Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

Not good very disonest. Took long time to do the oil change. and charge more then what they sad. they do not know what they are doing

The technician that I had was awesome I think his name was Tony or Antonio. I guess they have changed managers because lady manager that's there now is horrible and has attitude problems with customers so I can imagine how she treats the crew. Overall the technicians always go over and beyond. read more

Jiffy Lube - My oil Gage - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

See all

I pulled up - was open - I waited for a while, I honked to get their attention. Waited some more. No customers at all. Waited a bit longer - pulled through the bay and left and found a Take 5 Oil Change just down the road. I now have a new place to go. read more

Quick and easy! Just sat in the car while they did an oil change for me. Friendly customer service!

Great service! Amerique and the team were friendly, educative, and quick. Went above and beyond cleaning my windows, too

Kiara took great care of me today, coming out right away to have my car pulled in and explaining everything along the way. The process was quick and easy, and she was very friendly. Thank you! read more

Everyone was so nice and fast efficient service!! Amerique and Mr.Brooks was amazing! Definitely will be back

Got an oil change today. The staff were professional and friendly. Was there less than 30 minutes.

James Evans was great! Really appreciate how quickly and kindly he got things up to day on my Jeep!

I'm horribly car illiterate (even with a mechanic for a dad). The team at this Jiffy Lube was SERIOUSLY AMAZING. It was quick and easy service and I got everything I needed taken care of and excellent recommendations for what to do for my car in the future. Special thanks to Stephen for all of his help and answering all of my (probably dumb) questions! read more

Most of that time jiffy lube is hit and miss with customer service. I feel that Ashley is a great employee and even though they were understaffed she was handling her business with a positive attitude. Thank you for helping me out. read more

Knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy. That's enough for me! Tried several places before finding this place where I am treated like family.

If you want a cheap oil change and a screwed up car by all means go here. They rotated our tires and screwed up our alignment. They really have no idea what they are doing. An oil change on a day when there were no other customers took an hour. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. As it turns out they rotated our tired and managed to deflate one. Any other place would have made sure the tire pressure is good when the rotate your tires. After going back and arguing with them we finally checked the pressure ourselves. Right in front of them. Even after arguing with them more they wouldn't let us re inflate our tire there. On top of that they had a broken table in the waiting room. A four legged table with one leg missing. Big heavy wooden thing. They shoved the broken part against a chair so no one would notice. My toddler went to get a magazine off that table and it collapsed and pinched his fingers. Of course that wouldn't have happened if we didn't have to go back a second time. Or even wait 1 hour for them to screw up our car. read more

Never go to this jiffy lube. They blamed Kia for having bad carpets so they couldn't get the most obvious dirt spots. I was yelled at and so was the other customer, which was a mother of two babies. I just wanted to know how the pricing worked for my service with my groupon and he had the worst attitude. He was slamming everything in his way and He even slammed the other lady's car which scared me. I stepped outside wondering if it was my car but he screamed at me saying it wasn't and being straight up rude. He was the manager, name was mike, and I didn't mean to cry but I was just so scared and frustrated. I later called my dad and he came yelling because he was upset and they both voluntarily got close and mike dares to shove him. That's when I knew I had to call the police before it got messy. Mike actually tried to make my dad hit him by provoking him to do so... The police could not do anything because they did not actually fight. I have never experienced anything like this in my life because I never start conflicts like this. the manager himself was just bad. I hope no one has to ever experience that.. Please stay away from here.. Update: I did hear from heartland automotive services and I talked to someone higher up and they personally took care of things for me so I am very thankful to the lady(don't know if I should mention her name) for understanding the situation from my viewpoint! Thank you. read more

Jiffy Lube - Reason they couldn't get all the dirt was bc Kia has bad carpets. Kia said they were being ridiculous. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Collierville, Tennessee

Quick service. Kevin and Daniel were friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin answered my questions about pricing for full synthetic, extra quarts, and acceptance of coupon. Other services were reviewed - without any high pressure to purchase. This is the place to come in Collierville when you don't have 1/2 day to wait for an oil change!! read more

