He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. Those were the only services I approved. The dealership recommended approximately $1,400 in additional services, which I clearly declined by text. Despite that, they completed the work anyway and initially acted as though I was responsible for paying for services I never authorized. The employee assisting me--the bald gentleman with tattoos on his arms--was dismissive and behaved as if the dealership was doing me a favor by not charging me. The manager ultimately determined that I did not have to pay only because I had written text-message proof showing that I declined the additional services. Customers should never have to defend themselves against charges for unauthorized work, especially when there is clear documentation that the services were declined. This experience felt dishonest, stressful, and extremely unprofessional. I have lost trust in this dealership and strongly recommend that customers keep written records of every service they approve or decline.
