We got into a fender bender and decided to buy the parts ourselves and have a body shop but them…read moreon...bumper, Fender, headlights...that's it. They replace the fender and bumper fine but with the headlights, which should've been an easy slap-on-n-go, they decided to mess with the wiring and in turn messed up the electrical. So now having to pay an actual dealership to fix Gossett's mistake on top of paying Gossett for their mistake so they dont keep pur car as collateral. Lesson learned, never taking my car back to Gossett for anything and sure not recommending them to anyone.

Terrible service now. Used Gosset's 2 years ago with excellent service and experience on fender…read morerepair and was taking in a second vehicle for work. I left vehicle with needed parts and hood and fender were installed and painted. Upon pick up I noticed a dent and scratch on the hood that occurred after painting. I returned vehicle after speaking to Eddie who indicated they would make it right. Apparently unaware that Eddie sold the business during the time I dropped the vehicle off to have the appropriate work done for satisfactory work on initial job. Business was sold to the shop lead tech who did the initial work on my vehicle but refused to fix the damage that happed at the shop during initial work. My vehicle sat in Gosset lot for 4 weeks while new owner and old owner went back and forth. I finally went and picked up car and told them this was a terrible experience with no concern from new owner's part who actually did the work on my vehicle and more than likely was aware of current damage at the shop.

They wanted over $100 to fix a 1/4 in rock chip and couldn't do it for a week... Called a locally…read moreowned shop around the corner from them and they got me fixed in a Snap (15 mins) for less than half the price...

Terrible experience. I had a fender bender and this was the closest place my insurance…read morerecommended. I took my car for the initial estimate and my insurance had already coordinated everything prior to my arrival. I had to wait two weeks to drop off my car, which is reasonable. The insurance agent told me ABRA would order my parts in advance of my dropping off my car but when I dropped it off my car, ABRA said they had not ordered the parts. I had no choice but to leave my car and hope for the best. The text messages kept me updated daily, which was nice. I had a text message on day six saying my car was ready. Since it was a Saturday, they were only opened a few hours so I called at 9am, opening time, to ensure my car was ready. The receptionist said it was so I went to pick it up. When I arrived the receptionist's little girl was running all over the lobby and engaging customers. This is unprofessional. The receptionist disappeared for about five minutes and returned to tell me there was a "spot" on the fender they needed to buff out. I waited 20 minutes and they brought my car out. It looked terrible. The hood, which was new, had paint splotches all over and looked like a five year old did it. I asked why it looked so bad and the receptionist lady just shorted circuited and walked off. The customer service rep came out and looked at me like I was crazy. She finally admitted it looked bad and said they could buff it out. It took a call from the regional manager to have my car fixed. What happened to pleasing the customer? Worst experience ever.
