I needed to get back on the road to South Carolina the next morning, so I was extremely stressed. I contacted Brothers Mobile Tire Service & Tire Shop, and they were very helpful by giving me Mr. Robert's phone number. When I called him, he told me to come straight to his location. As soon as I arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately started calling around to find the necessary part. What truly meant the most was the kindness shown by his family. They personally drove my family and me back to our hotel while the car was being repaired. This was a huge blessing because we had a family of five and Uber could only accommodate four passengers. At first, I thought the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning, but Mr. Robert called me shortly after and said he already had the part removed and would have the car ready that same night. Less than three hours later, he was on his way to deliver my vehicle back to me. When I got in the car, it drove like new again. Mr. Robert was truly a blessing to my family. He worked faster than any shop I've ever dealt with and went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation. If you need any vehicle services in the area, Mr. Robert is definitely the person to call for fast, reliable, and excellent service.

I would not bring your car here unless for regular maintenance and you didn't have another choice…read more I brought a Ford Taurus SHO here when it was it was having a misfire issue. The car threw a CEL check engine light and said to stop driving so I took it to the closest shop I could. That was a mistake. They. Told me they would look at it, but did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I tried to tell them the car was modified and had full bolt ons. They didn't want to hear it and acted like they knew how to handle anything. Ila few days go by while they work on other cars and then I guess they start looking at it. They call back saying it needs coils and plugs. Keep in mind the coils and plugs had lasts than 50k miles on them. So I tell them to go ahead. They end up charging me 1,600$ for a job that takes a competent mechanic maybe an hour to do. They charged me more than double what the spark plugs cost ANYWHERE. Okay fine they need to make their money whatever. They charge me 500-600 for coils. They called me a day or two later saying the car was done. I go to pick it up and make it Maybe 5 minutes down the road before the problem reappears. I call them back. They state they are closed so bring the car back tomorrow. Okay great so I drive it miss-firing the whole time the 12-15 minutes home. I bring it back the next day and ask what is the deal. The service writer proceeds to tell me the turbos are likely bad. I ask what he bases that off of. He talks out of his behind making no logical sense. Keep in mind the car had new turbos installed maybe 20k miles ago, which they would have known had they taken any time to listen to me. I had already paid at this point so I was going to get it resolved. Another day goes by and they call me back stating it is ready. I asked what the problem was. I asked did they compare the spark plugs they pulled out of it to the new ones? Shocker they did not. They out factory plugs in my non factory car that were not the same temperature hot/cold rating. I asked them to get me the right plugs. They said they would warranty out the old ones but never did. I asked several times did they change all the coils or just one and I never got a straight answer. Needless to say a few months later the issue comes back. I decided to do it myself this time, which is really what I should have done the first time. Come to find I had one NGK plug and 5 Motorcraft Ford Plug. Tell me if they did my plugs how did I have a mismatched set??! So at this point I can't trust that they changed all six coils and I end up having to redo what I overpaid them 1,600$ to do. It took me about 2 hours. Keep in mind I work healthcare IT and am not a mechanic. I work on things when I have to but I don't enjoy it. Long story short I would not trust this place for anything. I wouldn't trust them to put the oil you pay for if you use anything but the cheapest oil. Let them plug a tire maaaybe. The rest please save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else.

They know engines and they do the job because they are passionate about what they do. They do things that other shops will not and should not attempt. The reason that there is a longer wait time is usually because the jobs they have in front of you are large, not just tune-ups. Please be patient when waiting for your diagnosis or repair. They are also very transparent and honest. If the repair cost more than your vehicle is worth, they will advise against doing it. I had them correct issues that other shops either misdiagnosed or did wrong. I would trust this shop with any large repair as the engine job I had done with them was done right and I had no issues following it. Saved me from buying a new truck. if you're looking for a cheap, quick fix don't stop here. if you want it done right and with the right parts, trust these guys.

He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. These guys are real professionals, with a large depth of knowledge. They don't work on electric vehicles, or do oil changes on BMW-s, because those are simply a few things that are outside of their areas of expertise or required specialized tools to work on. Also, working on seemingly simple issues on an EV is like diving down a deep rabbit hole. I'm completely okay with that, since I don't ever plan on owning an EV, or any high-end vehicle for that matter. I know a guy who inherited a Mercedes Benz sedan. He was okay with the car until he had the get engine oil changed. The process to change the oil required a special tool that only the local Mercedes dealership's shop possessed. At the time, the charge for the oil change was $250.00, plus tax. After a few very high maintenance expenditures like that, he sold the car.

They have caught things that I didn't even know were wrong and was then blown away at the difference in the vehicle afterwards. Aside for the couple times they fixed the wrong thing and I had to bring back my vehicles and wait for another repair to be completed, the repairs are always top notch. I've been here a bunch recently and have spent at least $10-$12k on repairs, probably more. Most recently it was $1800 in July, $850 on Nov 8th, and $1700 just last week! I am quite agitated but I'm not going to screw with their star ranking just because we are breaking up. Plus, I should have written a positive review before now anyway. No one really reads these reviews anyway, so the stars are all they will see. Why am I pissed? I hit a pothole, blew the damn tire, and needed to tow my car to them for a new tire. I called, Tracy answered, and I gave him the make, model, and tire size. He says, "I can't get that tire and I don't work on Tesla's anyway". It's a fucking tire! Do your jacks not work on Tesla's? What a joke. Five lug nuts loosened, a jack, put the tire on the damn wheel. That's all I needed, bro. I guess you don't work on my three Fords and a Jeep now either.
