TLDR: Don't go here. They are shady. My husband and I went in to get our knock sensor replaced. They gave us a $370 estimate for parts and labor and when it was done tried to charge $1000. We called back after discussing the price change and they changed the story. Saying "oh he wrote the labor too high by accident . It will actually be $510" because they also replaced the intake valve and an ignition coil without confirming with us if that was okay. When we decided to not argue the $510 and just go get the car, they changed it to $594 once we were there. They were unable to explain why they did so much without confirming if we wanted the extra work done. We are not rich and I don't know a lot about cars and so I couldn't really argue. But just calling to tell us what was going on before doing it and charging us after the fact would have gone a long way. I won't say they scammed us because they did fix the issue with my car but it was absolutely shady and I would recommend them no one. They are taking advantage of people. I would have accepted a variation in price due to parts being more expensive than they thought. But they should have communicated with us when they did more than we agreed to. Also the ignition coil had nothing to do with the knock sensor so they shouldn't have replaced it without permission. So disappointed. read more

Doug was very sweet we had a nail in our tire and I called I was 15 minutes away he told me to come in and it would take him 5 minutes to fix it and that's all it took. I don't know if they are racist, ignorant, or just plain lowdown grimmey. They will take your money if you don't know exactly what you need them to do.They are not timely at all despite what they say, and overall just a bad experience . Money and time likely to be wasted. I wish I would have read all the nightmare reviews about this place before I ever took a car here. They said my car was good to go and I barely got out of their parking lot before it broke down. After it was towed back to them they would not return my phone calls so I had to drive up there because it was the only way to talk to anyone. They said they couldn't fix it and kept my $636.00. Most dishonest people I've ever met in my life!!! I'll go to a real mechanic from now on!!! Picture this: You pull into the lot and see vehicles of all types. Except for the customer parking, the lot seems nearly full. You pull in, park, and walk through the front door. To your right, you see the waiting room, with big couches and recliners, backed by vending machines. Windows encircle the room. It is simply decorated, but clean-smelling. You turn to your left, and you hear a friendly voice on the phone. His name is Phil, and even though he's explaining something to a customer, he still nods your way with a welcoming smile. As soon as he's off the phone, he greets you by name if you've been there before, and wants to know your name if you haven't. He is busy, but not to busy to chat with you or even trade jokes while he works. You explain your need, Phil writes it down, and gives you the low down before your job even gets to a mechanic. You immediately feel like he runs a competent shop -- but he's not the guy in charge. He's just the first face. The guy in charge, Doug himself, strolls quickly into the room, explaining something complicated to a customer while he snatches up the next work order. he calls something back to one of his mechanics in the back, but you don't hear more than a muffled answer. He, too, greets you by name, if he knows you, and always asks what you need as if he is eager to get to work, and regardless of whether your request is simple or complex, it doesn't change his expression. Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got it fixed in about 5 minutes. Just needed a nail removed and a plug put in. Very friendly staff.
