I had an appointment for my vehicle, a 750i BMW to get a tune-up. I drove from Jackson, TN to Memphis, to Roadshow BMW which is an hour drive, I arrive at Roadshow about 10 minutes before 9:00 am and spoke with AJ the service advisor. By 11:30 the work was complete. while driving back to Jackson, TN I noticed my car driving a bit rough like it's about to shut off, got home looked under the hood noticed a few tools were left behind from the mechanic. I called AJ to let him know and to set up another appointment for the following week, because i was not satisfied with the tune-up the way the car was running and starting up. on April 15, I took my BMW back to Roadshow BMW. I arrived before 9:30am upon arrival, I had AJ come out and take a look so I could point out the issues occurring. after waiting a few hours, I was told that there was some reprogramming that need to be done to car and that I would have to leave the car there. I was given a loaner. My car was at Roadshow BMW from the 15 April to the 17 April, 2026, 9:15 am is when the car was delivered back to me at my place of resident. while looking my car over, I immediately notice the sunroof was not working, and the side mirrors was not working properly, Called AJ many times, and was told he would have a mechanic call me, and walk me through how to reset it myself. The problem I have with that is, this should have never happened in the first place. While waiting for the call from the mechanic, I began looking over the car and inspecting it further. I pulled the car in the out of the garage and immediately noticed fluid leaking on the garage floor and on the driveway pavement. I again called AJ and told him what was going on. He ask me to send pictures and I did. Prior to this my car had no leaks, and the sunroof and side mirrors worked properly. I have not heard from AJ since Friday April 15, 2026. read more

Customer service is not the same anymore here. Two weeks for an oil change I was given the run around 3 x for a date to get an oil change had to go online make my own appointment to get a better date and had to text in the chat to confirm my date and used the Service mangers name Karen so that they would not change it and for documentation. My second BMW car this one is a 2022 X5 that I bought in West Palm Beach Florida. Had the certified pre-own car for 30 days and the TCU needed to be fixed and was covered under warranty. Had to email God and everyone else to get this fix as now I'm in Tennesee and Roadshow was the nearest service center. They did not have a loaner for me initially until after I emailed Braman BMW and the corporate office. It was the lack of customer concern for me and the need to help resolve the situation even though the car was not bought their. Now its time for the oil change I already see the same pattern in service. I'm retired Navy and a women of color and yes the reviews are true. BMW should really send a training team to fix the many problems this dealership is having its really so sad makes you look for other dealerships that can possible take care of your investment. Most importantly the sense of being treated like you are buying a car from them should be the same treatment. Service after the sell is the most important aspect of running a business. Put a deposit down on a vehicle and the sales manager sold it to someone else who came in after me. Was told it was due to the other person being there on the property. What is the point of a doposit? I have a feeling it was because it was the last day of the month and the sales manager was going to get his bonus, etc. etc. read more

I was charged $650 to change the battery in my vehicle. The most ridiculous part was the $350 charge for labor. All that was done was changing a battery.... I was told that the vehicle diagnostics would be $178, and that charge would go towards the work... On the receipt it said the battery was $170, but labor was $350... and genuinely not sure why. I did a simple google search of the national average for labor on changing a battery and it is $30-70. Also, on the receipt, it claimed there were other services provided, including a hand car wash, which was absolutely not done, because my car was filthier than when I brought it in. So again, not sure what that labor charge was for. Further more, the AAA tow truck technician that brought my vehicle in, would have changed my battery for free, so I'm not sure why I was charged so exorbitantly... I would have asked Jacob for clarity, who was supposedly working with me, but he was too preoccupied to speak with me when I arrived, and stayed on the phone. After a moment, he just handed me the document with charges, stayed on the phone, and was not at all engaging. So, I gave him my card to make the payment, and left once he charged it. After inspecting the receipt, and seeing the break down of the prices on the receipt, I was confused. So I called and text the number they asked me to use for concerns, but again I was dismissed, sent to another department, where Vera in sales said she would send me back over to another department to help with that concern. No one ever reached back out to explain to me why I was charged that amount, or seemed to care to follow up... Speaking of sales, I was actually looking to trade my vehicle in that day, in search for a truck, and communicated this before arriving, but I was not taken seriously, I guess... I genuinely felt dismissed, and disregarded. Since I haven't heard back from Roadshow BMW, I will be leaving a Yelp, Google, and other necessary public reviews to communicate my dissatisfactory experience, and make sure no one else has to be financially mislead, or dismissed by this dealership. The product you're selling is not exclusive enough to not need to engage or communicate with the customer. I usually take my car to "Dr. Bimmer" for mechanical service, which has always given me excellent service, is clean, inviting, and employees are communicative about pricing. This time, I made the choice to bring my vehicle here, since the dealership was closer. I will not make that mistake again. read more

Took my car in for annual services last week. I asked service advisor about him recommendation on repairing a dent on the hood. He said that they can repair it for $225. I waited and I got back a low quality repair on the dent. All the tech did was built up the dent and paint brush dented area. It was not even smooth. There was no light sanding or bluffing. I could of done that myself and I had in the past on my other cars. I thought that they were professional. The advisor gave me no response. I didn't want stay around any longer. read more

Inquire about a certified blue 540i from Maryland thru Autotrader, and was contacted Matt Andahl. We made a deal that included a trade over the phone. Drove 14 hours and when I arrived, everything went smoothly. He showed me a a little damage to the front right wheel and said my local dealer could clean that up. Quickly called my local dealer to confirm and cost, and then asked that, that cost be deducted from the price and they agreed and it only took about 2 hours from the time i arrived to the time i drove off the lot. Matt was very friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease thru the whole process. Barron in finance was very chill with no pressure for up selling. Explanation-Mini uses natural rubber gaskets. Oil Leaking in three places - undetected during prior oil change and service 4K miles ago. Declined repairs & charged for diagnosis which was never explained at outset. Independent mechanic offered to do same work for 50% less. Will never go back and will never buy another Mini. read more

