I've purchased a car from here 12 years ago and it's still in great shape! The process was pretty simple. I identified the car I wanted online, went in to meet with a sales representative, and drove off in my car that day. I pretty much got it with zero miles! So, when we decided to get my daughter a car we went there first. The process is still the same. They have quality cars for great prices and so many to choose from. I will always recommend Carmax!

I recently brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee (purchased new in 2019) to Wolfchase Dodge Jeep Ram…read morefor brake and rotor replacement. I paid $1,800 for all four wheels to be serviced using Mopar Genuine Parts -- or so I was told. Unfortunately, my experience raised a number of serious concerns: 1. Jeep Wave Tire Rotations Were Skipped * My Jeep Wave account shows that tire rotations were never performed during my last two oil changes here. * When I asked about it, I was told "it wasn't authorized," even though tire rotations are supposed to be included under Jeep Wave benefits. * This omission left me wondering what else may have been missed during standard services. 2. Prior Oil Change Failed to Catch Brake Issues * Less than one month ago, during a scheduled oil change, I was told everything looked good on my vehicle. * Now, suddenly, all four brakes and rotors had to be completely replaced. * Again, this makes me question the thoroughness of previous inspections. 3. False Claim of a Technician Test Drive * During my brake service visit, a service advisor named told me the technician had driven my Jeep and noticed it was shaking. * However, my Jeep app, which tracks vehicle movement, showed zero alerts and no change in mileage from the time I dropped it off to when I picked it up. * This strongly suggests no test drive actually occurred, despite being documented and told otherwise. 4. Mopar Discount Miscommunication * At first, I was told Mopar service coupons weren't honored at this dealership. * Later, another service representative clarified that they do accept Mopar coupons, but cap the discount at $50 because the dealership is "individually owned" and doesn't operate like larger Jeep service centers. * I feel this should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially given the high service cost. 5. Lack of Trust and Customer Value * With tire rotations not performed, possible misleading communication about a test drive, and very limited coupon acceptance, I ultimately felt undervalued and misled as a customer. * I have always taken pride in maintaining my Jeep with certified Mopar service, but this experience left me questioning whether this dealership upholds the standards associated with Jeep and Mopar branding. I strongly recommend double-checking everything if you bring your vehicle here -- including asking for part numbers, service verifications, and confirming what is actually being done versus what is being claimed. I also encourage management to provide more transparency around Jeep Wave services, vehicle handling, and honoring Mopar discounts fully and fairly. As a Jeep Wave client, all my maintenance is thoroughly tracked and logged; however, this dealership fails to do so at a sophisticated level. I'm disappointed but hopeful my feedback leads to improvements for future customers.

Drove the truck home, less that 10 miles, parked it and went out of town for a week. Wife called to tell me something was leaking from under the truck. Called the sales person who got me in touch with the sales manager who told me I did not purchase the warranty and was out of luck. I blew up and threatened a lawsuit and was put through to his manager who was more personable and asked me to bring the truck in when I returned which I did. Was told they checked it out and it was residual oil from the oil change. i had already taken it to my mechanic and knew what the problem was. I payed $300 to have the radiator hose replaced. Will not use this dealer again, will not recommend. If you need a car go elsewhere. Jerry Helms

Do Not Buy Here: Sold Me a Lemon, Refused Accountability, and Gaslit Me Years Later…read more **I am intentionally rating this 2 stars because I know many people skip over 1-star reviews assuming they are just emotional rants. Please read this before doing business with Wolfchase Hyundai of Bartlett. If zero stars were an option, that is what they truly deserve. I am writing this review after years of frustration, broken promises, and abysmal customer service from Wolfchase Hyundai of Bartlett. A couple of years ago, I purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox from them. Sales staff assured me it was a "great deal," and one employee even claimed he would have bought it himself if I hadn't. Less than 12 hours after driving off the lot, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and the engine died in the middle of the road. When I brought it back, they initially tried to charge me over $1,000 for repairs on a car I had owned for half a day. After I threatened to return the vehicle, they "re-inspected" it and claimed it was just a $50 gasket. I paid for it just to get out of a rental, which was a massive mistake. The exact same issue continued for the next year. I contacted them repeatedly, but all they ever did was clear the error codes from the car's computer without actually fixing the underlying problem. This is a problem that will cost me over $2,000 in labor alone to resolve. This was not disclosed at purchase. Fast forward to recently: Wolfchase Hyundai began relentlessly texting and emailing me, begging to buy the car back. After they canceled on me (twice) forcing me to take time off work and drive 30 minutes each way--I finally got the car in for an evaluation. After making me wait on the showroom floor for two full hours, an evaluator politely told me that they "would never sell a car in this condition off the lot." In the time I owned it, I had only added 16,000 miles, added no cosmetic damage, kept it clean and in great condition, and even installed a brand-new AC condenser. When I reminded them that I bought the car from them in basically this exact condition (acknowledging the mileage discrepancy), they essentially called me a liar. I walked back in to speak with a floor manager. Instead of taking ownership, he hid behind the excuse of "new management" and "growing pains," offered zero apology, and condescended to walk outside just to repeat that they would never buy or sell a car like mine. The kicker is that the same guy who said "I would have bought the car myself" was the same guy who inspected my car initially. They sold me a defective vehicle, swept the repairs under the rug, wasted my time years later, and then gaslit me when confronted with their own history. To top it off, after this insult of a visit, I explicitly asked them to not contact me anymore and warned them that I would post this review if they contacted me again. Sure enough, they texted me again today asking to buy the car. Save yourself the money, time, and disrespect. Buy your vehicle somewhere else.
