These guys are real professionals, with a large depth of knowledge. They don't work on electric vehicles, or do oil changes on BMW-s, because those are simply a few things that are outside of their areas of expertise or required specialized tools to work on. Also, working on seemingly simple issues on an EV is like diving down a deep rabbit hole. I'm completely okay with that, since I don't ever plan on owning an EV, or any high-end vehicle for that matter. I know a guy who inherited a Mercedes Benz sedan. He was okay with the car until he had the get engine oil changed. The process to change the oil required a special tool that only the local Mercedes dealership's shop possessed. At the time, the charge for the oil change was $250.00, plus tax. After a few very high maintenance expenditures like that, he sold the car.

I have always gotten really good service from them until today. Kind and compassionate is generally the feel. I was completely comfortable with any advice they gave me. They have caught things that I didn't even know were wrong and was then blown away at the difference in the vehicle afterwards. Aside for the couple times they fixed the wrong thing and I had to bring back my vehicles and wait for another repair to be completed, the repairs are always top notch. I've been here a bunch recently and have spent at least $10-$12k on repairs, probably more. Most recently it was $1800 in July, $850 on Nov 8th, and $1700 just last week! I am quite agitated but I'm not going to screw with their star ranking just because we are breaking up. Plus, I should have written a positive review before now anyway. No one really reads these reviews anyway, so the stars are all they will see. Why am I pissed? I hit a pothole, blew the damn tire, and needed to tow my car to them for a new tire. I called, Tracy answered, and I gave him the make, model, and tire size. He says, "I can't get that tire and I don't work on Tesla's anyway". It's a fucking tire! Do your jacks not work on Tesla's? What a joke. Five lug nuts loosened, a jack, put the tire on the damn wheel. That's all I needed, bro. I guess you don't work on my three Fords and a Jeep now either. They are not the cheapest tire shop you can find, but I find that the consistency with the service and dependability of the Costco guarantee makes it a complete no brainer to buy tires here. While not the least expensive, they are extremely competitive , and if you catch a sale it will beat the pants off of Discount Tire on the same tire all day long. Pick up , they answer, tells em info and wait. 5 minutes and worker comes back it's not been delivered there yet. But I said it said online the product was in store and be ready for pickup. Let me check the info again. Wait you just looked at it. Another 8 minutes and 2 minutes from my house in OB and the phone hangs up from their end. Now I'm hot. So off to Auto Zone. Wife said she would go in and deal with it. 3 workers at the store, 2 were setting on the steps talking with 1 checking a customer out. She ask who the manager is. One claims to be the mgr in charge at the time. She told him what had happened and the mgr said them at would be this person who then exclaims things got busy at that time. She looks around and said yea looks like it . The mgr( maybe) looks at the order and it hasn't even been pulled which means not only the night before workers did nothing, the Friday worker coming in did nothing either. I mean it not hard to look up parts on the same computer that you can look them up on at your house but not even filling orders is just a call for laziness.

Price for tires and installation very satisfactory. We needed to have it done quickly because we had tickets to the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville for that evening. John explained that the tire delivery would be in the early afternoon. He sensed that we were anxious. He got into his car and went over and picked up the tires. He ordered the car to be put on the rack and prepared. He was back in 15 minutes, and the tires were installed immediately. We were on our way in less than two hours. Excellent. Not a good way to greet a customer. I ignored it because i was in a hurry but his rudeness continued. He got mad at me because i did not know right away some specific info on my vehicle. He then informed me that they did not do battery installs on my vehicle type, a 2018 Kia Optima. I suspect the real reason he told me this is because it was about 30 minutes until closing time and he didn't want to help me. So i said thanks for nothing and went to Auto Zone, where they couldn't have been nicer. They had me fixed up and on the road in no time. They were more than happy to take my money. Imagine that. I had never been in an O'Reilly before and you can be sure i'll never go back. This interaction took place on 6/11/26 at approximately 8:30 pm. I don't know the name of this extremely rude employee, but he may be in need of additional training.
