I wouldn't bring my car back here even if it was the last shop within 1,000 miles. My husband and I were in an accident a few years ago in our SUV. I chose this shop because of all the raving reviews online but now I feel as though they were all written by the employees and family members because there's absolutely no way people are actually celebrating this terrible work they do. There was also a nasty worker there named Rebecca Ellegant at the time who was probably the most unpleasant person I've ever had to deal with and coming from NYC, that says a lot. I still have the emails of her being horrible so I'm glad she was let go. After they "repaired" my vehicle. We flew our regular mechanic out from NYC to check the car. When we pulled up, the hitch step in the back was put on literally at an angle, they never fixed the exhaust pipe that was PUSHED numerous feet into the vehicle undercarriage until I asked them why it wasn't repaired. To top it all off, the bumper has MASSIVE gaps between the rest of the car and the bumper itself, which were never there before. I addressed this numerous times and have emails and pictures to prove this as well. After complaining, they said it's because they needed certain OEM parts and that they'll reach out to insurance yet again and get new parts. They got the new part and it was still messed up. The exhaust pipe was pulled and put RIGHT against the hitch step which ended up burning off the end cap of it. It literally melted the end of the hitch step... who doesn't think this through??? Now the hitch gets BLISTERING HOT when we drive the car because the exhaust is essentially sitting straight on it. And to top it all off, the trunk door has been leaking any time it rains this entire time. When looking at the vehicle, you can see numerous areas that the replacement parts were not lined up in which of course causes issues with water getting in. The muffler shop they sent the car to ended up stealing our exhaust cover and said they removed it and "threw it away" because it was rusted.... It's a stainless steel cover. It can't rust. After I demanded they return it, they magically found it and gave it back... with no rust. They handed it to me in a closed taped box. What clowns. This shop absolutely RUINED our SUV, it took them MONTHS to "repair" it and now years later I'm still dealing with the mess of a job this shop did. They had the audacity to send a thank you letter after the fact to thank us for choosing their shop. Choosing this shop was the biggest mistake I ever made when it comes to my cars and the city of Memphis. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR. read more

So back in December 2023!while driving in Tipton county I had the experience of hitting a deer, sustained some damage. Took here as I have used them before for another minor accident. I've waited months to pay down this review. First and foremost being a man with you, secondly look at the said repairs. This place decided that I didn't need clips holding the front grill on, or my radiator shroud, I'm so upset to even go back - my boyfriend went in and they admittedly said they will put the clips on and they would call me- it's been another four months and ZERO. read more

I had a repair done at this shop and was totally impressed by the Care & attention to the car and me! They kept me informed through the repair...I am grateful to the staff of employees and especially grateful to the Service Advisor Houston Wyatt. I highly recommend this shop when/if you need a auto repair. D Riffe read more

Not sure who wrote all these raving reviews, but do not go to this place. This was the "insurance company choice". Shotty work, horrible customer service. 3 weeks longer than promised. Car was still not is drivable shape. Gaps everywhere, chips in the hood, that was to be replaced. Paint spatters on windows, tires and headlamps. Brand new replaced bumper was cracked with paint missing. They had the nerve to ask me to give them all 10's on a survey, and said that they can't accept less than a 10. They did not even hit one point to deserve a 1 never mind a 10. After another week, went to pick up and the car was still not right. Still paint chips, a corner of the quarter panel was bent up. Oh, and the battery was dead. They had to jump it for me to finally take it home. Stopped at the store on my way home and car was dead again. They never answered the phone and have since not responded to messages left Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. read more

Great guys honestly, did a great job with the paint, their painting is automated so you don't have to worry about color not being exact

Collisionworxs got m back on the rode in two weeks of having my car verse the other shops keeping cars for months. It's beautiful and I so satisfied. read more

I stopped by to get an estimate because I've used Collisionworx in the past and had a good experience. They buffed out one area at no charge that they could've easily told me would be a couple of hundred dollars to fix and I wouldn't have known any better. They also referred me to a paintless dent repair person for a door ding to save me money. Very impressed by the high level of customer service and integrity. I highly recommend Collisionworx. read more

Exemplary service and work. Can not speak more highly of this place. My car was actually repaired at their express location on Whitten road. I was walked through every step and was beyond appreciative of being kept in the loop on my car's repair. They even fixed minor issues not included as part of the repair free of charge, which they most certainly were not expected to do. Additionally, my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off (inside and out)! This was a pleasant surprise :) Hopefully I will not be needing any body work done anytime soon but if I did, Collisionworxs would be my one and only choice !!! read more

Had accident, took to collisionworx in Memphis on Whitten $ Appling the very next day. This is one of the best body shops I have ever done business with. From the staff to the work--everything was great. They really cater to their customers and ensure the work is done correctly with the highest quality possible. This is the only place in the city I will go for future body work. They were patient, efficient and professional. This is the shop to trust. read more

