I've been coming to this oil change and tire shop since 2013/2014 and steadily, for all of my cars…read moresince 2017 when we moved in to our home nearby. Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it.

I'm definitely moving my business to Express Oil. They were friendly and professional. They…read moreexplained my service and recommended other services that my car needed that they could do during my oil change.

I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he was working the front desk on Saturday…read moremorning, April 17 2021 and had both arms covered with tattoo sleeves. I wanted to leave this review because this guy saved my ass. I went to sleep early on Friday to go to Steve's Auto down the street because Steve's Auto told me to come in at 8am when I called ahead. I showed up at Steve's, and they told me they were too busy and to go somewhere else. So somewhere else I went. I'm new in town so don't know any places to get my car fixed, and Steve's was my only option that I researched. I went to Goodyear after dealing with that rude front desk guy at Steve's, and found the Goodyear rep at the front desk like a mechanical Jesus. He was so damn nice and accommodating. Within 10 minutes of walking in, he knew immediately what the issue was. He walked out with me to my car, did his thing under the hood, and viola..no more check engine light. Best part about it is that I didn't even spend a dime. I wish I caught this guys name, but Goodyear if you're reading this, find out who he is and give him a bonus. Dude deserves it. I will be coming here from now on with any repairs I need.

Turns out my husband told me to just go on and get a full set of 4 tires. Guess who I'm not buying…read morethem from??? Yep, went to Firestone. Will never forget that horrible experience at Goodyear. Goodyear , right, what year are they good?
