A group of friends and myself were traveling to Florida on vacation when the motor went out…read moreunexpectedly on my Cadillac Escalade. It was 4 o'clock in the morning and Rusty's was the only shop in the area. We managed to get my car to the shop and two car loads of people slept in the parking lot until 7 in the morning when the staff started arriving. We were politely greeted and a mechanic started assessing the situation immediately. The motor was shot so we had to rent a car. While half the group went to get the rental, everyone at Rusty's treated the ones that stayed behind with great hospitality while we waited and never once made us feel we were in the way or were putting them out. After 2 weeks of trial and tribulations with this hybrid SUV we got the call went to pick it up. We were told that Rusty had to take it to Memphis and get the computer worked on and he was adamant that it be taken care of as if it were his own. Unfortunately on our way home some lights came on about 100 miles away. We parked the car and Rusty's shop came and picked it up the next day. 4 days later we received a call from Rusty's shop asking for my address because they were going to deliver it themselves to my home that is nearly 6 hours away. WHO does that? The offer to to deliver it knowing they have more time and money into it than they wanted? After all the time they put in this car and to make sure themselves that it was up to par was unbelievable. It wasn't how affordable their service was that was so great, it was how dedicated to doing the right thing that blew me away. If you find yourself in a situation like mine, rest assured Rusty's is a company you can trust. Thank you again for all you did for us!
