Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it.

I have a brand new vehicle and only taken it here for my oil changes rather than driving all the way to the dealership for a free one. The first time I took it in the guys were great and friendly. However I notice they don't pay much attention that my vehicle was brand new and still told me I needed a tire rotation because they input the wrong mileage. This second time they actually stripped the screws for my skid plate and basically told us we needed to get new ones because they broke them and had no replacements. Fortunately they "found" two screws laying around so my skid plate is being held by 2 rather than 4. Like I said it's very unfortunate as this is only my vehicle's second oil change and things are already broken and have to be replaced by us.

They told me that there was a screw in the tire was too close to the sidewall and I would need a new tire. I asked them about this, saying it didn't look very close to side!!! But the sales guy insisted that it was too close, and that I would need a new tire. Then he told me it would be better to get a pair of tires. At this point, I decided to go to Gateway, as I simply did not trust this guy. So, I go to GATEWAY, tell them that there is something wrong with my tire, and it takes them about 15 mins to get to my car. I started playing with my phone for a few mins, and then I look up and my car is gone!!! I go up to the counter, and the guy hands me the keys and says, we found a nail, patched it, and it is ready to go. No charge, we appreciate your business! WOW! I almost got taken for $450 dollars at a competitor, and this place says NO CHARGE! I am a customer for life!
