If I could give zero stars, I would. The techs are cool -- they actually know what they're doing. But that receptionist? Straight-up the worst part of the whole place. Rude, disrespectful, and acts like she's doing you a favor just by talking to you. Zero customer service, zero professionalism. Every time I called or came in, she had an attitude, talked over me, and made the whole experience miserable. You can tell she only cares about herself, not the customers or the shop's reputation. So everyone in Memphis knows that the BMW store on Germantown Parkway is horrible. They take forever and charge an arm and a leg for any type of service. My coworker told me about these guys and I've been taking my 330i xdrive to them for about 2 years now. Prices are manageable and service is great. If you're lucky they'll have a loaner car available too but don't hold your breath. They do offer a shuttle service though. All in all great service and value and amazing staff. read more

I have a BMW and they are not easy to work on. It broke down recently and based on reviews I decided to have it towed there. First thing the next morning they called to go over the issues etc. They repaired it promptly and communicated with me. When I showed up to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised with my car being fully detailed. Great customer service as well. They have a waiting room inside if you decided to wait on your car. Alpine is honestly perfect if you don't want to spend hundreds or more for something simple etc. taking your car to BMW or Dr. Bimmer this place could help! Their prices are decent unless you have something very wrong and very expensive it will be costly. But for your normal cars needs this is the place. Employees are welcoming and kind and will answer any questions you have about your car! Only reason I didn't rate this place 5 stars is because with the scheduling for my appointment they were all booked out for the month I was trying to get my car in so I had to schedule the month after. Used them years ago and they did great work. Started corresponding with them in December to fix the suspension on my 428. They performed the diagnostics and I received an estimate. I picked up the car and got a second opinion. I waited over 3 weeks for a loaner to bring it back to them for the repairs. I sent emails at first the responded right away and then my last email no response. I waited a week and then had to find another repair shop. I was looking forward to establishing a relationship but they just seem unorganized and busy for better or worse. Then when they went ghost on me just took it as a rd flag to move on. read more

They do great work. We had a major failure in our X1 on the way from TX to NY, had the car towed there from downtown in the middle of the night. The next morning, they were already ordering parts and getting things moving. It took several days but it was a large job. They priced out cheaper parts for us and didn't over charge us. It's time to share with you the positive experiences I've had with Alpine. I was told by another BMW owner to get all my work done at this amazing family owned BMW business. I had a constant vibration at speeds 50-70 mph due to a pothole nightmare. I spent a lot of money on my 2011 5-series at another dealership to have that vibration fixed but after it was all said and done the vibration was still there. I left very frustrated. John at Alpine asked me to leave the car with him for a few days to see if he could diagnose where the vibration might be coming and I was amazed at the accuracy and dedication he took to find it. The left rear wheel bearing was part of the diagnosis which was replaced which took care of the vibration. I've got the passion to drive again! The 70-80 speed is without vibration! I was getting ready to leave for work and I had a flat tire. Since I had run flats I was able to drive it in and have the tire replaced. They also found an oil leak that was repaired. They showed me exactly where it was leaking and what needed to be done. No pressure to do any unnecessary work either. John told me that my 535i was meant to be driven and that meant to me that he shared the same passion for BMW that I had. They also have loaners which makes the experience even better.