We bought our MINI in early 2005, and in November 2006 it decided to throw a rod after 54,000 miles and less than two years service. The dealership (Roadshow MINI), which has offered pretty lackluster service in the past, told us that there was not a "manufacturing defect" in the engine, and therefore they could not consider it a warranty item. The car was out of warranty, anyway, but the dealer told us that even if it HAD been under warranty, this repair would not be covered. I got a chance to look at the piston rod afterward, and while I can't say for sure whether there was a "manufacturing defect" or not, the general consensus among the gearheads and greasemonkeys with whom I work is that there are more robust piston rods available on Briggs & Stratton engines. Online searches indicate that piston rod failure is a common problem in MINIs, and that MINI consistently fails to honor its warranty when this happens. The price for a new engine, installed, after tax, is $8,100. That makes it the largest single thing I've ever had to pay for out of my own pocket, including closing costs on a house, out-of-state college tuition, and tickets to China. The dealership says there's a two-year warranty on the new engine, but considering that they said they wouldn't honor the warranty on the original engine, that "warranty" isn't worth the paper on which it's printed. I filed a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau, and they told me that they didn't have an agreement with MINI to resolve disputes, so I was on my own. Repeated calls to MINI's customer service number provided nothing more than a "would you like a call from someone?" which never came. read more

I leased a Mini, which I recently turned in for a second Mini. Salesperson was great, but Mini Financial Services screwed up my paperwork. They had to mail it to me weeks later to be re-signed. The bad part though was the ridiculous bill I received on the car I turned in. There were 3 minor digs due to acorns or hail (less than 1"), and I got a bill for almost $1,700. I have leased from several other car companies before and never received such a bill. Learned my lesson! UPDATE: Upon calling Mini Financial twice, I was able to have my bill from the lease turn-in reduced because the dents were so minor. (The first person I spoke with was less than helpful, but I'm glad I called back again and spoke to someone who was willing to work with me). There were some exhausting issues as well in receiving my new license plate, but I will say again that my salesperson was very helpful. read more

Classic bait and switch. I drove down from Nashville to test drive a vehicle listed on their website. I spoke with the sales assistant, Brittany, multiple times throughout the week and she shared some information about the car and confirmed that it was still available. I called the morning I had planned to come down and was told it would be cleaned up and waiting for me when I got there. I took off work and drove over 3 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival I was informed by the salesman, Marcus Cooper, that the vehicle had been sold "a while back". When I questioned this he reluctantly did more research and found that it had actually been sold right before I arrived. Really??? I thought the car would be waiting for me? I personally believe that it was never on the lot and they used it as a ploy to get people in the door. He tried pushing some undesirable, overpriced cars on me before I finally realized what was happening. He did say his manager was willing to offer a $400 discount for my troubles. Laughable! I'm pretty sure Marcus couldn't have cared less and just went back to scrolling Instagram or napping in the break room. Such a waste of time!!! I had a Memphis friend warm me about Roadshow and turns out they were right. There's no way these google reviews are legitimate. I bought a new 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe, which I love, at the end of 2012. When it came time for the first servicing, I tried without success to make the service appointment online. After several days of not receiving any confirmation of my appointment, I called the dealership and was told "that sometimes the information does not transfer from the online appointment schedule to the actual schedule which the dealership sees. This should have been the first red flag. I called the dealership and the girl (yes, she was a girl, under 25 I am sure) asked how many miles I had on the car. I told her that this was not my primary car and it had about 6,000 miles. She said NOT to bring it in for servicing, that it did not need it and there was nothing they do. I told her to make my appointment and I would come by and expect to pickup a letter from the dealership stating they would not do the service. I never got a letter, but they did change my oil and charged me over $100.00 for additives that "The Dealership" deems necessary, without consulting with me. Every time I take my Mini in for service there is an issue. I was told after 12,000 miles that I needed new tires and brakes. I told them to go ahead and do the brakes (they are covered under the warranty) the service writer then decided that the brakes were in tolerance and therefore really didn't require any service. I have the extended warranty, five years not the standard 3 year. Customer service is non existent at this dealership. I think every time after I take my Mini in for service that I should just trade my Mini in and buy a new Mazda Miata, which I have had in the past. I guess Roadshow does not care about repeat customer business. They must believe in One and Done. read more

My daughter bought a BMW 325i and when it was wrecked, she replaced it with at 5 series. The first car collapsed as it was suppose to so I am pleased with the engineering for safety. Regular service is expensive. Irregular service is expensive but that is what we bought into. Roadshow has been very professional to us. Service, make an appointment, request a loaner vehicle and get the check book out. I accept that. I do recommend a BMW and the local dealer is recommended too. read more

Recently, I purchased a used MINI from them. I got a good deal, but will think twice before going there again. I know I bought it used, but you would have thought they would have at least changed the oil in it. When I drove it home to Jackson, a few days later the engine light came on. I took it to a place here and was told the oil was black as coal....and it was, they showed it to me. It also had an oil leak.....ended up costing me about $1000. Roadshow refunded me $200....that was it! Also, good luck getting them to return phone calls!! I know I should have taken it somewhere and had it checked out before buying it, but I thought since I was buying from someone who sells new MINIs.....well I just assumed that I would be in good shape.