Contacted Collisionworx after my car was in an accident. I had just recently purchased my Kia and husband was in an accident in it. It was a bad week for me. From the first phone call to the final touches they were so nice and friendly. They worked with my insurance and repaired my car. The insurance company gave me more hassle than I expected but Collisionworxs stayed right by my side. Like most repair shops the estimate took few days due to the damage being to the front of my car. They gave me a detailed list of repairs and began immediately. No one can tell that my car was in an accident damaging the entire hood and it was one more scratch away from being TOTALED OUT. read more

I selected Collisionworx based on their positive reviews, and they did not disappoint! Although I had to wait a couple of weeks to get my car in, I didn't mind at all because I trusted it would be worth the wait. Once I took my car in, they were able to finish the job within 3 days. My car looked as good as the day I bought it! They cleaned my car inside and out, and I was very satisfied with their work and attention to detail. I highly recommend them if you're shopping around for a body shop! read more

I am very pleased with the workmanship, timeliness of the repair, friendliness of the staff, and costs for the repair of my 2013 Honda Accord Touring. I had gotten distracted and backed into a dumpster, while out of town, visiting family. The driver-side tail light was cracked and there was some scrapes on my bumper. They let me decide if I was good with an after-market tail light assembly, which saved me some money, since this was coming out of pocket, versus insurance paying. Our deductible is $500, so seemed senseless to submit this to insurance3, for this small amount of damage. My car looks good as new, very happy and I highly recommend them! read more

So I go in for an estimate on a minor job on front bumper. Another shop had quoted me $600. These guys looked at it, took into the shop, and a few minutes later they bring out fixed!!!! The nice lady shakes my hand and tells me it's on the house!! WHAT???? Are you kidding me??? They popped back in place and sent me on my way. I sure hope I never need a body shop again, but talk about integrity!!! I'm beyond impressed!!! Thank you for your integrity and honesty. read more

In November of last eat, a valet service ruined my brand new vehicle. My car had deep scratches due to the driver being irresponsible and not paying attention when he drove. Collison Works fixed my vehicle in a little under a week and now my car looks brand new again. This is an amazing company that I definitely would refer to anyone living in the Memphis area. Staff are very friendly and the manager is very professional as well!!! read more

I cannot speak more highly about the quality of the work done at Collisionworxs. Not only does the repair look new, but their customer service was amazing. They managed the process end to end and contacted me throughout to keep me updated on the progress. Overall I am very impressed with the work done here and highly recommend them. read more

Everyone we dealt with at Collisionworx - Heather, Ruth and Pat - was outstanding to work with. Very professional and appropriately sympathetic to our plight. The work was done precisely as/when promised and returned to us not only repaired to our satisfaction but clean - inside and out! A very pleasant surprise that took some of the sting out of writing that deductible check (not their problem or part of this review, naturally). We definitely would recommend Collisionworx to our friends and family. read more

Totally Disappointed with the work that was done on my vehicle. At first, everything was going smoothly. The truck got inspected and i received an estimate for work that was to be done. It was a simple job of getting a tailgate painted. They remove it and was told to allow a couple of days for it to be finished. Fast-forward, and I get a call saying that an unexpected issue came to light AFTER it was painted. Got told the corrections that needed to be made would cost me almost THREE times the amount of what we agreed on in the estimate. I did not want to pay that ridiculous amount for the tailgate of an old truck. I paid the initial amount and left home the tailgate. The problem here is that i took it home with a baseball -sized hole where they stripped the paint off the Problem area. Never again. read more

Made a mistake driving thus causing body damage to my brand new truck. The dents are gone. The paint job looks great and they handled the claim quickly and professionally. Very happy with the results plus how I was treated and the short amount of time it took Collisionworx on Appling Farms to get me back into my truck. I would definitely recommend them. read more

We have used Abernathy's for several years now & have always been pleased. They do good work & have in the past been competitive. Last fall I had a fender bender & got an estimate from Abernathy's & 1 from Collision Worx on Whitten. Collision Worx came in cheaper & did an excellent job as well!! Now, I have a minor problem from a road hazard. I took it into to Abernathy's for an estimate & was going to do the same with Collision Worx. When I pulled up to Abernathy's he asked me who did the repair on my fender last fall & much to my chagrin, I told him Collision Worx. He asked me why & I told him they were cheaper!! He didn't hesitate one bit, and told me to take my car to them then!!!! I was very embarrassed & I feel that he acted impulsively & unprofesssionally!! So, I am taking my car to COLLISIONWORX who gave me probably the better price anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND, Collisionworx is very professional and friendly and has a great waiting area, to boot!! read more
