Couldn't get answers in a timely manner. All communication is mainly completed by text messaging. Review, review, review your loan agreement before confirming it, then screenshot it for your records. The Bartlett branch manager did assist me with my concerns. Would have completed the purchase, but communication with Tesla is difficult.

Minimal amenities - filtered water (hot/cold), sparse coffee pod choices, only sugar as a sweetener :/

Despite the frustration of NOT being able to talk with a human and having to deal with getting information from the Tesla app things overall went well. I dislike the pricing structure but what can you do?! As my dad said, "Special car special prices (hahaaa)"! windshield, tire rotation and 12v battery change out =$1,600

My most recent car purchase is my first venture into an Electric Vehicle. I would have laughed at you a year or so ago if you would have told me that I would buy an EV. I would have also laughed had you told me I would buy a brand new vehicle and not used. Here's the T... skip the next eight paragraphs or so if you want to just see my buying experience. Sorry for rambling on... My youngest turned 16 this year and we were in need of another car based on my 17 yr old graduating HS a year early and moving off to a college dorm a year earlier than we expected. No more ride share for the littles. Here's how it went down. I have bought and paid for 5 cars (5 Ford's) since I had purchased one for myself. The used car market is terrible, the prices are insane, and anything under $10-$20k is a giant piece of shit in most cases. The more I studied and researched the less I was interested in buying her something used. I decided to give the 17 yr old my old Ford and shuffle the 16 yr old into Emory's car. This left me needing a ride. With all my research, I narrowed it down to three cars for me to consider. Audi A5 tfsi 45 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Tesla Model 3 Performance All of which where in my budget and I like all three aesthetically a lot. Actually liked the Tesla the least by looks. I got up one Saturday and went to drive them all. I went to Lexus of Memphis where I was completely ignored for 30 minutes by everyone. I walked all through the offices and showroom looking at all of the cars. No one even acknowledged I was alive. No Lexus for me! I then went to Gossett Audi on CP. I had the nicest kid who spent an hour going over every detail of the Audi. He was awesome! His name was Nathan Helms. Go see him! I drive the Audi and loved it. They had a bad ass fully trimmed version on the lot just for me. I almost just got it... I told Nathan that I was going to go drive the M3PM and he said "I have one on the lot, wanna drive it?" He described it me, and it was white, with white interior. I told him there was no way I was buying it. He said, "it's slow here, I got nothing to do, let's go", so we did. As soon as we got on the road he said "brace yourself, and then, floor it!" As soon as I did, at that exact moment, I knew what car I was buying. I expelled a string of joyful profanities and told him I was going to go order a Tesla. He then proceeded to tell me how he drove it almost every day himself and all of the cool shit it could do. You could tell he liked it too. I left that minute and came here! The experience here is like no other dealership. If you want it, order it in the app, and we will let you know when it gets here. That's pretty much it. I was uneasy about not being able to talk to someone about financing and rates prior to ordering and asked the people at the dealership what's up, and they advised getting my own independent financing if I needed that kind of attention. This was a little off putting so I went home and didn't order. I did more research, visited the dealership one more time with a list of questions about the car. I then decided to just bite the bullet and order the car. It had gone down some in price the days prior and they seemed to be moving fast out of inventory. The ordering process was all app based. Everything went through the app, including the financing. I ended up with Well Fargo for the loan at 3.49%. This was much cheaper financing than anywhere else I looked including USAA and three local Credit Unions I've used in the past. I took 10 days to get the car. That gave me time to get my electrical situation ready at home and install a new outlet in the garage for Mobile charger's NEMA 15-50 needs. I was going to get the full Wall Connector kit but the guy at the dealership convinced me to just use the Mobile one. I asked if I should go ahead and buy it then and he said not to worry about it and just get it when I "pick up the car". Delivery day arrives and I get there to pick up my car and guess what...? No mobile connectors in stock. So... my deduct of a star is because of me buying a car I cannot charge on my own and being so clueless on how much range I had and the major EV learning curve compared to just popping into a gas station. It took almost two weeks to get my charger from Tesla. I LOVE MY TESLA AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ICE CAR AGAIN!!!!! I have had it for two months now and I am considering buying three more because I am that impressed with the safety features, built in security, ease of use, and the amount of money saved on fuel. If you decide to look at one, please message me for my referral code. You will get money off and I get perks for the referral. Oh I almost forgot 455 AWD HP.... 0-60 in 3.1 seconds!!!!!!! This thing is a rocket and a total blast to drive!

