Great Car Buying Experience…read more I had never owned or driven a Subaru before. Sal Sanchez was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering all my questions and letting me test drive 3 different cars. I never once felt pressured to "buy something today". Dave in the F & I office was also super laid back and chill. I never had to say "no" more than once to any of the products he was informing me about that I didn't want. From the moment I set foot on the dealership, to the time I drove off in my new Subaru was exactly 3 hours, and that time was spent mostly test driving cars. For reference, my previous car buying experience from another dealership took over 7, very annoying hours, even though I showed up already decided on a car they had on the lot.

Matt Owen's from the service department should work at a shady car lot since he will convince you that he will fix your car and do anything but. He had my car for 6 days and barely fixed anything. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

Personally, I don't think Carvana's slogans truly capture how incredible the buying experience is…read more I am 60 years old, and this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Every Advocate I spoke with, whether by phone or chat, provided exceptional customer service. What stood out even more was how excited they seemed for me throughout the process. Whoever came up with the Carvana concept created something special. From dropping the commemorative coin into the vending machine to watching my vehicle descend and seeing the entire presentation unfold, the experience was absolutely amazing. I honestly felt like I had won the lottery. I was so impressed that I immediately shared the experience on Facebook. I will gladly encourage everyone I know to consider buying their next vehicle from Carvana. Thank you for making what is typically a stressful process exciting, memorable, and enjoyable.

THANK YOU ALEX!!!…read more Please also tell your team thank you for the amazing service, for being so friendly and for working quickly so that I can be on my wa!!! I am passing through TN on my west-to-east coast drive and it's the first time I have ever interacted with the local community. My car service lights turned on while I was driving along the 40E and I panicked, knowing that I have 13 more hours of driving to go, I needed to find the closest Mazda dealership near me. In my search, I was routed to Volvo of Memphis who were able to help me check my car. Alex picked up the phone and has been helping me through the car safety process all the way. He was honest and clear with what I needed to have done to ensure a safe drive for the rest of my journey. Thank you Tennessee for the most welcoming hospitality. Thank you ALEX for going above and beyond!!! I'm sure I'm not the first to thank you for your kindess and for taking such good care of my car. I was approached by Jimmy and he allowed me to take a ride around block. I remained in the parking lot. Because of this, I learned of features present in the car I previously had not known about. After we got done, he searched for the specific setup I was interested in across different Toyota dealers. There were unfortunately no results for what I was looking for. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for. I did not feel as though I was backed into a corner to buy a vehicle I did not want, I didn't feel lied to, and my decision to not purchase a car that day was respected.
