Woke up Friday no email yet. Fine I'll wait till noon. Still no email that it was ready for pick pickup. So I called from Horn Lake on my way home. Pick up , they answer, tells em info and wait. 5 minutes and worker comes back it's not been delivered there yet. But I said it said online the product was in store and be ready for pickup. Let me check the info again. Wait you just looked at it. Another 8 minutes and 2 minutes from my house in OB and the phone hangs up from their end. Now I'm hot. So off to Auto Zone. Wife said she would go in and deal with it. 3 workers at the store, 2 were setting on the steps talking with 1 checking a customer out. She ask who the manager is. One claims to be the mgr in charge at the time. She told him what had happened and the mgr said them at would be this person who then exclaims things got busy at that time. She looks around and said yea looks like it . The mgr( maybe) looks at the order and it hasn't even been pulled which means not only the night before workers did nothing, the Friday worker coming in did nothing either. I mean it not hard to look up parts on the same computer that you can look them up on at your house but not even filling orders is just a call for laziness.

I don't dig franchise repair shops, but this one is brilliantly executed. I woke up and got ready for work last week, went outside got in my car and got an alert of low tire pressure, 2 PSI. Called up the shop and confirmed the do work on Tesla vehicles. I told them what was going on and I would be there soon. They said "cool".... I filled the tire with air and it held, so I drove to the shop. Arrived, was greeted in the parking lot and got set up in the system. My total wait was like 37 minutes, roughly, LOL. Dude brought me my car and was like "here you go".... I said "I need to pay you, bruh". He says "we don't charge to repair the tire if we can just fix it". What?!?!?!? Those are primary considerations when deciding where to buy parts and other things for my vehicle. It's best to know exactly what you need before visiting the store, then just tell them what the part number is. They'll either have it in stock, or order the part for later delivery at the store. The employees here are generally amiable and can actually be helpful. Sometimes, but not reliably, they have the correct equipment to perform their advertised "free testing". The lines at the cash registers can get pretty long if the store is understaffed, though. However, I'll only purchase fluids and similar supplies, but never any actual vehicle parts. (For instance, Costco sells very economically-competitive windshield wiper blades). Hard experience has shown me that AutoZone sells quite inferior car parts that will have to be replaced far sooner than is reasonably expected.
