Gail A. 1-4-2023 I found this company on-line after several attempts to get an appointment with the KIA Dealer on Mt. Moriah Road. Thank God for this company. I discovered them about 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday. I called the company concerning my car problem. In 2 1/2 hours they were at my house ready to repair my car. The technicians were very friendly and professional. They were not doing a lot of talking, but working. Mr. Chuck, the technician explained what the problem was with my vehicle and how it could be solved. I really appreciate how he talked to me in simple car terms so that I could understand. I will be using this company from now on. I have recommended them to all my friends. The prices are reasonable and fair. Also they take Cash App. It is so refreshing to have a mobile mechanic, because sometimes you just can't get your car to a shop. Thank you Mr. Jay for this company. read more

My daughter's car stopped working at a gas station, this happened while me and my husband were out of town. We were so nervous because we could not get to her to help her. So I found Strait 2 U Auto online and called them. The person on the phone was so professional, helpful, and calmed me down. Mr. Jay told me "Momma don't worry we will take care of your baby, she is in good hands! Cars breakdown everyday Trust Me" Strait 2 U sent two technicians out to the gas station, and they found out the car had a bad starter. They took the old starter off and brought a new one and installed it right on the spot! In about 2 hours the technicians Carlos and Justin had our daughter back on the road. The price we paid was CHEAP considering we did not pay for towing, or Uber for our daughter to get home, and they fixed it on the spot! We highly recommend these guys! Definitely will use again in the future. Mr. Jay thank you and your team for "Taking Care of our BABY." read more

This company is the BEST!! Reasonable prices, great communication, quick response and honest. I was over 100 miles from home on the hottest day this year in Memphis when I started my SUV and found it was stuck in park. Their dispatcher notified me, just like she said she would, when Carlos and his crew of professional mechanics were on their way, which was a very short period of time. They diagnosed the problem was the shifter cable bushing and had it replaced for a VERY reasonable price and had me on my way home really fast. I now have their number saved in my contacts list since I will be making more trips to Memphis and if anything should happen again, I know they are the only company I would ever call. Now that's peace of mind read more

I requested service from them when I was unsure what the problem was with my Lexus. It wouldn't start. I gave detail information on what was going on with my vehicle. He made contact with me via email with an estimation when they would arrive. They came on time as I was told and did a diagnostic on my SUV. Thankfully it was only the battery. The point is they communicated with me what was wrong and what was functioning correctly. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend them for repairs on your vehicle. I will be only using them if I need their service in the future. read more
