I was the only customer along with 3 other Advance Auto staff. After waiting about 3-5 mins, none of the staff acknowledged my presence. Finally Fred barked from behind the counter and said it will be a minute. He proceeded to do something with the register and finally after another 2 mins asked ' what do you want' in a tone that was rather offensive. I explained that I would like to have the battery tested. Once again he barked at me saying 'it won't happen'. I have to wait 10-15 mins. This guy', and older man had no right to be in this line of work. I left the store and proceeded to Auto Zone where I bought a battery.

I knew the car I wanted because I did my research before arriving. William was my salesman and I will never forget his face. I was in and out in 30 min. I was greeted at the door by him, showed him the car and he took my licenses so I could take it for a test drive. The car only had one thousand miles, it drove perfect and William answered any questions that I had. He made me feel confident that I had made the right choice. I walked off the lot on New Years Eve with a new car. It was the best day ever.

One of the best Truck Accessories Store I know of. In fact, it's about the only Truck Accessories…read moreStore close enough to me that has what I need and more than likely have it in stock. All other stores in the Mississippi Delta have to order what you need. Then, you have to wait a few days for it to come in. However, this store has truck accessories in stock. I first called them on the phone and Vickie answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable and knew the prices. Once here, Erin waited on me. She gave me great customer service. She was patient with me while I asked for prices and quality. She answered all my questions too. She was even more knowledgeable. I felt comfortable around her as I made my decision on what I wanted. On Scene: I wanted a Tonneau ( bed cover ) for my truck. When I called them on phone, they said they had a soft tri fold tonneau for $299 made by Rugged Liner and had it in stock so I could look at it. This got me here. Anyway, as soon as I walked in the door Erin spoke to me and waited on me. I showed me the Tonneau for $299. But I saw the one next to it for $599 which was a hard surface. I thought it was made of better quality materials and more secure. So, I chose the one with more security in mind. They also installed it for me which took less than 10 minutes. Plus, they showed my how to use my new Tonneau. How cool is that. Truck Accessories: They have lots of truck accessories in the store. It has the most of any truck accessories store that I have ever seen. It also has; chrome rim covers, bull bars, step bars, led light bars, winches, bed covers, camouflaged seat covers, tool boxes, fender flares, vent visors, window tinting, head lights, tail lights, bumpers, splash guards, grilles, and all kinds of chrome accessories. Final Thoughts: Yes, I will definitely be back because they great product at reasonable prices along with great customer service. One tip I would give is to ask for Erin.

Also, the techs must've loosened something on my dash when installing because I have a rattling when I drive now that will require I take my car in to the dealer to get looked at. I had to go back to Camper City to get the piece around rearview mirror cut out so that there was a cleaner look but even then the tint cut out isn't that great looking. Still waiting weeks on an appointment at dealership to see about my dash rattling.

I was approached by Jimmy and he allowed me to take a ride around block. I remained in the parking lot. Because of this, I learned of features present in the car I previously had not known about. After we got done, he searched for the specific setup I was interested in across different Toyota dealers. There were unfortunately no results for what I was looking for. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for. I did not feel as though I was backed into a corner to buy a vehicle I did not want, I didn't feel lied to, and my decision to not purchase a car that day was respected.
