If you want a cheap oil change and a screwed up car by all means go here. They rotated our tires and screwed up our alignment. They really have no idea what they are doing. An oil change on a day when there were no other customers took an hour. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. As it turns out they rotated our tired and managed to deflate one. Any other place would have made sure the tire pressure is good when the rotate your tires. After going back and arguing with them we finally checked the pressure ourselves. Right in front of them. Even after arguing with them more they wouldn't let us re inflate our tire there. On top of that they had a broken table in the waiting room. A four legged table with one leg missing. Big heavy wooden thing. They shoved the broken part against a chair so no one would notice. My toddler went to get a magazine off that table and it collapsed and pinched his fingers. Of course that wouldn't have happened if we didn't have to go back a second time. Or even wait 1 hour for them to screw up our car. read more

Never go to this jiffy lube. They blamed Kia for having bad carpets so they couldn't get the most obvious dirt spots. I was yelled at and so was the other customer, which was a mother of two babies. I just wanted to know how the pricing worked for my service with my groupon and he had the worst attitude. He was slamming everything in his way and He even slammed the other lady's car which scared me. I stepped outside wondering if it was my car but he screamed at me saying it wasn't and being straight up rude. He was the manager, name was mike, and I didn't mean to cry but I was just so scared and frustrated. I later called my dad and he came yelling because he was upset and they both voluntarily got close and mike dares to shove him. That's when I knew I had to call the police before it got messy. Mike actually tried to make my dad hit him by provoking him to do so... The police could not do anything because they did not actually fight. I have never experienced anything like this in my life because I never start conflicts like this. the manager himself was just bad. I hope no one has to ever experience that.. Please stay away from here.. Update: I did hear from heartland automotive services and I talked to someone higher up and they personally took care of things for me so I am very thankful to the lady(don't know if I should mention her name) for understanding the situation from my viewpoint! I love this jiffy lube location. I've been going here for years. There's only been one instance a year or so ago where I was not happy with my experience here. If you just want an oil change and don't want to pay an arm and a leg and want to be out quickly, this is the place to go. They also check air filters and tire pressure upon each visit. I don't normally ask them to vacuum my carpets but they do offer that for free. Also I remember once having windshield wipers on my backseat and they offered to place them for me for free. read more

I went to the Collierville, TN location on 11-21-2015 where I had the most unfortunate opportunity to interact with Mike the manager. Mike was yelling and using profanity while directing me in to the stall. It was around 8:30 and not very busy. He seemed annoyed he was working. I left without getting on oil change. I went to a nearby oil change and waited for 30 minutes because they had customers lined up for service. This shows the power of good customer service, the two businesses are less than 300 yards apart. This place deserves negative stars. read more

Drove to get an oil change. Wait outside for a while without anyone instructing me to drive inside (they were all sitting inside). I decided to drive in and I get angry looks from 3 of the employees telling me not to do that. Explained the situation that none of them were out there where they needed to be and walk inside and hear a worker make a rude comment towards me. As soon as I pulled in to get the oil changed I was asked if I'd like my radiator flushed, they were having a special. I said I'd need to talk to my husband about that and did not authorize that to be done. After picking up my car and only being charged for an oil change, I pulled out of the parking lot and the service lights immediately came on my dash. I pulled back in and they took a look and said they could find nothing wrong with my car. The light remained on and I drove directly to our regular mechanic who discovered that I only had 1/3 of the normal amount in my radiator. Hmmm ... wasn't I asked if I'd like my radiator flushed? Well, apparently they began doing that, realized I'd never authorized it and stopped. It would seem that they could have figured out what was wrong seeing that they caused the problem rather than endangering my car by sending me off in it that way. Was having no problem before arriving and had one immediately upon leaving. Haven't had my car back there since. How careless can you be? read more
