Great Car Buying Experience…read more I had never owned or driven a Subaru before. Sal Sanchez was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering all my questions and letting me test drive 3 different cars. I never once felt pressured to "buy something today". Dave in the F & I office was also super laid back and chill. I never had to say "no" more than once to any of the products he was informing me about that I didn't want. From the moment I set foot on the dealership, to the time I drove off in my new Subaru was exactly 3 hours, and that time was spent mostly test driving cars. For reference, my previous car buying experience from another dealership took over 7, very annoying hours, even though I showed up already decided on a car they had on the lot.

Matt Owen's from the service department should work at a shady car lot since he will convince you that he will fix your car and do anything but. He had my car for 6 days and barely fixed anything. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

I was approached by Jimmy and he allowed me to take a ride around block. I remained in the parking lot. Because of this, I learned of features present in the car I previously had not known about. After we got done, he searched for the specific setup I was interested in across different Toyota dealers. There were unfortunately no results for what I was looking for. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want and he gave me his business card to reach back out for whenever I was ready. I ended up buying a car from a different dealer due to how they handled a sale to a family member, but my satisfaction with my experience at this dealer was worth leaving a review for. I did not feel as though I was backed into a corner to buy a vehicle I did not want, I didn't feel lied to, and my decision to not purchase a car that day was respected.

He treated me like family and really saved me money. The financial advisor Josh Grimes also was very helpful and I felt like he was looking to help me save every dollar I could as well. My salesman, while being a great dude that I like as a person, was deffinitely still a salesman. Without saying a name or anything specific that raised red flags to me, I just get the feeling he'd say anything to get my money ASAP, and while he might do me a favor I imagine he got more out of the exchange than I did. Which is just him doing his job and looking out for his family above all else so that's understandable. I bought a truck and it's running great so far.
