My Wife's old car was getting to the point where it was going to cost a small fortune to keep it…read moregoing... new tires, major maintenance milestone, and a bunch of smaller things that needed fixing. We decided to dump it and get a new car instead. We looked around a bit and came to the conclusion she wanted a Kia Soul. So we bought it at the Mt. Moriah Kia store. It took a few visits. 1. First look and test drive. They did not have the particular model we were interested so we they took us out to their lot on Covington Pike to see the model we wanted. We drove it, liked it, looked at a couple of similar models. 2. Went back with luggage to make sure luggage would fit. It would not easily handle our biggest bags but it was big enough for most. 3. Had them bring that model from Covington Pike to Mt. Moriah store. Went back again to try driving it some more. 4. Finally went back to buy it. I had done my research and I knew what I expected to pay based on price, rebates, etc. I also knew what our trade-in should bring. I had an Out-The-Door price in mind. We went back and forth a couple of times until they came to my price, but this all happened in a reasonable amount of time without any undue pressure. The major hang-up was the amount of paperwork to be done. A chunk of it was them trying to offer us maintenance packages, us turning them down, and then they had us sign waivers stating that we had turned down their maintenance package. That was a bit cheesy. In all, the paperwork was about an hour, just signing forms, mostly to CYA the dealership. All-in-all, the experience was OK, we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted with the options we wanted. The people we dealt with at the dealership were all pleasant and easy to deal with. They did spend a fair amount of time explaining the car's features and explaining the service needs and the service dept.

Public Notice: Warning About Euro Imports of Memphis (2699 Broad, Memphis, TN 38112)…read more I brought my vehicle to Euro Imports of Memphis for service, and it was kept there for a total of 4 days. The owner, Mr. Livingston, informed me that my car needed several maintenance repairs, including parts that had already been replaced recently. When they replaced my fuel injectors, I was told the work was complete. However, after driving, I noticed gasoline leaking from under the hood and smelled it inside the cabin through the air vents. When I returned the vehicle to the shop to address the issue, I was told it was just "over spill," and they refused to fix the problem. I then took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis, where professionals confirmed that the work done at Euro Imports was poorly executed and not done by a knowledgeable mechanic. The repairs were unprofessional and potentially dangerous. Had I read the reviews prior to bringing my vehicle in, I never would have given them the opportunity. Also, if you try to raise concerns, they will reply through an unknowledgeable person who clearly has no real understanding of auto repairs. This is just a tactic to make it look like they stand behind their work--when in reality, they do not. Please note: The 5-star reviews online are fake and made up in an attempt to attract new customers. Don't be fooled--read the real customer experiences before trusting them with your vehicle. I strongly advise against taking your luxury vehicle to Euro Imports of Memphis. They do not honor their work, and the mechanics lack the expertise to properly service high-end vehicles. Please read other customer comments as further proof of the shop's poor management and service quality.
