Memphis area to NYC), but the people at Wiley were willing to remove the part from the door and ship it all at a fair price. Before the part was shipped, David called to let me know that he had emailed me a picture of the part, just to be sure it was the right part. Communication with David was clear and responsive. Please don't do business with these people. They sold me a bad motor and removed the water pump, alternator, and thermostat. The motor's timing chain set is completely busted. It's rattling bad, and shaking. They told me they had to pull it out a car, obviously it had been sitting out with rust etc... Not to mention they lied about having the actual motor I went up there for, and I had to return the next day for the motor they sold me, then proceeded to sell me junk! Said they were going to give me a call back about providing another motor or refund but never called back. When I returned the next day, I was forced to wait another hour when they had already said the motor was out and ready to load. Please don't do business with them, I wish I had read their reviews before hand, I hope you will. read more

It is the worst repair in the world. I paid $3395 in total to fix my car. But they didn't fix it at all, and they were cheating me. They showed me a bill only without real repair. First, they charged me $260 for a new battery. But they didn't replace it (the same old battery). The battery was dead after one month & a half. When I called them; they said that "maybe someone stole your car's battery & replaced it!!!!!!!!!". The second time when I called them; they were yelling!!!!!!!!!! on me. Second, I paid $1500 to fix the body and bumper. I BOUGHT ALL PARTS for that. They put some parts only, and the other parts were disappeared (missing), and they didn't do anything for the body. Third, they exploited me because I am an International student. I DID NOT believe that happened here in the US!!!!!!!!!!. I trusted all people here. read more

I was involved in a minor car accident in Memphis while traveling from South Carolina. Since it was…read moreSunday, every tire shop and mechanic I called was closed. I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family.