Easy to find, located in an upscale mall parking lot. Good Italian restaurant (a bit pricey).

Not impressed yet with their sales reps. No one seems willing to be helpful. There is also poor communication with buyers.

Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! Thanks again, Tay and Abdul!

This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!

I purchased my vehicle here and recently visited the service department for my first routine maintenance appointment on my brand-new 2026 Buick Envista Sport. During the visit, I was told there was a possible oil leak and asked to return for further inspection because they were unsure whether a leak even existed. What is most concerning is that the service notes falsely state that I reported an oil leak myself, which is completely untrue. I came in for routine maintenance only. I will be seeking a second opinion at another dealership due to the lack of confidence this experience has caused. I expected better transparency and accuracy after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership.

They answered all my questions & checked out the two issues that I thought I had with my truck; user error. The wait time seemed a little excessive, but I suspect had I not had to have Techs from three different disciplines check stuff out, it would've been MUCH shorter wait. I took my year & half old puppy with me too. Everyone was suprisingly open to have my leashed dog there with me. That was DEFINITELY a plus for me! All in all, a very nice experience. Better than what I was expecting. I'll go back.

Short summary: This was one of the best car buying experiences I had. There is a bit of an…read moreover-eagerness and an attention to detail that can be grating, but the experience was gratifying. Our car buying experience was under 2 hours which is, in my experience, unheard of normally for a purchased on loan vehicle. Full story: I was in the market for a used car and being new to Memphis did not yet have any idea about the numerous car places scatter everywhere, especially on the Covington Pike Car-O-Rama area. I tend to avoid the really large places and branded places, since I shop used and every experience at maker/dealer places has been less than exceptional. After scouring through many of the small lots and seeing lemon after lemon (seriously, places charging 13k for a 2012 VW CC with completely ripped up interior because they catered towards those in dire need) I ended up passing a Drivetime, albeit on Winchester. I've always had an extremely negative opinion of DriveTime for no reason other than that I assumed they were vultures based on the marketing/spam material I had received or seen before. I stopped in the one on Winchester and looked at some vehicles, but they didn't have the ones I wanted and the website showed them all at Covington Pike. They were precious and tried to keep me there offering to transfer all the cars if needed, but I insisted that I would rather drive with my wife than wait an hour for each car. This was a great idea, the Covington Pike DriveTime is very nicely put together and looks like a Credible place to buy a vehicle. Upon entering we knew what Vehicle we wanted to see right off the bat, but it was on hold so we were a little put off and sat to look at the other Vehicle notes we had taken on my phone (since we had looked online before leaving). This was the point that subtracted half a star for me: One of the representatives asked to help me and I declined, after a short back and forth where I pleasantly continued to decline the representative got rude and I informed her I would not be working with her. After that things went amazingly well, we were walked to all the vehicles we wanted to see and liked none of them but luck was on our side and the vehicle we wanted came off of Hold. A brief test drive and we were away. A strange bit was that the representatives switched off during the sale which was something I had never seen before, but this did not bother us. Everything was done with a fastidiousness that would be the envy of an uptight British Banker from 1920. After we had everything looked at, marked down, and approved away we sat with the manager Kevin Harris who was charming and very eager to explain anything we asked. We signed off the obligatory 15 documents in a recorded session and turned to find our car washed and full of gas. Great job guys.

They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. This was supposed to be my retirement car.
