    Nice inventory of mostly used Mercedes. All cars come with free CarFax report. Andy is the owner and all my dealings with him have been positive. He's up front, gives a fair price for any trade-in you may have and his vehicles are priced well below what you'd pay at Mercedes of Memphis. They offer two after market warranty companies, Easy Care and NAC; I can vouch for them both first hand. The service department is also very good and the service prices are always lower than Mercedes of Memphis. Their service department can handle pretty much anything Mercedes of Memphis can handle. To see their inventory, you can go to smithimports.com. It's a pretty nice web site and you'd be amazed at the quality of vehicles you can get for the price.

However, I was disappointed that the vehicle came with dealer-added accessories that significantly increased the price. Because this model was difficult to find, I expected to pay full MSRP. What I did not expect was nearly $1,978 in mandatory add-ons, including nitrogen-filled tires, wheel locks, tinted windows, and a year of paintless dent repair coverage. In my view, these items added very little value. The dealership was not willing to remove or negotiate these add-ons. Ultimately, I proceeded with the purchase due to the vehicle's limited availability. While the vehicle itself has been excellent, I remain disappointed that I was required to pay for accessories I neither requested nor wanted.

It had been on the lot for five months so when I…read morewas corresponding with sales staff, I asked what was the main drawback that caused it to go unsold. They told me that people didn't like the red color. What I discovered after delivery was that I think the people didn't like the destroyed portions of the car. On the XSE there is a spoiler added at the bottom of the front of the car. There was a wing on the driver side broken off. Not disclosed as a possible reason someone would pass on the vehicle. Then the following day, two days after delivery, I discovered that the panel inside the trunk lid was severely damaged. The bottom passenger side corner of that plastic panel appeared to have been smashed in. It was still hanging together, but obviously mortally damaged. And undisclosed as a possible reason folks may be passing on buying the vehicle. Of course I understand my position. He aving bought a car site unseen in as-is condition. And maybe I'm expecting too much disclosure upon questioning sales staff but in my world if I'm selling something and part of it is broken yet the majority of the value is there I make note of that to prospective buyers and adjust the price accordingly. And I haven't contacted the dealer to seek remedy because why would the people who acted one way act a completely different way in the future. Buyer beware, indeed.

    Had a new engine put in many months ago. I have had to bring my car back 4 times due to sensors…read moregoing crazy and the car trying to lose power and stall. They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. This was supposed to be my retirement car.

My daughter traveled 3 hours from Kentucky based on the word of the salesman, who ended up giving them the exact deal promised! Between a higher trade in value and larger discount than their local dealer offered they saved close to $7000! Rivard Royall 100% was a great place to do business!

    they tried to charge me over 6k in repairs that werent needed. they said I had a bad torque…read moreconvertor, my fuel pump was leaking, and my ac had a leak. took to another shop to verify and it was just bad u joints cauing the transmission issue. There was no evidence of a fuel leak from the pump and the ac compressor was covered in oil from a valve cover leak (that was already fixed by rivard royal last year) so we went from over $6k to $700 to fix the truck and i had rivard royal repair the leak but i still dont know what was up with my ac because they never call you when they say they will. Horrible communication. They also did not provide any paperwork at all when i picked up my vehicle which seems scketchy. They had me thinking my vehicle was a lemon when in fact they were trying to squeeze me like a lemon to make their own lemonade. Stay far far away from here unless you have warranty work, because they will misdiagnose your vehicle then charge you insane dealer prices to fix and never communicate with you effectively. I hope i never have to hear from or see this dealership ever again. I wasnt planning ti post this review consodering i left them a negative one in the past that i later removed but after they didnt call me last week like they said they were and after no follow was given at all or paperwork, it needs to be said. Dont be like me, avoid this place at all costs.