I love this jiffy lube location. I've been going here for years. There's only been one instance a year or so ago where I was not happy with my experience here. If you just want an oil change and don't want to pay an arm and a leg and want to be out quickly, this is the place to go. They also check air filters and tire pressure upon each visit. I don't normally ask them to vacuum my carpets but they do offer that for free. Also I remember once having windshield wipers on my backseat and they offered to place them for me for free. read more

Completely inappropriate staff! Made comments about my chest to me and other workers. Did not top off any fluids or reset my oil change notification in my car. I spent over $100 for this. I called corporate and no one ever responded. Worst oil change experience of my life. Do not go here! read more

Left my under carriage panels unscrewed. Not going back. I like coupons, but the savings cost me much more.

This is the second time I have been to this Jiffy Lube location. With new manager Ralph and his awesome staff, it is by far the most pleasant service in all my years of car ownership! I sent my husband a couple of months ago and our son will be next in our family who will need an oil change. Great customer service is hard to find unfortunately and reviews help all of us decide where or where not to spend our money. Tell Ralph Susan sent you. I am not being paid for my review, but I want Ralph and his staff to know his customer service has paid off :) ... And they are fast; they are finished and I am hurrying to finish this review :) read more

Stopped by Jiffy Lube tonight for a quick oil change because I had my daughter and it was around dinner time. Daniel was very professional, nice, and helpful. Him and his crew (Patrick and Christian) has us out of there in less than 15 minutes. They did an amazing job and I so grateful they made it so easy for me. read more

Way over charged my wife. Steer clear. Totally took advantage of her. No communication just the highest oil change charge we have ever paid. Ever. No explanation just give me your card. Never going back there again. read more

I stopped in today for a quick oil change and was very impressed with the efficiency and excellent service I received. I was also needing to install floor mats I had just purchased and they even helped me with that. The price was good but the speed and efficiency was excellent as well as the friendliness shown. Great group of guys there! read more

I went to the Collierville, TN location on 11-21-2015 where I had the most unfortunate opportunity to interact with Mike the manager. Mike was yelling and using profanity while directing me in to the stall. It was around 8:30 and not very busy. He seemed annoyed he was working. I left without getting on oil change. I went to a nearby oil change and waited for 30 minutes because they had customers lined up for service. This shows the power of good customer service, the two businesses are less than 300 yards apart. This place deserves negative stars. read more

Drove to get an oil change. Wait outside for a while without anyone instructing me to drive inside (they were all sitting inside). I decided to drive in and I get angry looks from 3 of the employees telling me not to do that. Explained the situation that none of them were out there where they needed to be and walk inside and hear a worker make a rude comment towards me. Upon hearing that, I told them I was gonna take my business elsewhere which I went right across the street to Goodyear. Never had an experience like this before. read more

Unprofessional and immature staff. They made me very uncomfortable. Also, I didn't know a vacuum and window wash came with the service since they never offered or did it. Saw it as "declined" on my receipt after I left. Not going back. read more

Customer Service is terrible. Rude and appeared annoyed to be working there.

As soon as I pulled in to get the oil changed I was asked if I'd like my radiator flushed, they were having a special. I said I'd need to talk to my husband about that and did not authorize that to be done. After picking up my car and only being charged for an oil change, I pulled out of the parking lot and the service lights immediately came on my dash. I pulled back in and they took a look and said they could find nothing wrong with my car. The light remained on and I drove directly to our regular mechanic who discovered that I only had 1/3 of the normal amount in my radiator. Hmmm ... wasn't I asked if I'd like my radiator flushed? Well, apparently they began doing that, realized I'd never authorized it and stopped. It would seem that they could have figured out what was wrong seeing that they caused the problem rather than endangering my car by sending me off in it that way. Was having no problem before arriving and had one immediately upon leaving. Haven't had my car back there since. How careless can you be? read more
