Sal Sanchez was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in answering all my questions and letting me test drive 3 different cars. I never once felt pressured to "buy something today". Dave in the F & I office was also super laid back and chill. I never had to say "no" more than once to any of the products he was informing me about that I didn't want. From the moment I set foot on the dealership, to the time I drove off in my new Subaru was exactly 3 hours, and that time was spent mostly test driving cars. For reference, my previous car buying experience from another dealership took over 7, very annoying hours, even though I showed up already decided on a car they had on the lot.

My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

Sold me a truck with undisclosed body damage on the underside of the vehicle. I showed pictures…read morethat they took and used as their advertisement on the vehicle to prove that the damage was there before purchasing the vehicle (It is almost impossible to notice unless you are looking for it, along the bottom running boards). They told me I was a liar and that the truck left in perfect condition. I tried to work with them to get it repaired, the manager "Sonny" is a disrespectful, dishonest, piece of work. You should never give this place any of your business. The owners are shady and are out to get your money, and that is it. As soon as your funds hit their account, you are garbage to them. They will probably comment on this and deny it, but I have all of the proof one could ever need.
