    Death Wobble problem in Jeeps

Bottom line - Carvana thinks it's OK to sell a car that is unsafe to drive. My 2021Jeep delivery was delayed by 10 days because of "tire issues." Within 10 days of driving it I experienced the dreaded "Death Wobble," as serious shaking of the vehicle that could cause it to flip. At best, it caused you to have to come to a complete stop on the highway before it will stop. Two different shops stated the tires were the problem. The warranty company denied the claim because they don't warranty the tires (wearable). What was Carvana's response to selling me a vehicle that won't flip over without $1400 in tires? We can't do anything about that.

They led me through the whole process. Documents, cashier's check and a final green light from an underwriter. I even was sent a congratulation, your vehicle is on the way email. The day before delivery I was notified that my order was terminated with no explanation. They gave a number reason why it could be. But, nothing definite. Don't trust them and go to an actual dealership.

In ignition key that they only gave me no lock

Worst cards to buy! I bought it expecting a two day delivery. It got postponed a week then once I receive the car, they didn't give me keys to actually unlock the vehicle so I called. They said they extended my seven day warranty, which they never did then they told me to go through the warranty company to get a replacement for the keys no warranty company did the keys so I was gonna have to pay out-of-pocket for the keys that they never gave me on the first day. They gave me the ignition keys, but they never gave me a key to actually unlock unlock the vehicle so the first day I locked the vehicle from the inside and then could not get back into it so I had to call a locksmith to unlock the vehicle, which I had to pay for since it was the first day in the seven day warranty didn't show up yet! Then I was going to get it fixed and pay out-of-pocket. It would cost me $400 but before I actually got it fixed it broke down leaving me stranded on the middle of the highway with three kids.

I was then angrily and rudely told that shuttle rides are just a courtesy and they don't have to operate on a schedule for me. I think when you spend 47,000 on a car you don't need any lectures about courtesy. Not to mention the only reason I'm in the shop today is because the tire was leaking on the back side when they sold it to me along with an SRS airbag warning light that came on 2 days after I drove it off the lot Toyota's are good cars but ever since they started making them in the United States the quality has gone far down. I would give this place zero Stars if I could.

The vehicles obvious drop in price. Was due to the main deal leak, of which your business knew about. That was not listed in your description of the vehicle, which now I view as rather deceptive after two hours in a car. I'm not sure how you expected to sell the vehicle on the tires it has since one has a protruding bubble. And none of them match. And all of them are dry rotted. Brakes are visibly low to nonexistent. And if you have no knowledge a rear main seal leak is a huge issue. That often, not always, has cascading effects. Now all that aside. Your business still chose to act without integrity. Your sales person was rude when confronted about the new price.( I can't remember his name, he made no effort to remember mine and called me "Blake") Your company wanted me to foot the bill for a poor purchase on your companies part.

I paid $1,800 for all four wheels to be serviced using Mopar Genuine Parts -- or so I was told. Unfortunately, my experience raised a number of serious concerns: 1. Jeep Wave Tire Rotations Were Skipped * My Jeep Wave account shows that tire rotations were never performed during my last two oil changes here. * When I asked about it, I was told "it wasn't authorized," even though tire rotations are supposed to be included under Jeep Wave benefits. * This omission left me wondering what else may have been missed during standard services. 2. Prior Oil Change Failed to Catch Brake Issues * Less than one month ago, during a scheduled oil change, I was told everything looked good on my vehicle. * Now, suddenly, all four brakes and rotors had to be completely replaced. * Again, this makes me question the thoroughness of previous inspections. 3. False Claim of a Technician Test Drive * During my brake service visit, a service advisor named told me the technician had driven my Jeep and noticed it was shaking. * However, my Jeep app, which tracks vehicle movement, showed zero alerts and no change in mileage from the time I dropped it off to when I picked it up. * This strongly suggests no test drive actually occurred, despite being documented and told otherwise. 4. Mopar Discount Miscommunication * At first, I was told Mopar service coupons weren't honored at this dealership. * Later, another service representative clarified that they do accept Mopar coupons, but cap the discount at $50 because the dealership is "individually owned" and doesn't operate like larger Jeep service centers. * I feel this should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially given the high service cost. 5. Lack of Trust and Customer Value * With tire rotations not performed, possible misleading communication about a test drive, and very limited coupon acceptance, I ultimately felt undervalued and misled as a customer. * I have always taken pride in maintaining my Jeep with certified Mopar service, but this experience left me questioning whether this dealership upholds the standards associated with Jeep and Mopar branding. I strongly recommend double-checking everything if you bring your vehicle here -- including asking for part numbers, service verifications, and confirming what is actually being done versus what is being claimed. I also encourage management to provide more transparency around Jeep Wave services, vehicle handling, and honoring Mopar discounts fully and fairly. As a Jeep Wave client, all my maintenance is thoroughly tracked and logged; however, this dealership fails to do so at a sophisticated level. I'm disappointed but hopeful my feedback leads to improvements for future customers.
