Let me start off by saying I dropped my truck off May 1, 2026 because I was experiencing grinding…read moresounds the front passenger side. He held my truck for a whole week. I called him Monday, May 4. He hadn't gotten to it. He didn't call me until Friday, May 8 only to tell me that I needed an engine clean on top of right front wheel bearing in my front and rear disc brake pads needed to be repaired as well as both serpentine belts. I didn't ask for all of that. I was only expecting to hear about what I was inquiring about which was the grinding sound on the right side of my truck I was aware I needed a brake pads and rotors. I didn't ask for that. I have the invoice paperwork here that shows how he wrote it up the way he wanted to write it up. My service request was the vehicle has a noise when driving in front and a grinding noise under the floorboard check and advise that's it but then he puts on here diagnose noise from engine area so when I talk to him about it, he claims he did nothing the engine and they didn't take nothing apart blah blah blah for all of that I had to pay $88.71 just for him to look at it and not fix it and after they added the 3% to it for using tap payment it came out to $91.37 that I paid for nothing on top of the fact when I left, they created another problem now my oil pressure notification keeps coming across my dashboard since I've gotten it back and it reads oil pressure low stop engine now clearly there's oil in there so they've created another problem and he told me that I could bring it in today in today's date is May 12, 2026 I told him I don't have any money to give him to just look at it and not fix it. I feel like their business is struggling in some aspect in the boss. The owner of the establishment got them out here scamming people to make money is so unfair and selfish and Adrian he kept trying to speak over me as I'm trying to explain what's going on. He's talking while I'm talking, not listening. It was just very rude and unacceptable behavior, especially coming from him because I've left really good reviews based off the work they've done for me years ago in the past and something has changed because they can't keep mechanics. They're constantly changing mechanics and now they've destroyed something in my truck that I have to figure out how to fix with my own money on top of trying to repair what needed to be repaired in the first place I'm very disgusted and disappointed and very shocked with the treatment I received in the service I received as well highly unacceptable and upset and I will let everybody know how they treat people up there. They treat you nice when you paying the money but when you have nothing to give you get shit service this is not over. I feel like I was taking advantage of, and I don't like that feeling at all so if you call up there and talk to Adrian Carl, this is right hand man he act like he don't know what's going on half the time anyway it's all a mess up there.

Matt Owen's from the service department should work at a shady car lot since he will convince you that he will fix your car and do anything but. He had my car for 6 days and barely fixed anything. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

I was scheduled at 9am, the loaner lady and the check in lady were very nice and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about what they do and things were covered. I left the service dept around 9ish when I got the loaner car. Went back after 1pm, I was asked if I was told if my car was ready, I said no, I just wanted to wait in their waiting room this time. After 2pm, I got a text that the video inspection was ready with the recommendations from the technician. Then I was asked if I declined the recommendation, would I still want the 60k maintenance done. This was 5 hours after my supposed scheduled time. This was not the concerning part. The issue was the recommendation. My coolant was leaking and splatters all over the car. The technician recommended to have an engine replacement/seal which was quoted at $12,000. I declined the recommendation. I had it checked by another technician, and I checked it myself too (I had finished automotive classes but didn't get certified, just wanted to know about it). The issue of my Subaru was actually just worth $14, which was the reservoir cap, needing replacement. The leak, the splatter, and whatever the engine replacement was for, they were just worth $14 and NOT $12,000!!! All I'm saying is, please check and recheck, and ask questions before you say yes to their recommendations! You never know who to trust these days!!! The Service Manager messaged me and said, "it was their fault coz they have a new software that messed up the whole thing!" New software or not, it still needs verification and rechecking before recommending a $12,000 worth to a client! So be careful dealing with them! Do your part and be proactive!
