Customer service, Heather Benson was outstanding, she was understanding and worked even after hours to make sure I wasn't stranded. I visited with Johathan explaining the challenges I was having with my Porsche Cayenne and provided all outstanding code violations. I checked in twice to the shop with second check-in having him rudely yell at the receptionist, "its going to cost a lot of money & I don't have time to speak with him." Three weeks later (6 weeks total time); he calls to say he can't get to servicing the vehicel and I need to pick it up. Stated he I could keep the inspection analysis (he never provided) as a token. They had my 2014 Mercedes for three weeks. I ask that they replace my auxiliary battery and replace repair my outside rear view mirror, it was cracked. They replaced the auxiliary battery. They kept telling me that they were waiting on the mirror housing; never ordered it. They rarely answered the phone, so I would have to leave work to go there to get an answer. Finely I got tired of excuses and told them that i would be in the next day to pick up my vehicle. I told them to have a bill for the work that they had done. They call back and said that an oil change was due, I gave them the ok for an oil change. They charged me $876. Come to find out that they charged me for things that i didn't authorize them to do. They completed a scheduled B maintenance service, I only approved changing the oil. They charged me $156 for testing. Did a broken mirror and auxiliary battery need to be tested? I think not. They replaced my cabin air filter, didn't authorize that, but I guess that's part of the B service that I didn't authorize. Only one thing, well maybe two, that I authorized got completed in three weeks. Here is the kicker, they told me that I probably didn't want to get the mirror fixed because it was expensive! I've had the car for 10 years. Its a 2014 Mercedes Sports Coupe AMG. If I could afford the repairs, I wouldn't have the car. I will never take any car there again; they are rip off artist. I am thinking of calling the State Attorney's office and complaining about their practice. read more

This used to be my go to place for my VW Bug. Unfortunately I won't be going back. They WAY overcharged me!! $756 for a battery and an oil change! Oil change was over $200! Not sure if they poured gold into the engine or what. Not sure what happened to this place, but I can't recommend them at this point. read more

I recently took my Smart car here, and just loved the people. Jonathon is just as great as all these reviews (there are a ton more reviews on Google) say he is, and he made me laugh even though my car sucks and I felt like crying. Everyone was great--very fair, very honest, very funny, very knowledgeable about the MCU which helped pass the time--and steered me away from certain services to save me money, which I of course really appreciated, because why would I put more money into a car that sucks? I would definitely go here again if I were to buy another foreign car, but I won't be buying another foreign car unless I win the lottery, sooooo....thank you all for the lovely morning! :) read more

While passing through West Memphis on a cross-country trip my AC compressor sorted up. I had to continue on to Little Rock that night so I wasn't able to wait for the part I needed to be ordered, but the staff at German Auto Tech were amazing. They diagnosed my problem immediately, brought me back to show me exactly what was going wrong on my car, called to a different shop in Little Rock to see if they would be able to do the repair for me the following morning, gave me a complimentary fluids check and tire top up all at no cost. Even though I didn't have mechanical work done at GAT, I would highly recommend them based on the knowledgable, efficient and friendly way they do business. read more
