Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! Thanks again, Tay and Abdul!

This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!

Everyone we came in…read morecontact with was friendly, polite & professional whether they were a part of our sales team or not. Needless to say we appreciate our team which consisted of Jeri Winston, Darrell Smith, Booker T. Johnson & Claude Bradley for all of their help during the whole process. We called ahead to see if our Murano was still available & sent them our info on the way. They had everything in order & made it one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we've ever had. We enjoyed meeting these folks & would highly recommend you check with Darrell Smith in Sales when you get ready to buy your next vehicle. Thank you all, Wayne & Rita

Had a new engine put in many months ago. I have had to bring my car back 4 times due to sensors…read moregoing crazy and the car trying to lose power and stall. They have terrible communication (none really). My experience spans over MONTHS. They have had my car off and on forever now. I have had it for a total of 4 days in that time period (first drop off end of summer. 2nd time October 28, it is now Dec1). Since the first trip this has been my experience. And I have only had the car two and a half years. 1st time - kept it 14 days, said they could not get it to act up, had me pick it up. 2nd time said they could not find an issue and wanted me to pick it up, after 21 days and me TRYING to contact anyone, I FINALLY got to speak with the GM. I let him know they eventually were to replace my transmission under warranty. They gave me a completion date, no phone call. My husband had to drive there and look someone in the eye to get an answer. All the parts did not come in and we were NEVER told. We expected to pick our car up on Wednesday, this was Thursday. They asked my husband to bring in his key fob. He had to ask why, they guy said to reprogram it. My husband again asked why, that is when they told him they lost my key fob! We were finally contacted on the following Thursday it was ready. THIS IS AFTER 22 DAYS. Drove it 4 days and it did the exact thing I had originally brought it in for. Brought it back the following Monday. The GM drove it himself a total of 100 miles. It acted out for him and a mechanic who was with him. They determined it was a sensor issue that needed to be "adjusted'. I got the car back on the following Saturday for it to act up by that afternoon!!! We just dropped it off this morning at 6:30 for the FOURTH time. This is getting old; I need my car. We have owned 5 Nissans and never had this kind of issue. I am now really not even wanting it anymore because I am concerned it will NEVER be repaired correctly. We paid it off early. I am sooooooo upset. I am so done! I cannot afford another car. This was supposed to be my retirement car.

I have been far from satisfied with my purchase from AutoNation. In August of 2025 I purchased a…read moreused 2018 Chevy Colorado that has been the bane to my existence ever since. Since my purchase, the vehicle has been out of my possession about half of the time I have owned it. It originally was in the shop for over two months to have a complete engine reseal because it was leaking from so many places it was best to remove the entire engine and reseal everything on it. This is something AutoNation should have found and then fixed before this truck was ever put on their lot to be sold. After this two-month ordeal where I was without a vehicle, I had contacted the dealer, AutoNation Honda 385 and was offered $200 of the $400 warranty deductible for the repairs, that was an insult to me considering AutoNation should have already had this repair work done before I purchased the vehicle. After this issue was "fixed" (surprise, its still leaking) I was able to drive the truck for almost a whole month before another issue reared its head, this time a transmission line failed causing my transmission to lose about 2-3 quarts of fluid. It was topped off by the service center AutoNation recommended to me and was called "fixed". I raised concerns for my transmission and was quicky dismissed. Now cut to April of this year, The truck's Torque convertor is failing suddenly (I wonder why) and there is also an AC leak, a Front pinon seal leak, Timing chain replacement, and my high-pressure fuel pump is leaking. The repair estimate from the GMC dealer who is approved to work on my vehicle is over 13K in repair fees. This is outrageous for a vehicle I have purchased less than a year from today and now I am on the hook for all the repairs because AutoNation can't take ownership of their negligence of this vehicle. There is no way it's possible this truck was inspected for issues prior to it being sold to me. The leaks originally found were so egregious and obviously the mechanics were blown away the dealer didn't already fix the issue. There have been no shows of good faith, no attempts to meet me in the middle, and no accountability taken from AutoNation for my suffering and financial strain because of this. Now I am left with a 13K repair bill on a vehicle worth 15K, I cannot trade it in, I cannot sell it (because who would buy it) and I cannot drive it. They have been attempting to find a "steal" for a trade in per the used car manager. The trade in value they are offering is 7K at the absolute highest with is another insult considering the reason why the truck has lost value is due to their negligence. Now I am stuck under a loan and a vehicle that I can't use but must pay a note on plus full coverage insurance. I am not made of money; this will bleed me dry because I'll still have to find alternate transportation as well as continue paying monthly expenses for this paperweight AutoNation sold me. Buyers beware of their used vehicles; they will try to take advantage of you wherever they can and then hang you out to dry when you are stuck on the side of the road because it broke down. I will be also contacting the BBB about this as I have said, AutoNation has made ZERO attempts to make this right for their customer. They only took my money and then cast me aside.
